I LOVE this perfume. It smells exactly like I want fall to smell. My skin amps fruity notes, so between that and the woody notes, this scent smells like apple-picking on me. Not getting much of the amber or cinnamon, but I don't really mind.

In the bottle: WHEW, hello, cinnamon! I feel like a cinnamon stick grew arms and punched me in the face. Not getting any almond or neroli. Wet on skin: Red Hots candy. Full stop Red Hots candy. Drydown: Much less intense Red Hots. Still no almond or neroli. After 30-60 minutes: Hmm, I can barely smell it, but there's some almond, finally. Definitely not my favorite frimp I've gotten.

It's been forever since I've posted on this site. I don't even have my old email address anymore and had to get a new email address. Let's see... In the frimp I have, it smells very much like incense. It's smoky, but there's also the sweetness of the honey balancing it out. Not sure what the saffron is supposed to smell like because I've always been too broke to cook with real saffron, but there's a nice spicy kick to it that might be the saffron. Very strong, though; I hope it dries down a little milder. After it has been on my skin for an hour, it smells exactly as I had hoped: a pleasant incense-like blend of sweet, spicy, and just a little bit smoky. The vetiver keeps it grounded; my skin tends to straight up devour scents without base notes. I would love a bottle of this.
