Codename Swap Ringleaders

Getting ready for our March birthday!!

 

Please mail your cards by March 13th so they will arrive on time!! 

I'm working on them!  This is my first time doing a card swap so be gentle.

I'll keep sign ups open until at least midnight pacific time!

 

We don't have any February birthdays yet so that gives a lot of breathing room for getting March cards ready.

Ooh, thanks for letting me know!  You are on my spreadsheet!   

We only have 10 people -- if people wanted to send 10 cards (the only months where you need 2 are March and next January), that would be so awesome!!   Please let me know if you want to change the number you are sending.

This is a pretty simple swap that will last through January 2024 (because we're missing January this year, oops!)

 

You tell me, your ringleader @twilighteyes, how many birthday cards you want to send/receive, when your birthday is, and what your address is.

 

Simple, right?

 

Cards can be hand made, purchased, printed at home, rubber stamped, whatever!  You do NOT need to send gifts inside of the card.  You DO need to actually mail the card -- no ecards will be accepted in lieu of an actual card received in the mail.  No postcards please.

 

If you'd like to join, please send me an email (swap.ringleaders@gmail.com) with:

* the subject line of "BIRTHDAY (your birthday month) (your forum name)"

* put your address, your specific birthdate, and how many cards you want to send in the body of the email

 

International are welcome, so if you don't want to send cards out of your country, please also tell me that in  your sign up email.

 

If you do not send the cards assigned, you will be reported for swaplifting and will have to sit out rounds of my other swaps until your cards are all successfully sent and received.  Please let me know ASAP if there is going to be an issue and you won't be able to send a card during a specific timeframe and I can (probably) assign you something in a different month.  I'm pretty easy going and flexible if you communicate.

 

When you receive cards, it is required that you post that you have received a card from (forum name) so I know who has met their obligations.  So please put your forum names in the cards!  You are NOT required to post photos although those are encouraged. 

 

Ok, sign ups open!  If we exceed the amount of people for a one ringleader swap, I will petition to have more ringleaders join.  Signups will close 1/25/23.
