  1. The opening almost made me run away - I thought maybe it was the glowing Amber note - anstringent, almost acidic, super strong and nose hair singeing. But fear not!! As it dries it becomes like everyone else is saying - a sweet almost waxy vanilla with great longevity & low to moderate throw. With some rest even the opening more has become less obtrusive, this one is definitely worth the drydown, now I’m considering snagging another bottle before it goes!

  2. I may be the only one who is getting a weird afternote, so sad 😭😭 I was hoping to get what all the other reviews are saying, I get the most pretty, voluptuous but not indolic Tuberose, except there is this slight sour almost bitter amber (at least I think it’s the amber since it’s the only other note ) that persists throughout drydown. So sad!!

This one is SO good!! Sniffing in the bottle, I get the pumpkin and gingerbread! On my skin, those notes stay true and the creamy/crust notes come out. On me it has a medium throw and lasts a long time. Not too overbearing.

Agree with this one! On me it is more gingerbread than pumpkin with the scorched creme brûlée rounding the scent out. Delicious!! Considering getting a backup bottle 🤔

  4. I really like this one! It’s a strong gingerbread with what seems like dried cocoa. I’m not getting the creaminess of “hot cocoa” or the floofy marshmallows, which is a little disappointing - but nevertheless, I have been putting this one on multiple days in a row! It’s got decently strong throw and longevity, definitely more in the category of dry and spicy scent. May need to snag another bottle!

  5. This one is delicious - one of my favorite Gingerbread variants! Very present gingerbread & medium spicy gingerbread spices sit upon a steady backdrop of warm and frothy milk! Not as milky as Snake Milk (thankfully for me, that one because just a little too much), this one really feels exactly like freshly baked gingerbread cookies dunked in milk 🍪🥛 Sometimes both BPAL’s gingerbread and milk notes verge on too much for me (I’m looking at you 👀 Deep Fried Gingerbread!) with a muskiness that slightly turns my stomach, but the gingerbread here has none of that. Just pure YUM 🤤 Low to medium throw but great longevity! I mayyy just need another bottle given how of a dent I’ve already made in the one I got 😍

  6. One of my favs from the Weenies, and I’ve tried a good 20 scents or so now - I know there is no raisin in the scent, but it comes off to me as the perfect somewhat boozy raisin oatmeal - perfect for fall, just delicious. I suspect it is the “brimstone” that comes off to me as boozy raisin.

Great longevity, medium throw, really happy I have a bottle!

  7. I’m in loveee with this one, it’s a gorgeous SUPER well blended ambergris + Tuberose + musk scent to me. Like imagine a silky black Tuberose scent that’s not indolent in any way, shape, or form, would be the perfect scent to wear with a slinky black dress & dark red lipstick, sipping on a drink at a whiskey bar, very Girl with the Dragon Tattoo if she also liked soft white florals 🥰 No truffle as far as I can tell. This one also has great longevity! Throw is medium. Snagged a backup immediately!

  8. I actually get almost all the notes listed in equal amounts, the result ends up being a spicy clove + blood/dark berries with some sticky sweet vanilla sugar/honey. It really does paint the picture of some spicy red sticky blood slashed across some ripped white clothing - very Final Girls vibe 🔪🩸

Oddly enough I didn’t get nearly as much marshmallow as the other reviews seemed to get. Keeping it for now because there’s something there very intriguing! Was hoping there would be more marshmallow and less clove but this is pretty great too!

  9. Yes yes yes!

This is DELICIOUS. I totally get the “goat milk note from Ghost Milk” reference made in Tom & Galen’s sniffing impressions video, because there’s a similar creamy base for the whole scent to rest on, probably the Creme Fraiche note. I also get a bit of almond & ladyfingers/Madelines note blended pretty well into the scent as well as a light realistic pomegranate all mixed together. It’s mouthwatering and I now really really want to eat the dessert it is named after.

My only complaint is that right now the longevity is on the short side, and the throw isn’t great either after the first 5 mins.

  10. Another surprise love of my Weenie order!

The Dead Leaves note unfortunately almost never works for me, many times it dominates the entire scent or is WAYY too cologne-y or bell-peppery.

Starts off with a bit more DL, but quickly the boot leather comes in and becomes the star of the show. The boot leather is well worn, supple and oiled. The sweetgrass then floats in to sweeten the scent a little.

An amazing leather scent, really hoping that with resting it stays leather dominant!

  11. My favorite of my first Weenie order!

I get dark creamy chocolate but also a rich hazelnut, the same hazelnut I love from The Empress & Their Heckhound, with maybe a tinge of cake if I really try to smell it, but everything is blended really well.

This is like almost like a fancy Nutella, with the fuzzy hazelnut really elevating the scent - love love love!

  12. This one smells like vaguely fruity (think a tinge of dark berries) which I think is the Eyeliner note + clean laundry without going dryer sheet, which I never thought I would say smells good - but it smells good! I also get the reference to cognac/lace above ^^ as I think that may be what’s coming off as the dark fruity tinge to me.

Definitely smells clean and cozy and something be I would wear after the shower or when I go in to work. A keeper!
