Received as an imp. Bright, fruity & citrus, sweet, faint woods. Mouth watering. I need a full bottle!

The first imp I received was in 2018. I thought it smelled like off or burnt baked cookies. I received another imp recently with an order, & this smells herbal, & bright. I want to say there is lemongrass or lemon verbena in this. Something is lighting this up.

Received as an imp. I love how this smells like rained on dirt in the imp & upon application. When it dries out tho it becomes a light, yet fragrant floral. Total switch. Like from soil, to seed, to bloom. Has a chewiness to it too. Would buy a bottle.

Received as an imp. I don't have much to say about this, except it's definitely a manly scent. I'm picking up on the honey & wood. The bay rum is very gentle in this.

Received as an imp years ago. The oil is black almost. Thick, syrupy. Deep, deep smell. Musky, resinous, mysterious, with a bit of bright relief drizzled on there from the bergamot. I am left with an incense smell. Would definitely buy a bottle.

Received as an imp. So much in this going on I cannot pin out a single note. But I get masculine, I get the frankincense & possibly oakmoss. Will need to buy a bottle to study more. ?

Received as an imp. Sweet violet with some grounded earthy patchouli, the cleanliness of Spanish moss, & fruity with red currant. I need a bottle of this.

Received as an imp. A hint tart. I smell the rummy cassis & prune, but the ginger stands out most. Interesting, slightly nose tickling smell.

2019 edition. Sugary, sweet coconut with a deep musky skin-like fragrance from the ambergris accord, deepened more by ambrette seed. The champaca blends so well I can barely pick it out, but it is there being shy. This scent is sensuality, warm skin, like a perfume I'd smell on someone from a forgotten era.

Another lovely I forgot to review! Had since 2018. It has a gritty texture to the oil when I put it on. One hit & POW! Cypress & birch, engulfed in musk & a hint of black tobacco to hold it all together. The tobacco is faint, but a nice note to get at the end of every sniff. Overall, it is a tree smell. Like way up high in the fragrant trees with branches brushing against my skin. The picture is fitting too for this scent.

Received as an imp. Smells fancy. I don't want to stop inhaling when I sniff it. I get the strawberries & cherries intermingling with the vanilla & musk. The heliotrope is faint, but a star in this show. This is a knock-out. Sexy, seductive, slightly fruity, mysterious vanilla & musk. Yum.

Received as an imp. Out of the bottle, & on skin, it is a strong floral, & all the notes sing in harmony together. I don't get any shifting. I would have sworn it has some fruit in it. It's a bright & Springtime scent. Feeling femme when I sniff this.

Received as an imp. A lovely fruity & earthy scent. It is mature, flush, close to the skin, & there is also something about it I can't put into words. The amber & patchouli deepens everything in this, while the peach & musk is playful. I'm not a peach fan, but I'd buy a bottle!

Obtained this bottle in 2018, one of the many in my first purchase. It's a simple, yet complicated smell. The juniper & musk swirls so well with pine. After it dries it's powdery with a hint of pine. Wasn't too sure how I would react to juniper but combined with pine & musk it makes for a dank forest scent that I think men would love.

Musk, yuzu, apples, then I get the Angelica root, deepened by white tea leaf. I would have thought this was entirely fruit or citrus. I regret making a reed diffuser with some of this oil as I'm almost out now! It is definitely a winter smell; icy, nose tingly, citrusy, then slowly the deep, base note comes out that kind of warms up everything again. Would buy again if I encountered it.

At first I was head over heels, even left a glowing review on the main site. However, I ended up swapping this one. Was too stout for me. I love oudh incense, & everything else in this, so I thought I would like this, but no. I think it was too many deep smells going on. I've also only smelled Snake Oil in an imp, & I wasn't fond of it either. But it is a masculine scent that I think will work great for someone else. On me, it amps up too much oudh.

Received for free with a large order a while back. Right out of the bottle: nope. Not gonna wear it. But I decided not to be a prude & do a test. & Wow has this one changed completely. In the bottle, sour, breath-stealing, overpowering, warmth. On the skin tho... FRUITS?? Bubblegum?? What the hell is happening here? There is the honey, rose, & slightly spicy carnation. The berries & vanilla cream are what makes this tasty. So it just goes to show, never trust your nose to a bottle. Apply some & give it a try! I was worried no one would swap this cuz of the initial funk, but now Im finding that I will be wearing this!

Has a mineral smell to it from the "stone" note. It lends some toughness to the rose resin, & rockrose. Rockrose I have never encountered before. My impression is a sharp, faint rose, with white patchouli & frankincense powdering down the sharpest features of this Gargoyle & his "junk". Creative, smells spectacular, but I might send this one off as a swap.

This is another head turning perfume for me. Mostly older women will make a second glance or sniff on me tho. Lol It smells like dead leaves with patches of jasmine struggling to grow thru the layers. The pine & maple is fragrant in this one. Not familiar with blackened ti leaf, so I cannot get my nose to pick up that note. Really smells like an evening walk thru a damp forest covered in maple leaves & pine needles, with jasmine blooming everywhere, & wet patches of earth sprouting young patchouli plants. A rare jasmine scent that I like. Helps with sleep, too.

A juicy, bright, Summer scent. Matter of fact, this scent makes me hear "Juicy" by Doja Cat in my head everytime I smell it. The pink grapefruit, yuzu, & pink pepper really make this one stand out strong. The ambergris def adds more musk & depth. I get the faint seafoam which is complementary to the fruits. A forever favorite in my list.

Can't believe I never reviewed this one. This one has turned heads when I've walked in the room. I've received many compliments on it too, especially when blended with Luperci. Strong, sexy leather like a crack of lightening, with silky musk, & smooth patchouli. I get cardamon at the end, with vetivert & oudh staying smooth & low bass in this beautiful song. One of a handful of Shungas that make me feel like straight up sex.

Obtained a full bottle in 2018. This one has hardly been worn. My wife loves it, but also rarely wears it. Smells better with her chemistry as it unfolds into a complex femme scent. But on me it has a very strong clean, soapy smell. The ocean/marine note combined with milk is giving me memories of milk body scrub that came in cheap holiday baskets. But this is much stronger, almost sickly. I would advise putting on very little, because this one is an explosion, to my nose at least. Very far throw & wear length. Great for aquatic scent lovers.

Obtained in 2018. Almost empty. ? Was one of the first orders I place I believe. Smells delightfully fruity & fun! But you know what my favorite notes in this are? The blackberry, sage, & watermelon combo. It gives the fruit notes a deeper & grounded scent. I get slight gardenia, & strawberry in this too, but like I said, the star for me is blackberry, sage, & watermelon trio. One of those scents you shouldn't pass up. It's totally unisex to me, but I get young girly vibes from this.

Obtained a full bottle in 2018. So close to empty. ? I love the peppery kumquat & orange blossom notes I get hit with first. Then as it fades I get slightly spices white tea with kumquat just barely there. A silly & fun Summertime perfume. I wear this on days I'm feeling shy or foolish for feeling shy. Haha

Obtained a bottle in 2019. I love the slightly coppery smell this creates. I had a bad moment with a "blood note" oil from another company, so this was redeeming to me. I can definitely smell the woods, dragon's blood, & chamomile first hand. Chamomile, vetivert, & the cypress give it a slight spice & evil effect. The frankincense balances everything nicely. An impressive, masculine scent to me. But there is nothing comforting about it. It's unnerving, imposing, & that's a cool experience to get with a perfume, if you like that. Makes the heart race.
