Just finished rearranging our living room...suits our lifestyles more than social life, but then no one visits anyway... So, I decided to get a bit more serious about my couponing, sampling, and discount stocking...mainly since I have done very well with household supplies and groceries just doing so casually every once in a while, but also because if you pay attention and plan well you can actually make it more than worth your time invested into it. It will take a lot of organizing and record keeping, but you can make it a savings equivalent of a decent paying wage if you try. So an occasional part time job...

I need an ironing board....this ironing pad just isn't cutting it.

And now it begins. With 2 of 3 computer users in our household being big MMO and various other big bandwith users...3 computers running daily, 3 smart phones using the wireless, and then switching fully to streaming instead of cable...it's taking a toll already. I had to stop watching the movie I was watching (Tinkerbell...never even considered watching it, but put it on on a whim for Dayson...now I really kinda want to rewind it and watch it all), and close out my school pages so Blake can...

I am starting to think that a major part in the solutions to people's bad days so far is...wake up later. Can't have a bad morning if you skip it :^PHope the day starts looking up for everyone

Well then. Finally get myself out to the club and less than 15 minutes after the show starts it's past capacity. Guess the social life is just not in the cards for me this year...

Nice. Dayson got his hair cut and Blake is mad at me because I think it is uneven. Poorly cut for a "pro". I said so when he sent me a picture, he said it wasn't really in person. So fine..it'll do. Come home and it is just as crooked as the pic. (you cut with the curls...you don't straighten curly hair like the stylist at the kids place did then cut it. Curly hair sits completely differently than straight). I say it is still crooked, but it'll do. It'll grow out and he can try again...

Hahahah...how silly. I haven't watched the Doctor Who special yet on DVR because I just haven't felt settled and relaxed enough...kinda wish I could have watched it at Camp Ripley last night...but at home I always feel like there's something I need to do or something I've forgotten. I want to be settled and watch it all in one go. The first 3 minutes (4 times attempted already) were example enough that it's just not yet time...

Two front windows are getting replaced because the old ones were crap (drafty, molding,etc) and the installer tells me the old owners both severely downsized from the original window sizes (the original frames for the windows were a lot larger than what they had installed) and that they did a crappy job of replacing and insulating them.This is my shocked face. -.-

Oh lovely...4:30, and in the past 15 minutes I've heard 3 separate instances of sirens and one helicopter on it's way to the hospital. We live like 2 miles from the hospital, and considering the day and weather...and humans being what they are...I suspect we'll hear plenty more this morning.

Okay...so...watching The Hunger...90's horror series. Every episode seems required to have a steamy sex scene. I'm not too big on porn myself...kind of prefer to enjoy my own doings and don't care what others enjoy....so I'm focusing on sewing while those scenes come on (gotta make up for the awesome gore scenes wasting my sewing time)...and I can't get over how much the *steamy porn sex scene* music reminds me of Cirque de soliel (sp)...I keep wanting to look up to see the acrobatics. *g*
