Maybe Scarecrow?
-
I had the most profound reaction to this, at first sniff. I'm still enthralled.
I feel, and smell, as though I'm a wise, wise woman, walking a woodland path, hair flowing and threaded through with brambles, hands berry-stained and sticky with pitch.
This is the best. I must find more, somehow!

Upon application it is pure green plant life. It slowly morphs into green, but spicy green, like maybe a bit of woodsmoke...
-
I haven't worn or smelled it in years, but... Magus comes to mind.
-
I suggest Luperci. There are quite a few other wonderful tree/earth scents, but I can't call them to mind, presently.
-
Some people say that henna smells like hay. Maybe try Scarecrow and do a note search for "hay" or "green."
-
On me this was Jacob's Ladder (amber) meets the green of Sri Lanka (aforementioned mossy note?) meets Black Opal.
A wonderful blend, overall.

Mmm. Pine, cedar and berries. A girlhood vacation in Maine, in a vial:)

Hope this is the right place. In a swap, among lab labeled imps, I recieved a decant labeled "Night Blooming Jasmine." Is it possible that this is a SN that was never reviewed? If not, does anyone know who might have created this oil? It's pretty awesome!

Persephone seems this way to me. The rose is sexy but the pomegranate keeps it light.

A scent inspired by Beatrice, Rappaccini’s delicate, beautiful, innocent and deadly daughter. A fragile, winsome, poisonous blend of rare, precious and graceful flowers, rich blossoms and spicy perfumes that passes heavily, as a broken heart, across the borders of Time.
Sadly, on me, this smelled like baby wipes. Occasionally some florals peeked out. Off to swaps! -
I read a review in which the reviewer said that Jacob's Ladder strengthens over time. Sort of the reverse of a fade. It's the truth- so hold on, folks!
Upon initial application it smells sort of faint and perfumey.
So, I sniffed my wrist and put up a bunch of decants right away!
After a while, though, I was catching whiffs of something yummy. I assumed it was another oil somewhere around my computer. Turns out Jacob's Ladder really blossomed- both deepening and intensifying in fragrance. I love it now, and am out buying (back, in some cases) decants!

I doubt the Lab mislabels imps, but I just can't think of what happened here.
I have an imp of Hamadryad that's been around for a while, and it's just plain kinda woody, yummy, definitely.
I just got a frimp of Hamadryad in my Yule order, and it has this gorgeous fizzy, pink Canada mint thing going on! Sassafrass? Saffron? I don't know, but I love it. Is this the usual Hamadryad, a brand new Hamadryad thing, a fluke, or a totally different scent?!

I get green, trees too, kinda sweet, maybe berries?. Reminds me of Skadi, as well:)

It's weird, but, for the longest time whenever I caught a whiff of it off her, I thought it was Hearth or something like that.

Looking for suggestions for a friend who likes BBW Black Raspberry Vanilla!
PM or reply here.
Thanks a bunch:)

For my Harvest Moon order, I accidentally paid for my order through CCNow with paypal, instead of manually going over to paypal and paying the Lab directly. I know for some reason it is preferable to directly paypal the lab (and I normally do.)
Did this put my order at the end of the queue of Harvest Moon orders, or cause any kind of major delay? I am getting a little concerned...

Orris!!! That's what I get with this oil. The same intangible I spoke of with Blood Pearl.
It's amazing, and, somehow, aquatic but I like it!
-
The incense, spice and woods are amazing together in this oil. I think it might contain something that Tarot: Wheel of Fortune and Serpent's Kiss also have, but it's a mystery to me what that is. Loving it, though.

Something in this really reminds me of Antique Lace. If you are missing AL, I strongly urge you to check out this fabulous oil!

I got this when I realized it was violets i liked in Le Serpent... and I was not let down. This oil has the same gentle, sweet violet that I love so much.
It's my second favorite violet oil.

If you like sharp, green scents, get this now! Very true to greenness.

On me, this is spicy, warm dark red berries. Possibly the holidays. Another I love to sniff in the vial, but rarely wear.

This is like a sip of bubbly root beer on a summer day, in a saloon with faded yellow curtains, worn thin, fluttering in a warm breeze.
