    Shanghai

It really does smell like green tea with lemon and honey. At the same time, it's got a faintly elegant touch that I really like. The lemon verbena seems to overpower the tea less than real lemon would, and the honeysuckle is light enough as well. Very, very nice.

    Lolita

Smells like too long in a stillroom. The verbena is powerfully lemony herbal and the honeysuckle is simultaneously cloyingly sweet. Maybe diluted, I'd like it better, but . . . definitely not a favorite.

La Bella Donna Della Mia Mente

This is my favorite so far. It's light, sweet, and generally makes me feel like a fairy princess. There's a drink that one of my favorite restaurants makes: frozen peach nectar and champagne, swirled with sangria. This is what would happen if you replaced the sangria with pomegranate juice.

    Intrigue

Really interesting, really nice scent. I love the cocoa, and the cedar smell in interesting. Sadly, it's just a bit too much for me. After I've worn it for a while, it starts to grate on me. Some smells I like, but can't stand to wear all day.

    The Reaper and the Flowers

When I first put it on, it smelled very strong and just screamed, "I'm wearing perfume!!!" It was strong and floral, and I didn't really like it. It's calmed down very quickly. It's still very floral, and I don't really like it, but at least it is no longer quite so strong. I'm definitely smelling a lot of lily, and other flowers that are just a little too sweet for me.

    Madrid

This was a bit sweeter than I was expecting, but still nice. The cloves balanced it out so it wasn't cloying. It smelled like mulled grape juice, which is a rather nice smell. It lasted almost forever too. I put it on first thing in the morning before church, and I could still smell it when I got in the shower right before bed.

    Santa Eularia Des Riu

Basil. Sage. Anise. Rosemary. Oregano. And Lemon. Occasionally beneath it I get a hint of something sweet that could be either the jasmine or the orange blossom. I love it!!! This is something I could wear all day every day. Sweeter and spicier smells are nice for special occasions, but I prefer something herbal for frequent wearing, and this definitely does that. Sadly, it only lasts for a couple of hours and is gone.

    Terpsichore

I think the dominant scent I got out of this one was the iris, with the apple blossom and carnation. I didn't notice the vanilla at all. It smelled very springlike to me, in a dancing barefoot on ground that's damp and still slightly cool from winter kind of way. Definitely appropriate to the muse of dance. I liked it quite a bit and can definitely see myself wearing it again.

    Seraglio

Initially I got the almondy-sandalwood scent. Then I got the spices and the orange. But then the rose and the orange interacted with my skin to do something vile and it smelled pickley-sour and unpleasant. Near the end of the day it settled down to a mildly pleasant mixture of smells, but it wasn't worth the miserable sour phase. This one is not for me.

In the bottle, it smelled more nutty than chocolatey to me, I think I agree with some previous posters: hazelnut. On me, for most of the day, the chocolate wasn't very strong smelling. I smelled a lot of orange blossom, which I like though it wasn't what I was expecting. This was very definitely orange blossom, rather than orange. It was very sweet-smelling, almost like honeysuckle. I could faintly smell the chocolate under it which was a very nice combination. Later in teh day, the orange blossom faded and I'm getting the chocolate-covered cherry smell that some people have described. It's lasted all day in spite of some warm weather, outdoor walking, napping, handwashing, etc.. I'm pretty pleased with it, as a whole.

    Morgause

I didn't get any of the fruit, nor did I notice the violet. At first I got a lot of moonflower, which was very nice, followed by the jasmine. In both cases it smelled nice, though the jasmine was ever so slightly soapy for a while (not enough to be unpleasant). throughout I could smell the incense underneath, and as the other scents faded over the course of the day, the incense remained and became more and more noticeable. Overall, it was nice, and I liked it quite a bit. It wasn't quite as malevolent smelling as Iw ould have expected, but it definitely smells nice.

    Titania

This is the first scent that my skin completely and utterly rebelled against. I could smell in the imp, that it was lovely and sweet and amazingly blended. The minute it touched me skin, I smelled like chapstick. I still smell like chapstick, only less strongly. Needless to say, I won't be keeping this.

I didn't get any floral out of this one. At first it was just the merlot and the leather and a little bit of the musk. Until now I'd thought I didn't like musk, but it didn't actually bother me. For the first half hour or so it was rather sexy. Later, the leather starts to get to me. It wasn't that it was smelling stronger, or that the merlot was less. I just don't really like the leather, and once I've worn it for a while the novelty wears off, and I don't really like it. It's a great scent, but not for me.

I got three distinct stages from this one. The first lasted maybe ten or fifteen minutes. During this stage, I could smell lots of the grapefruit (ripe pink grapefruits at that) and a bit of the apple blossom. Overall, it was a relatively sweet smell. The second lasted a couple of hours. During this stage, I could mostly smell the tea and a lot of ginger, with very faint hints of the grapefruit and apple blossom. It was a very definitively yellowish-green smell. It smelled nice, but a bit more . . . something . . . than I had in mind. I'd have to be a very specific mood if I wanted to smell this way. I've reached the third stage, and I don't think it's going to go much further than this. I'm not sure how much longer it will last. There's just a very faint sweet smell of apple blossom. Overall, while I like it, I don't like it as much as I'd hoped too. I put it on before church and by mid-afternoon there's almost nothing left. I like all of the scents, but I'd have liked it better, if I'd gotten them a little more mixed, rather than one or two at a time.

I got this one mostly out of curiosity, because the ingredients sounded interesting. I wasn't expecting too much. When I opened the imp, I was expecting even less. It smelled too sweet! Painfully sweet. All bubblegummy. Once it was on my skin, however, it smelled fine. Smelled about the same when I first put it on as hours later. I could catch most of the fruits (no pineapple) with the most noticable being the apple, followed by the banana and coconut. The pomegranate was fainter, as was the sugar cane. But I smelled the chili powder most of all. All together, there was more of a fruit scent, but the chili powder was stronger than any of the individual fruits and I rather liked that. It was very nicely spicy. It lasted nicely. The package arrived about noon, and I could still smell it when I was getting ready for bed . . . after a rehearsal that included hot sweaty costumes and a lot of dancing in a too warm building. I was surprised I hadn't sweated it all off. Overall, I like it, though I'm not passionately in love with it. I think some of it's going to end up in a bottle of conditioner.
