    In the vial strong sugary sweetness.

     

    On wet strong dark sugar, then I can smell a spice in there! :D

     

    This definitely reminds me of Pink Moon 07! Whee! I like Pink Moon 07!

     

    Dry it stills smells the same, the sugar has mellowed out, but it is lovely! I am so glad I have 2 bottles of this on the way!!

     

    Tomorrow, I am going to put SS on one wrist and PM 07 on the other and compare them!!

    I can imagine this being absolutely gorgeous in a body butter!

     

    Edit: I now have 2 bottles (another 3 on the way), one is the '06 version, the other '07 The only difference between the two is that the '06 version is stronger, and lasts longer, which I suspect is because of the aging! Whee! I have an '05 version on the way, I can't wait to try that one!! I will have a total of 5 bottles and I want more, it is sooo lovely!!

     

    Oh, yes, definitely Pink Moon '07 variation, I am very happy woman! I said that this would be gorgeous scenting a body butter, and it is!

    In the bottle I can smell a sharp rose, and then a touch of honey.

     

    On my skin, all I can smell is the sharp. harsh rose note, it makes me feel sick!

     

    Now it has dried it has morphed into a softer honey rose, then rounds out even more to a sweeter floral, I think I can smell the vanilla flower.

     

    It has been on my wrist for about 20 minutes it has faded to a barely there sweet floral.

     

    If it hadn't been for the awful wet stage, I would really like this, but I can't put up with that really sharp, harsh first wet note, it does make me feel sick!

    Right, I hope I am posting this in the right place!!!

     

    I love Pink Phoenix, and I also adore Pink Moon, 05 & 07. Are there any GC scents that have similar notes, so I can stock up on scents I can lay my hands on!! I have managed to find two bottles of Pink Phoenix, but no joy with either of the Pink Moons! :P So I need to get my fix of these gorgeous scents (she says hopefully!) from the GC collection. Any ideas?

    Mr. Bromios had set up a wine-tent and was selling wines and pasties to the village folk, who were often tempted by the foods being sold by the folk from Beyond the Wall but had been told by their grandparents, who had got it from their grandparents, that it was deeply, utterly wrong to eat fairy food, to drink fairy water and sip fairy wine.

    An ethereal vintage, steeped with dandelion, honey, and red currants.


    This is the first review of Fairy Wine, I hope I have done it right!

    In the bottle I can smell the dandelion, honey and red fruits! It smells beautiful, all complimenting each other!

    Wet: It smells on my skin the way it smells in the bottle, it hasn't morphed at all, I can smell those three notes.

    Dry: Dandelion and honey! :P I can't smell the red currants anymore, which I don't mind, because this is still a beautiful blend!! I am soooo glad I have another bottle of this on the way! :D

    I would say that the throw is medium on me, and it last for about two hours, I wished it lasted longer, but I don't care, it is just so beautiful, I can just reapply!

    My first review! I feel nervous, but I wanted to do it, because I love reading the reviews, so it is nice to contribute something back!

    I first put this on last night before bed, and I thought WOW, I love this this!

    In the bottle, to my untrained nose, its smells fruity, berry fruits, that is all I can smell.

    Wet: Sweet and chocolately, that must be the vanilla and honey, it very quickly morphs into honeyed berry fruits, :yum: rather than the vanilla, but still sweet.

    Dry: This has settled into a beautiful delicate honeyed vanilla scent on my skin, and I love it! I could still smell it this morning when I got up (so it lasted 9 hours!), and I just HAD to reapply some, I am so glad that I have another bottle of this coming!! YUM!

    Last night while cuddled up with my husband, he kept sniffing, and finally said, 'I keep getting wafts of baby powder!' :lol: I don't think it smells like baby powder at all!

    This is my first review!

     

    When I took off the cap, it smelt familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it, I just knew that I loved it!

     

    Just applied and still the same thoughts as above.

     

    After about 15 minutes, I thought I could smell a warm spicy cinnamon note in there, and a floral smell too, gardenia?

     

    2 hours in and the scent is still going strong, it smells so warm, spicy-floral and comforting. A lovely scent!! I would say the cinnamon is still the prominent note in here! Yum!
