Jasmine and lavender. It smelled ok, and half an hour after I put two drops under my nose, I was yawning, then staggering off to bed. I slept for seven hours, with no tossing and turning and awoke feeling great. The smell was gone in the morning. This is the first night post flu, that I was able to sleep without Nyquil D.
