  1. I've been collecting snakes for the past year. Today I finally got to try the last two in the set (Boomslang and Asp viper) The winners for me are Cottonmouth (don't usually like florals, but this one works) and Western Diamondback (dry and resinous, reminds me of Ahathoor) Also good King cobra (spicy snake) Asp viper ( almond snake) Banded sea snake (green snake) Temple viper (incense snake) Habu (bamboo snake) Not so good Green tree viper (toothpaste snake) Coral snake (apple snake) Australian copperhead (candy snake) Death adder (medicinal snake) Boomslang (too much chocolate and too like snake oil) Never Saw scaled viper (overwhelming ginger cinnamon) Might change my mind when I've had longer to try some of them.

    Death Cap

This is an amazing scent. Wet it smells like a damp and mouldy cellar in a Georgian house. It really captures the fungal scent of rot and decay. Dry it becomes softer, more powdery and a little touch of vetiver pops up. Very soon it fades to sweet powder. I can't imagine wearing this as perfume but I'm keeping the imp to sniff as it is such a evocative creation.
