  1. My package from. @goddessrobynarrived after its lengthy Midwest tour! Sadly one of the two jars didn't survive all that jostling. I'll post pictures later of the lovely and whimsical flowers etched into it. I'm thrilled that it's something useful and I need tea storage that size and I love kilner jars for that storage I pick them up at the thrift store in different sizes and this one is super vintage!!

    So...

I think I received a stunning botanical embroidery piece from a mystery artist in this swap?

There was no note, but there were three delicious-sounding teas. And the artwork features my favorite flower-- which is BPALer- level thoughtfulness(not to mention fantastic sleuthing).

      Dear artist:

If it was you, thank you for this exceptional beauty and thoughtfulness.

If it wasn't for this swap, please enjoy the glory that mail fairies have brought.

Umm, please stand by for technical difficulties *it was right here*😭

    P.S.

My package is in the city it should be and scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Apologies in advance for the large box and dirth of goodies. The original box had an accident. Also, if there is any powder blue paint where it shouldn't be, I'm very sorry. It's been full of mishaps and travail over here.

    P.P.S.

Oh my gosh so much gorgeous art!  You are some seriously skilled artisans.❤

Oh my goodness! I forgot to put the card in. Lol! We happened to be in the summer swap together where you posted a picture a this flower when I asked about embroidery and @twilight reminded me when we were chatting about this swap. I'm so glad you like it! I had fun making it for you.

  3. I will put all my answers to questions on this post and update it as new questions come.

would you like hand knit items? Fingerless gloves,  hats, small shawl or neck gaiter? If yes,  please give measurements.

I love handmade things! I think my measurements are on my wishlist post that's linked  in my signature.

Let's say I'm going to make something with your favorite non-fantasy animal that comes in multiple colors of coat.  Do you want the "classic" color or would you like one of their lesser depicted colors?  Or a fantasy color like blue or purple?

I often love creative colors on animals, it gives you a new way of looking at them.

  4. My apologies to folks who got their cards from me late.  I'm so appreciative of all the cards I got and I had fun helping everyone celebrate their day!

I will post a more proper thank you shortly.

I am lucky to have a friend who is a talented card maker and does custom work. I enjoy sharing her art with others and I'm thrilled you like it. Happy birthday!

  6. I know we are already half way through this, but for remaining folks are their card themes you enjoy or that you hate? I know some people but I'd like to be able to do better for the people I don't know. <3

To answer my own question I like bats, geese, peafowl, horses, unicorns, flowers or other nature type stuff. Basically send me a Halloween card and I'll probably love it.

I'm not huge on jokes about my age/aging, I'm already disabled so.... I'm also not really into pervy joke cards these days.

  7. A general purpose pure anointing oil used specifically in the charging of seals and talismans.

I used this for the first time last night to charge and bind my talismans beneath the full moon. Its scent is very herbal and clean and gives a sense of awakening. I used this along with the anointing oil on my tarot cards, runes, crystals and other devices. For my tarot cards, I put a bit on the bag I store them in, but I also put some Seal of Moses on one thumb, anointing on the other and then shuffled my cards over and over again. I did a reading afterwards that perfectly answered my question and felt a real connection with my cards and strong sense of spiritual connection and openness.

  8. This blend has a very astringent but pleasant herbal smell to it. I used it last night beneath the full moon to anoint and charge my talismans, runes and tarot cards. For the tarot cards I put anointing upon one of my thumbs and Seal of Moses on the other and then shuffled the cards over and over. The reading I did afterwards perfectly answered my question. This blend resonates nicely and gives you a feeling of spiritual connection and contentment.
