This is the same patchouli that is in Banshee Beat on my skin. However, in VoA III it is very mellow. On me...I have a honeyed vanilla banshee beat. I amp all the notes...and it's lovely...but I don't need a bottle. I can see the BB comparison though....I really can.

Straight up Domino's white sugar with sticky honey. The honey is a bit cloying but at least it isn't musty on my skin. Not a fan of this at all. PASS.

Kabuki Ice. I despise florals...save a very few like Lulu, and the 2008 Presidential perfume. But Kabuki: Ice...is pure wine. It's an icy floral that stays true from wet to dry down.I really do dig it.

Best Chicory scent ever. Coffee...with chicory and sweet. Just the way I drink my coffee when I can get Chicory coffee. Perfect coffee scent at last...ah....

Y'all need this one. It's like an apple got dressed all sexy like and wanted to paint the town red. It's a bright red apple on my skin but other wise it warms to a bright apple with whispers of myrrh and purring sensuality of copal. I love this scent. SO GOOD. I liked it better than the Lips of Flame Scent hands down.

This is Morocco, with more vanilla musk and flowers. This bottle...this batch...this bottle is sheer perfection! The jasmine is slightly headache inducing but I am going to ignore that b/c the rest of this is just gorgeous! So glad I found this in a swap.

The Day Burned Bright. Creepiest, chalky, empty scent I have ever tried. Seriously...I can't wear it without thinking of Candyman and that empty feeling where his pictures were spray painted.

Three white cakes, vanilla, and red and black currants. This smells exactly like the perfume, which is to say ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY DELECTABLE. I adore Eat Me - it's the only foodie scent I am ever happy to wear, and now my whole house smells like it.
Luscious, delicious vanilla cake, balanced perfectly by the red current so it doesn't veer off into nausea-producing sweetness. It does not smell like butter or sugar, it smells like the sum of its parts: rich, gourmand cake. Not frosting....just cake. This atmo spray lastsTHIS.. and lasts; after one spritz, I could still smell it very distnctly several hours later. Warning: after a while, you will start raiding the cupboard for yummy things to consume.
THIS!!!!!!!!!!! A THOUSAND TIMES!!! MY ROOM SMELLS LIKE CAKE! GORGEOUS VANILLA CAKE WITH BLUEBERRIES!!! I MAY NEED TO GET SOME CAKE TOMORROW...THIS STUFF IS FUCKING FABULOUS!!!

This trully is a bone dry, brittle book/manuscript kind of smell. BUT it is ridiculously mild and blooms on my skin beautifully! This is in the same family of brown leather as Old Moon 2011. This is Old Moon's 1st cousin...the leather here reminds me of Indiana Jones and his leather jacket, with brittle bits of dust and dirt on it. This is the smell of crumbling paper, anciet times, leather, with a hint of man. I love it! Smells better on me than on the man thing too.

The sandalwood and benzoin are doing something to my skin that make this create a scent that is nauseating to my stomach. It works on my skin...but not in my head...and nose. Not a fan. Sadly...

Wet: Super freaking sweet vanilla musk. SUPER SWEET! Tooth achingly sweet!
Dry: Soft vanilla musk, no almond with a gentle floral. My decant is more than enough. If the vanilla wasn't so super foody sweet and screeching on my skin I would buy this in an instant...but this is a headache in a bottle.

Eve is a right day/wrong day kind of scent. On the right day she is a gorgeous, light, rose incense floral! On the wrong day...she is a migraine waiting to happen with the damn rose. I am happy that I purchased my decant....hell...I could even go for a low level partial...but a whole bottle...I won't be needing that. at. all!
-
This is just gorgeous. Woody, slightly sweet with a hint of rose. Damn it all to hell...another bottle I need to own!
-
Cologne, with metal, brass, gunpowder, and wood. The cologne fades quickly and I can smell the gunpowder in the wooden bullet itself. I smell the brass of the gun, this by far is the most evocative and wondrous scents of the OLLA series. So glad I bought a bottle.
-
Epic fail. The sage turns the musk and leather into something NAUSEATING! Must. Wash. Off. NOW!
-
The tobacco flower is just UGH. Then when it dries...the cognac takes over and pummels the amber and black pepper into dust. Pass.
-
From wet to dry down the white lime is the dominating note. Eventually it dries down to a mild cedar note. Meh.
-
#45. Soft amber with woods. It is amazing! That is all.

Norman
in ParaNorman
I can't believe I haven't reviewed this one. On me...clean crisp linen note with a hint of jeans and cream. Clean cream. I love it...and it is one of my favorite transition from summer to fall scents.
-
Smoky moon 12. Hands down.
-
The oriental blossom and cotton blossom are overwhelming here. I can barely smell the vanilla...and then BAM...cotton and oriental blossom. I am hoping that if I can age my decant the vanilla will come out more. B/c if it does...this will be bottle worthy.
-
This is Eat Me's younger cousin without the cake note. The problem is that is the aniseed. I tried this with the hope that the aniseed would be mild...but no. My skin wants to amp it to high heaven and make me very nauseous. This is going to be washed off...and never spoken of...EVER AGAIN.

This smells like a regular snickers bar on me. Nougat, chocolatey, and nutty goodness. Making me hungry. PASS.
