How do you apply your BPAL oils?

Thanks very much. I think the stopper is definatley faulty so i will remove it and try the bottle tip method first... then i will use a qtip sans cotton if that doesnt work. Thanks for the help... and thanks to whomever moved my thread into the right place... sorry i put it into the wrong place

How do you apply your BPAL oils?

This is my first big bottle (red moon) and so far ive wasted soooo much of its precious contents because i cannot seem to get it out right. I tried turning over (as that seems the only likely way to get it out) and a whole gush of it comes out the sides (of the little plastic stopper thing). I dont know if i have a faulty stopper but its not working out well. Should i take th estopper off? Then how should i take the oil out... i really dont want to put my fingers in it and then ruin it but i hate to waste so much, not to mention douse myself with a ton of it and either have to wash it off or walk around giving people headaches (like my friend tonight ) ANyone else having this problem? If you dont use the stopper what is the best method to get the oil out without touching it?

    Bayou

I really like this scent and was very pleased that it was included in my order as a freebie imp. I love strong scents and this one has got it. At first i got an orangie smell off this and reminded me of kitchen cleaner but i think my nose was just confused then i read the description and was like... "yes this is very blue green".... it really has a nice aquatic note to it and has a good balace with the earthy spanish moss. I really dont see myself wearing this but i would definately burn this as a house scent. I dont see a big bottle in my future but i will keep and use up my imp.

    Haunted

First sniff: Hmmm very interesting. Cant tell if I like it or love it but I def don’t hate it. Its very musky but not in a bad way. Reminds me of an old antique store. The more I sniff the more I like. It also reminds me of an old lady but isnt an old lady scent if that makes sense! Drydown: Ohhhh yummm.. im in love with this one. It mellowed to a nice powdery deep and very smooth musky amber smell. Its gorgeous!

Thanks everyone for the recs. I am going to take these all into consideration when i order my next set of imps... but considering i have 30 on there way to me i have alot of those that you reccommended in that bunch. I also tried strength which seemed to last a while on me.. good thing because i LOVE it!

    Strength

Wow this is beautiful.. It smells just like a certain flower that comes in the tradition bouquets, but me being so terrible at placing smells cannot for the life of me think of which flower it could be. Im thinking a lily or daisy. but neither of them are really rinigng a bell here. Definately fresh cut flowers with lots of green leaves. I really love this. Im hoping it will last but i doubt it. Its only been about 10 mintues and its alrady softening up a lot. Still gorgeous though and i will definatley use up my imp. EDIT: THis turned burnt on me. shame cause i loved it in the beginning. I ended up swapping this away.

I liked this when wet. It was a delicious chocolate covered orange smell or liek those chocolate oranges that you bang on the table and it breaks all the pieces apart after y ou take the foil off. (i think that was an orange flavor! lol)... well I was really enjoying this scent but then the drydown changed to smell just like orbitz bubble gum. Maybe my nose is going a little bonkers but that is exactly how it smells. I love orbitz bubble gum so it isnt a bad smell just not something that i would want to smell like. I may hav eto swap this but will give it one more try first.

    Hellcat

I got this as a swap from Andrabell. From first sniff to drydown i get delicious hot mulled cider. Spicy, cinnamony and delicious. This is gorgeous and a perfect fall winter scent. Ill definatley be keeping this and possibly purchasing a 5ml. Yummmmm EDIT: I still really adore this scent. Im not getting such a boozy scent like others are getting. I still get the mulled cider smell. Which i loveeee. This is more of a relaxing scent for me. I wear this mostly when i am home and by myself. Its a little too strong to wear to work, though thte drydown is gorgeous, its still in its beginning stage on teh bus and im not sure teh people on the bus loved it as much as i did. Still a fave though, and although i wont be buying a big bottle right now, i do have another imp on the way.

    Imp

First sniff - Its peach, but a dark and sexy overly ripe peach. Not too sweet. very nice. On skin: I definately smell the amber and peach. Im not sure what patchouli smells like so i dont know if that is what i smell but the best way i can describe this is very golden warm and sensual. The peach is very subtle. Its smells like a scent yo u shoudl be wearing when you want to be devious and i suppose that goes with the title. Drydown: I smell much less peach now and much more amber and musk. Im not the worlds biggest amber fan, i only like it when its blended pretty well with other fragrances. I think it plays too big of a role in this blend. Shame because i really like the initial scent. This is also very light on me and fades fast so i wouldnt purchase a large bottle but i will keep my imp and use it up.

    CCNow or PayPal

wow i wished i knew this before i placed my order. I did it through CC now. I dont like the fact that are taking part of the profit from the oils. I will use paypal from now on. Besides the money factor is there other problems with CC now?
