  1. 2007 version- This is really lovely, it actually reminds me strongly of Lush's Olive Branch on the top, with a deep golden note in the middle which I presume is the beeswax and amber, and deep dark seedy fruit (fig and pomegranate I'm guessing) way underneath.

  2. I don't get lemon or aquatic from this. It smells like peach to me. It almost reminds me of something you'd put in a shower gel or bubble bath. It's not bad, though. Very sweet and light. I wouldn't buy a bottle of this but I will enjoy my decant. I think I'll like it a bit more in spring than autumn, though.

Wet - I got juicy peaches too, but all my partner could smell was jasmine. Drying - I'm getting sweet olive as well, similar to Lush's Olive Branch scent, with a green aquatic underneath.

I only put on the smallest amount from the top of the bottle and I can still smell it without needing to have my nose near my arm.

  3. I get strong florals (roses, etc.) and sunscreen from my well-aged bottle. It makes me flashback to washing my hands at the beach last time we went.

I don't like it much, but I think I know someone who will  .

  4. I have never smelt red patchouli before, so my first thought when I put some of this one on was jasmine and of course orange! Love the smell :P

1 hour later: cinnamon and nutmeg and orange. Very spicy and warm.

2 hours later: still spicy, but a lot less orange.
