If you like L'Instant by Guerlaine you will love Haunted.

The lab says this is chocolate & heavy cream but in the drydown I detect something else ... something very sophisticated!! I just love this and plan on buying more before it disappears. By far the best chocolate scent I have tried.

My very first review.

In the bottle: Cedar & Pine

Wet: Same as above with a hint of sweetness.

Dry: Sweet, Dries down to a nutty, buttered, bloated sugar cube.

I loved this soooo much and wore it for over a week with no problems. Then it turned on me. It became so sweet I thought I was going to hug the toilet. A friend recommended that I keep it and give it a try at a later date. I did and it was love all over again. The culprit that amped up the sweetness?? "That time of the month"

ETA: 4/16/09 ... This is still in my top 10 list of all time favs. Such an unusual and comforting scent.

What about Beaver Moon, is there a GC similar to it?

Oh yeah ... Beaver Moon sounds yummy. I hope I can find a bottle of it.

Yeah, I went over and read about them and I'm gonna order both. They do sound yummy and I saw pics of the labels and they are so darn cute!

Hi everyone, I am new here to the forum and new to BPAL as well. I did place an order and bought Midway & Elegba (based on reviews here). I am hoping for some recommendations on foody type scents. My biggest lemming is: Spooky but it sounds like Elegba is on the same line minus the mint and chocolate. Would love to hear from you.
