  1. I have to agree, Skuld in the bottle is really kinda gross. I got a frimp two days ago and set it aside after sniffing. Bleh.

But then I looked at reviews and decided to give it a chance! It's really rather nice on me. It turns into a powdery, light musk and floral blend. I don't get much of a honey note, but everything else is nice!

  2. Very green and floral with alot of sweetness. The strongest note for me is the osmanthus, with the honey and sugar making it overly sweet.

In the bottle it smells really nice but the second it's on my skin is smells like stereotypical "girl" perfume. I think this is a very pretty scent but it just doesn't work well on me.

For the record this is the first asian-themed scent that hasn't worked for me. :P

  3. Definately refreshing! The lime and musk are the strong notes in this blend, with the seaspray and verbena in the background. This is a very masculine fresh, reminding me of deodorant body sprays without that nasty fake scent. This lasts for hours and hours and is wonderful on my husband. I'd recommened this for any guy! I'll be looking for an extra bottle for sure.

  4. Wow, so much like black licorice in the imp and on my skin. The candy mellows out to musk in the end. Very light throw, noticeable but not overwhelming. A nice scent, but my hubby hates licorice. However, I know someone this will be perfect for! Yay enabling!

  5. Wow, yummy. In the imp Cockaigne is sweet, vanilla and cakey. On my skin the initial throw is simply amazing; I smell just like fresh cake! I get more of a milky note as it dries down but, sadly, I never encounter any wine. It's still a very tasty scent, and of all the foody cake scents I've tried this one stays the longest. Definately going on my list!

  6. In the bottle Tavern of Hell is very woody and sweet. It's much different than anything I've tested so far. The florals become sweeter and more complex as the oil dries down, and the whiskey comes out in the background. In the final stages nothing is left but a sweet, floral and fresh scent. I'm with The_Witching_Hour, this is really great, and I need more.

  7. In the bottle: Juicy, sweet and green. Kinda like gummy worms!

On Skin: Grapefruit, wood and sugar.

Dry down: The musk and vanilla come out with the woodsy scent backing them.

Overall this scent is wonderful, sweet, light and complex, I'm sad I only bought one bottle.

  8. This is mostly dry, dusty lavender in the bottle and on my skin. There's a slight hint of other notes but none of them come through for me. While I <3 lavender I don't think this is interesting enough to have more than an imp of.

  9. Very warm and manly. Czernobog is very different from anything I've tried before and I really like it. The musk isn't very strong and the vertivert I love so much is there along with that sweet juicy note. Mmm.

  10. This is like a tame version of Infero, all the yumminess without the cinnamon bite. A sweet combo of musk and wood; the throw is great and it has staying power. I really like this blend and may soon add more to my collection. :P

  11. Oh, god, this is sooo good. The currant and grapefruit come out as the top notes with lavender lying in the background and the chamomile-musk combo makes a perfect base. This is very fruity and juicy and reminds me of herbal teas. A definate keeper!

  12. All dragon's blood and spicy rose geranium. I have to agree with others, color aside this doesn't really say rage to me. Maybe a tame flame of anger but not rage. It is a nice spice scent though, kind of masculine.
