  1. I love this sassy gourmand blend, which isn't too foody, and therefore absolutely wearable.

Unfortunately, it hates my guts. Its out for deep dark evil revenge, turning my porcelain skin a naughty pink and stinging like the devil it is.

    Why oh why!!!!!!?????? :P

I'm super bummed, and sad to give this one up, but I can't be jumpin' in the shower every time I want to smell delicious.

  2. At first I was like, holy almondness!

Then this lovely blend mellowed with the help of the honey mead.

There's a similar note to lovelt Freak Show and perhaps that's why I am so drawn to this one. I'm going to need a big bottle...

  3. Yummy...

I get berries and roses and something sugary and syrupy.

My first few attempts with BPAL roses were not my best attempts. Either my chemistry has changed a bit, or my taste, because lately I've been finding some real winners in the rose category.

If I had to describe this scent in a word, it'd be - purple.

  4. Devious cocoa and tempting patchouli.

I like this blend, but I wouldn't wear it. I think it's the leather note that kills it for me. I'm just not a fan of the BPAL leather on my skin.

Overall, sexy and I'd like my better half to try it on.

  5. The imp I have is actually a decant of Old Shanghai.....not sure if there's much difference.

To me this is cream and sugared peaches. I have an old decant of Old Shanghai, so maybe it's morphed a bit, but it's pure cream and sugared peaches. Reminds me of something Comptoir sud Pacifique would make. Yummy.

  6. Incense and Rose. All Saint's a rich, velvety scent, which makes me want to snuggle close to someone near and dear telling ghost stories by a campfire before the first frost. It's was a dark and stormy night... :P

  7. Oh, I'm in looooooove! :D :D :D :P :D

This is a beautiful spicy, amber and berry blend. It actually reminds me of Lolita Lempicka, but with the berry note. There's also a floral hint of Iris.

It's warm and sexy and I'll definately be needed a big bottle of Florence.

  8. Pretty, cool scented floral blend. Neroli is one of my favorite notes, and it blends beautifully with the sandalwood and ylang ylang. Often ylang ylang goes sour on my skin, but here it's utterly feminine and delicate. I wouldn't purchase a full bottle, but I've enjoyed my imp.

  9. Yum! Deliciously spicy floral blend! I've struck out with many BPAL roses, but Beatrice is VERY good to me. I think it may have something to do with the carnation, which adore my skin and always gives a warm embrace. Overall, a stunning blend that I hope will be revisited soon. :P

  10. ... This scent reflects the futurism, self-indulgence and excess of the Glitter 70’s: champagne, hyacinth, tuberose, ylang ylang and flashing white musk with jonquil, tobacco flower, white sandalwood and a pale poppy.

Well, the pale poppy, champagne, and ylang ylang are not in love with my chemistry. The scent is ok. Reminds me of Sleepy Moon, which I had tried before Stardust. There's a similar perfumey, yet green note. Overall, ok but I wouldn't invest in a full bottle.

  11. Oh, I'm in love! :P

Vanilla, blood orange, amber....a touch of rose and gardenia.

Everything I love and it's all fabulous! I really feel that without vanilla, and in this case toasted vanilla, that floral/fruit blends can get overwhelming. Alone, floral is nice, and alone fruity is nice, but when they're together, they need some bbase and amber and vanilla do their jobs beautifully here....
