In the bottle: I smell sweetness, almost foodie but not quite, also I can "feel" the pink pepper more than smell it as it hits the back of my throat. Wet on skin: Holy pink pepper! I can smell it more now and the "feel" is still there, however it's not like i just inhaled crushed peppercorns or anything. There is a definite tart, fruit/floral note that stands out to me I'm pretty sure this must be the passion flower because I don't really pick up on the honeysuckle just yet. Dry on skin: 10-30 min.- The passion flower seems to have faded a bit and now I can smell the honeysuckle peeking through, I like this stage, the honeysuckle is clean, it seems to be pulling the scent together, smoothing out the edges, and tempering the pink pepper which is still very much present. I'm also beginning to smell the amber it's golden and faint but beautifully soft, not demon baby powder. 30 min. on- Still a clean, soft, golden scent, very pretty! For me it's all amber and spicy honeysuckle, I find it very relaxing and cozy and the more I smell it the more I love it.

In the bottle: Smells heady and floral with a, "stickiness". Wet on skin: The Magnolia is front and center, I've never actually smelled a magnolia, but I've seen them and this smells of a big, heavy, white blossom with thick petals. I get the feeling of warmness and air thickened by humidity, like walking through Savannah, Georgia during the late afternoon in the middle of summer. There is a fruitiness, it's indistinct, but it's definitely ripe and golden. Then the honey is there smooth and dripping over everything. Dry on skin: 10-30 min.- The magnolia is still the main scent but it's become a more rounded and, IMO, everything a large southern flower should be. The ripe fruit is there lending a sweetness, and the honey is warming everything up. 30 min on- The magnolia has started to calm becoming a nice, plays-well-with-others, floral, while the honey is more pronounced it's becoming sour and plastic like , the fruit never gained any ground on me it just seemed to play a supporting roll. Verdict: I like the scent, it seems very summer in the south to me. I do not care for the final dry down but I'll chalk that up to chemistry and the honey, I seem to have a problem with the honey notes. I will try it again in a few weeks and see what happens.
