  1. Links: Amazon general wishlist Amazon book wishlist Amazon makeup wishlist Etsy wishlist Pinterest (for the vibes) Interested in anything from Cellar Door's Halloween update? Basic Witch, Black no. 1, and Once Bitten all sound good. And not part of the Halloween selection, but the Tea Tree & Charcoal soap looks v nice too! Anything from Sock Dreams catch your eye? (https://sockdreams.com) Any of the New Zealand bed socks, the plus size high waisted fleece lined leggings (black or purple), and they're out of stock, but my gosh the Lisbeth printed tights (large) are stunning Damman Freres? Here's the link- (https://www.dammann.fr/en/) Rooibos Carrot Cake, Lovely Chai, and Mint Fennel all sound delicious Do you see anything you need from Paintbox Soapworks Weenie Update? New & Limited Edition - 2025 Weenie Collection - Page 1 - Paintbox Soapworks Bath streusel or scrub in Phantasma would be lovely! Anything from Haus of Gloi's Fall offerings speak to you? (https://www.hausofgloi.com/collections/fall-1) Bubbling scrub in Kitchen Witch or Spider Silk and/or Refresher Spray in Cozy Apple or Olde Cider Haus Weenies wishlist? Will update once the full announcement is out, but as far as the teasers go, The Hag and Hiss & Hearse sound gorgeous. How do you feel about the pastel Halloween offerings that are out? I lean more towards nature-inspired decor, but if it's on something like a notepad or t-shirt it'd be cute (especially if purple or mint) Will you be away for part of the round? I will be away the week after it ends (11/9-11/15), but my partner will be home, so late packages will be safe but my squee'ing will be delayed. Fiberart - What might you like? Long striped armwarmers? A pair of slippers, decadently lined in cashmere? Lined slippers sound oh so lovely! Do you have an amazon wishlist to be sure I don't duplicate a book? linked at the top Do you have a Halloween Tree? Do you need ornaments? No, but I do have some wall hooks I sometimes hang ornaments from, so a flat ornament could make a seasonal home there. Do you have an Etsy wishlist? also linked at the top Dragon Con Peach Pit scents have been revealed! Anything on your wishlist? (Including the Dragons here too) Nothing's catching my eye from these. Would you like [a hair fall] (for a pony tail effect) or two (for a pigtail effect)? I've never worn one, so I'm not sure if it'd work with short hair? If it would, then a mermaid-themed one would be really cool - sea green mixed with colors to blend into my mix of salt and (mostly) pepper. Do you have use for witchy supplies? Herbs, oils, crystals, etc. If so, what types and for what purpose(s)? I'm well stocked on herbs and oils (though the new Golden Honeycomb TAL has caught my eye), but incense, chime candles, and crystals are very welcome. Anything for energy, focus, or creative expression/writing would be :chef's kiss: Would you be interested in custom artwork, such as a painting? If so, what mood, theme, colors, style, etc. would you be excited to see? If there's a dream, a dnd character, a favorite fairy tale, deity, etc. you'd love it to capture, spill those deets - including anything you wouldn't want (nudity, size restrictions, whatnot). Yes - as long as it's not too heavy (I'm in a rental and use command strips instead of nails). I tend to like art that's either very stylized (like art nouveau) or abstract and/or textured (check out my pinterest for examples). As for colors, I like all shades of green and blue-green, but also punchy peaches and deep dark purples, as well metallics and weathered papers. Mixed media is welcome. For the theme, anything inspired by Tarot, fairy tales, fae, goddesses, or the ocean would be cool, as I lean towards the dreamy and fantastical. I'm in Japan, anything specific you would want from here? I love those guava candies and anything matcha. Aesthetically, I'm always drawn to prints with sakura blossoms over a blue background. There's probably lots of Japanese makeup and skincare I would love - I have pale, cool, olive-leaning skin, so a lot of asian makeup palettes work well for me. Same with hair products/accessories. Incense would be very welcome! I use the Morning Star brand all the time and would enjoy trying others as well. I just got back from Mongolia and brought a bunch of small souvenirs, how do you feel about small things from random countries? That sounds fun! I trust your judgement as far as specific types of souvenirs go, but I can usually find a spot for random doodads and whatnots, especially if I can find a tie-in for feng shui purposes. I make custom ita rosettes/cases (pics here to explain what I mean https://tinyurl.com/mwtwmvfm). Is that something you might be interested in? If so, what type/colors/size/ etcetc These are so cool! Maybe one that could be used as halloween/harvest decor - like to hang from a doorknob perhaps? (colors: browns w/ a touch of green or teal) Snorg tees has some hilarious and awesome new shirts. They are also reasonably priced. Please give me 3 of your fav designs and tee size/color if available for a color option. https://www.snorgtees.com/products/strange-women-lying-in-ponds-sword-distribution-co-womens-v-neck-tee?variant=44828593651844 - heather slate, XL https://www.snorgtees.com/products/do-it-for-the-plot-womens-v-neck-tee?variant=51003842461828 - heather slate, XL https://www.snorgtees.com/products/chaotic-neutral-womens-v-neck-tee?variant=41882701758596 - dark gray heather, XL BloomChic has some pretty fun plus and smaller size halloween fashions. If you so desire, give me your top 3 favs with sizes! Ooh, I've been wanted to try out Bloomchic for a while now. I'm obsessed with this one: https://bloomchic.com/collections/halloween/products/hollow-mesh-back-slim-fit-t-shirt?from_module=JUU1JTk1JTg2JUU1JTkzJTgxJUU5JTlCJTg2JUU1JTkwJTg4JUU5JUExJUI1 - 2X I like making little flower arrangements with fake flowers; would you be interested in a mini bouquet (think, something that would fit in a bud vase)? If so, any seasonal/color scheme requests? I would love such a thing - I really like peachy colored flowers. There's a "Flowers" board on my pinterest you can reference for more specific color scheme inspiration. ❤️ Feelings on candles/wax melts? Candles - yes! I mostly use taper, chime, and jar/tin candles. Wax melts - no Feelings on crocheted wall art/mandalas? Color scheme requests? That would be very cool! I'd probably hang it in my office, so any combination of blush pink, rusty/brown-pink, soft greens, white/cream, beachy-type colors. anything specifically Australian you might like? I'm not really familiar with Australia-specific goods other than vegemite, but after some googling, I'd say Pineapple Lumps, Cheezels, or any sort of eucalyptus or manuka honey products. local tea blender just down the street from me if there is anything from there you might like to try The "Goodhealth Digestive" and "Rooibos and Roses" herbal teas both look good. whats your coffee desire, and beans or grind size? also include your favorite old 70's-80's cartoons or fandoms. I use an aeropress, which recommends a "medium-fine" grind (I often use medium and the results are perfectly adequate though). Re: cartoons/fandoms, you probably mean TV shows, but I gotta mention that I'm a Fieval stan, so if that's an option it's #1 on the list. Also a fan of Monty Python, Alf, Doctor Who, Fraggle Rock, and the Muppets. Note: Please no Peanuts/Snoopy - my ex collected Snoopy stuff so I have an unfortunate association now. [knit] socks, a hat, a cowl, arm warmers, or a shawlette for your neck and shoulders could definitely be doable if that would be enjoyed. Just let me know colour preferences, or fibre preferences/allergies. Socks (ankle or knee), extra wide arm warmers, or gloves would be lovely. I think I covered colors in the questionnaire, but for fibre the softer the better (if it's scratchy I'll end up not using it). if you could have any garment made just for you what would it be and what would it look like? You can include reference links/images or just describe it. Oh gosh, I would love a mid calf or ankle length flapper style dress in teal or plum. US size 20, 28" inseam. Do you enjoy stim toys or other fidgety items? I work near an amazing store called Madam Clutterbuckets Neurodiverse Universe that caters to neuroduvergents as well as employing entirely Neurodiverse staff and supporting lots of ND and disabled artists. I live buying stickers, patches, art fidgets and kicknacks. Would you be interested in anything? I have been curious to try the "gentle pain" type of stim, so these guys look intriguing - https://www.madamclutterbuckets.com/collections/sensory-regulation-tools/products/spiky-sensory-acupressure-fidget-finger-ring-toy Is there any Renny thing you covet? I'm always up for incense, dried herbs, honey or lavender products, rings and earrings, maybe a cool candle holder What is your size in say Tshirts? Pajamas? Typically 18-20/2XL/3XL, depending on the brand. I usually check the size chart to see which size falls closest to a 44-inch waist measurement. And if it's unisex or reviews say it runs small, I'll size one up from that to make sure there's room for the curvy bits. Do you like Halloween socks? Any particular style or image/character? Only if they're those big, fuzzy sleep sock types (in which case anything goes). Generally with socks I'm looking for function and comfort. I have wide feet and inflammation issues, so my #1 concern is a comfortable fit. [Flower Letters-Lily Clara series] - would you like me to pass it along to you, witchee? That sounds so precious and magical - yes, I'd love to read it I make junk journals and paper crafts. [...] Would you like to receive one? My style is generally vintage but I could also do a Halloween one, winter holiday one, shabby chic or something of your suggestion. That is so cool. A folio/junk journal would probably help my life a lot. Maybe one to contain scraps of writing (I'm a poet and fantasy writer) - I've got so many things in so many different notebooks and random scraps of paper, it would be awesome to have way to organize at least some of it. Vintage or mystical vibes would be cool! Snag tights have released their Halloween lines. Is there anything there that tempts you? The Hallow-queen tights (size F) are beautiful. I'm also always up for chub rub shorts. Is there anything you'd like from Lush? I love their Daddy-O shampoo and I'd be interested in trying Mask of Magnaminty, Dirty Springwash, or the Himalayan Salt Rock Scrub. I go to Disneyland Paris a few times a month as I have a pass- is there anything I can get for you? No thanks - I'm actually going to Disney World in November I have a Daiso opening near me next weekend. I'm going to the Grand Opening. Is there anything you want me to be on the lookout for? I'm not familiar with Daiso, but I trust your judgement. I'll be placing a Nocturne Alchemy order asap, anything from the Halloween update catch your attention? Not thanks - I try to stick to BPAL for the sake of my sanity, lol Would you be interested in a handwritten book, filled with things about some of your favorite things, birthday lore, recipes, pretty pictures, stories, quotes, etc.? What a cool idea! I'm trying to think of a topic that would keep me reaching for it and this might be out of the box, but a collection of trivia on subjects I'm weak at would actually be so helpful. I play trivia once a week and am always stumped when questions about geography (countries, capitals, rivers), presidents, or the periodic table come up. It might not be inspiring, but it'd be very useful! Is there anything you absolutely DO NOT want, that hasn't come up elsewhere? This could be anything from "please, no more plush unicorns, I am drowning!" to "I have trypophobia." I think I mentioned no Peanuts/Snoopy, but for the same reason there's a lot of anime I now avoid I've also never been big on plushies, since you mentioned it! If I were to send you a physical book, are there any genres/themes/authors you'd prefer not to encounter? I'm up for most things! Maybe steer clear of problematic authors who are still alive if it would be a new purchase. If I could make you my fudge (not currently selling it, btw, but willing to make for SW witching, nacho witching, etc!), which of these flavors makes you 🤤 : My sweet tooth isn't the strongest, so less-sweat flavors (like peanut butter) would be most appreciated. And walnuts or pecans are always welcome! anything from Dryad teas pique your interest? Oh goodness. So yes, but I'm overwhelmed by the number of options. Gonna try to narrow it down by appealing names first, then check the flavors....okay, short-ish list: UnSeelie, Winter Court, Writing Desks & Ravens, Faerie Garden, Pixie, Rosemary & Rue, Sweet Dreams I do canning and make lots of tasty condiments. Would you like to try some? How do you feel about peach? Rhubarb? Tomato? Spicy or sweet? Spicy and sweet? Yes! I like all the things. If spicy, I prefer it to be mild and/or smokey and/or sweet. Otherwise, gosh, yeah, I like pretty much everything and love trying things that are new or unique. I enjoy a good kitchen experiment, so if you want to throw something zany at me, go for it! Otherwise, whatever you have a surplus of or enjoy making the most Poesie Tea - what would you like? Cozy Chestnut, Geneva, London Smoke & Fog, and Palace Chai all sound good. Would you enjoy overtly Australian things in your gift? I would definitely be curious to try an indigenous spice blend. Also, if I were to include chocolate in your gift, would it be milk, dark, or white? Or is all chocolate good chocolate? Dark chocolate is bae, but I don't turn my nose up at milk chocolate. White chocolate I would give to my bf. Is there anything here that appeals? (erstwilder) Nothing's catching my eye Are you interested in having some of this year's homemade peach jam? Yum - absolutely! Do you like bracelets? Can you wear soft stretchy polyester ones, like zox? (zox.co) If so, what size would you prefer? (s / m / l) no Do you need any supplies or notions for any of your hobbies? paint brushes (for acrylic) are always welcome, especially the tiny-tipped ones Do you like plushies, like Squishables? no Do you like caramels? We have a local caramel maker who vends at our farmers markets. Any of these flavors sound good? I'm not big on caramels because I don't enjoy the tacky texture, but caramel sauce would be welcome My son makes mead, would you like to try a sample? BIG yes We made rose petal liqueur and lavender vanilla liqueur; are you interested in having a sample of either? these are so lovely, but I still have a liiiiittle bit left from the last time I got a batch, so pass for this round Is there anything specifically Pacific Northwest or Seattle themed that you would like? nothing I can think of Maeve Chocolate (formerly Seattle Chocolates) has "seconds" bags; are you interested in some imperfect chocolates? Which flavors? absolutely! - Pike Place Espresso, Magical Mint, & Cafe Latte Crunch sound good If you don't have a TJ's by you, is there anything you want? Those cinnamon sugar cashews sound dynamite. Intrigued by the Fall Harvest Salsa and the honey b&b products too. Wyrding Studios just posted a new update. Do any of these appeal to you, witchee? I like the fae lantern earrings Tis the season for planner people. Are you one? If so what is your planner poison of choice and do you need/want supplies and if so, what type do you want? I want to be a planner person, but alas, I struggle with such things. Maybe a planner that doesn't have a daily/calendar structure though? Do you feel like you need some leggings, dearest witchee? I'm pretty well stocked on leggings at the moment. I don't see any on this site, but a pair of (fleece/sweater) textured leggings might be nice though. Dearest Witchee, I'll be in London shortly- anything specifically British you'd enjoy? Ooh tea or marmalade would be lovely. Do you prefer things to be individually wrapped so you can open them when you need a boost, or is putting them in one box unwrapped okay? As long as things are packed securely it doesn't matter, though with that in mind, I'd lean towards (at least some) things being wrapped. I've had swap items arrive broken before, so the tighter/more padded the packing the better! I’m about to make myself an order here, and was wondering if anything might also appeal to you, dearest of witchee’s https://www.etsy.com/shop/khallion No thank you Dearest witchee, is there anything here that catches your eye? https://ateliercoco-store.com/en-au No thanks Interested in any of these? Witch Baby Soap - any of the scrubs or bath bombs MoonaLisa - it looks like they're sold out of several things rn, so I'll swing back later for this There are artists that sell tattoo passes, so that you can legitimately have their work tattooed. Is there anyone that you would potentially like such a pass for? No at this time, but thank you for alerting me to this! Might have to do some research into this down the line... Obvious question of whether you would like anything from the new Lunacy update (Black Butterfly Moon, etc.)? Oh yes, this update is rather fetching. Black Butterfly Moon (perfume), Black Currant and Black Rose lotion, Tuberose and Sparkling Blackberry Wine, Grumblotch's Salts, Marine Lover Hair Gloss, and Strangled on Midsummer's Eve all sound beautiful.

Chaos Theory IV: Edge of Chaos

CXIX (119) Wet: Sweet and smokey. I smell clove for certain, maybe some opium, and a touch of something a tad brighter, in a golden direction. It's sexy and slinky. Drydown: Stronger in the opium direction, with perhaps a bit of sandalwood and church incense joining in? Still sweet, smokey, sexy, and slinky like the wet stage, but it's now expanding into exotic and atmospheric territory too. Dry: I think this is opium, clove, and frankincense, possibly with some other spices, woods (rosewood possibly), and/or resins rounding it out (maybe carnation too??). It's cozy, smokey, sweetly spicy, and so very good. 8.5 out of 10 bones

    Baba Yaga

Wet: Bright, herbal, and sweet, with a bit of a high-pitched ozone note. Drydown: A little earthier on the skin, but still quite sunshiney and bright. There's definitely a woodsy, wildflower aspect and some sort of menthol note, with lots and lots of sunlight turning everything golden. It's nose-tickling. Dry: This is really pretty. It reminds me of a sunlit forest, a wildflower meadow, a magic shop, and a tea shop all rolled into one. So yes, a perfectly idealistic witch's cottage. Positively enchanting! 8 out of 10 bones
  4. 1. Does anything, scent and / or product-wise, catch your eye from the Haus of Gloi summer drop? (https://www.hausofgloi.com/collections/summer) [you're free to pick stuff NOT from Summer as well, of course! ] Oh my. Any of the soaps, refreshers, soft bubbling scrubs, soy wax andles, or any of the sugar exfoliants. Scents that especially catch my eye: Depravity, Eudemonia, Moon Dog, Tonic #7, Hummingbird, Archipelago, Buzz off, Chillax, Orange Orchard, & Sea Spa 2. Yes, the rumors are true- I'll be in Paris this summer! Tell me up to five things you'd be happy to get from there, including any specific teas from Dammann Freres, my favorite french tea shop! (https://www.dammann.fr/en/#) Ooh lala! Literally any of the tea - omg it all looks so beatiful! ? Um, also anything with lavender, french chocolates, or fancy soaps! 3. I recently discovered Khamilaluna and plan to place an order soon to get a present for my roommate. Is there anything you'd like from them? These are stunning! The standouts are the Coconut Lime Verbena scrub, the Coffee & Peppermint, Sweet Basil & Lavender, or Coconut Bliss soap, and the Tobacco & Bay Leaf men's soap. 4. is there any small gift from mother nature that you'd like me see if I can source for you from old forests? Hmm. Some pine, fir, or spruce needles would be awesome. 5. do you wear rings on all your fingers? how about a range smallest to largest? I prefer wearing rings on my ring and middle fingers, but I'll make an exception if the size and style suits a different finger. 7 for my pinkies, 10, 10.5, and 11 covers my thumbs, ring, and middle fingers, and 11 and 12 for my pointers. 6. If your Sprite were to gift you magical items or workings... a) Would you be interested in that? b) If so, what intention(s) would you appreciate most? Certainly! I could use help with energy and concentration. I'm an artist and writer and have a few projects that need to get done in the coming months, but struggle with being tired/brain fog/ADD brain. I suppose help with sleeping ties into that issue as well. So yeah, anything to help me sleep when I'm supposed to be sleeping and/or to help me be awake and able to focus and be creatively productive when I'm supposed to be awake, would be awesome! 7. Would you be interested in a set of (rpg) dice? If so, what colors/aesthetic? Yes - a set in ocean colors would be sweeeet! (I already have an iridescent purple set and a clear set, fyi) 8. What's your favorite creature? Polar bears are my fav animal ❤️ And for the less mundane, I do adore fae and mermaids and vampires/succubi. 9. Do you like reading comics? If you haven't really read 'em, would you be interested in receiving a few that match your book genre preferences? I've never gotten into it, with the exception of Axe Cop (I own volume 1). I'd be up for more Axe Cop, but pass on anything else. 10. I'm headed to Puerto Rico in July - anything particularly interesting you would like from there? Maybe a spice blend or hot sauce? I like smokey spices, poblanos, and lime. And I love plantains. Also, if you come across a small drum/handheld percussion of any sort, that'd be really sweet! 11. Would you be interested in receiving a small bottle of home infused whiskey aged from commercially produced moonshine? Any particular flavors you might enjoy (examples include orange chai or cinnamon chocolate or hot peppers)? Oh definitely! Orange chai sounds lovely ? Any combination of spices (especially cinnamon, ginger, or nutmeg), orange, cherry, coffee, bacon, anise, sassafras, or mint would be amazing. 12. Would you be interested in homemade shortbread that fits your flavor preferences? Oh man, I'd kill for a good gluten free shortbread. I'd be happy with plain, lavender, lemon, matcha, or cinnamon! 13. If your bday is during the swap, how are you planning to celebrate? It's not. On the birthday note though, I'm a Pisces Sun/Sag Moon & Rising (just an fyi). 14. Likewise, how do you celebrate relevant spiritual holidays in this time period? Nothing set in stone, but for the solstice I'll likely try to spend some time in the sun and do some candle magic. (I don't have a yard so I can't make a bonfire or anything like that.) 15. Anything you want from the UK? I don't know if it's easy to hunt down over there or not, but in a recent swap, aphrodisms got me a pillow mist from Salix Moon that has lavender, bergamot, and frankinense in it, and I adore it. I'd definitely be up for a backup bottle. Other than that, anything relating to fae, avalon, ancient mystical type things. A Doctor Who or Torchwood magnet would be cool as well. 16. Seeds, y/n? Nay. No yard and I'm restricted to 1 container plant outside my door. 17. Are you interested in skincare/shampoo/conditioner? Yes. Toner, scrubs, a lightweight face lotion with SPF, detanglers, hair items that enhance curl/volume. 18. Are you interested in tights? If so, what thickness, style, and size? Yes - anything opaque, darker colors (no patterns, but textures OK), and plus size tights that'd fit the 18-20 range (only 5'3" so no tall sizes though). 19. Do you use tarot decks? Would you like to receive more - and if so, can you list the ones you already have? I do! I don't really need more though. I'd say only pull the gun on this one if you really have a strong gut feeling on it. Currently have: RWS, Prisma Visions, Alphose Mucha, Dragons, Game of Thrones, Celtic Faeries, and New Vision decks 21. What do you think of the art on this website? https://www.printisdead.co.uk/ It's stunning. A lot of it is too gothy for my current decor vibe though. But I do really like that The Lovers print (with the birds) and would definitely hang it in my bedroom! I also really like that limited edition Luna Moth one (color on a white background). And if we're talking bookmarks/stationary/postcards, any of the prints with teal, green, or purple would be lovely. 22. Is loose leaf tea good, or do you prefer bagged? ALL THE TEA (lol, um, both) 23. I make arm warmers. I make them from sweaters I thrifted. They can be all one color, or stripes of different colors. They can be long, to the elbows, or shorter. If you would like a pair, tell me your favorite colors. Solids are more generally elegant, Stripes can be as wildly funky as you wish. Long? Short? Cashmere? Tell me your fingerless mitts arm warmer dreams. I would love a pair! I have thicker than average arms though, so here are my measurements in case they're needed: wrist - 7.75" thickest part of forearm - 13.5" distance from inner elbow to start of wrist - 9" Elbow length or shorter would be swell, and solid colors preferred. Any material that's not scratchy. 24. PBSW Summer collection is live!!! Anything catch your eye? Hammocks and Holystones (scrub or shaving soap) and Yacht Rock (shaving soap) both sound v nice. So does Osage Orange (hot process soap). 25. It's farmers market season in town and I have loads of lovely local artisans to shop from. Would you be interested in items from any of the following? *waves to Philly friend* a. The Rod Homestead (I love this one I helped fund her commercial kitchen) - The Golden Milk spice mix, Ranch Popcorn Salt, and Chive Salt all look excellent! b. Working Class Coffee - These look like whole beans, so pass. c. Philly Nuts - The Onion Garlic Cashews sound good, and I would never turn away macadamia or pine nuts! d. 222 Creations - I like all of the Ginko Leaf earrings - any color e. Carol's Epiphany - I like the shorter, simpler earrings, but none are particularly standing out to me. 25. I am learning to do embroidery. Would you possibly like a simple hand embroidered piece? a. If you would like this is there a simple favorite flower or summer symbol, like a bee? Hm. This is kind of specific, but would it be possible to embroider a snowflake at the ends of a length of a wide ribbon? At some point in the coming years, my bf and I will be having a Handfasting and snowflakes have a special meaning to us. We'll be using a few ribbons (one for each vow) that fall into a color scheme of blush, copper, sage, teal, and purple (neutrals would work too), each approx. 5 ft in length. 26. What kind of sprite would you prefer? A ninja or to know the ID right away? I like both styles for different reasons I like being a sleuth, so enough contact to give me clues, but nothing too obvious 27. Are you ok with shunga label art (bpal?) Absolutely 28. I dye yarn. Is custom yarn of interest to you? It's not, but I have a close cousin I would pass it along to. 29. My European travels are expanding! Anything you want from Portugal or Berlin??? Oh wow! I'll have to google for ideas...Portugal - maybe a tiny little dish? (like the kind you'd serve condiments in) (I love using wee dishes/bowls all around the house for all sorts of things) Berlin - chocolates perhaps? 30. My friend makes cool art with garbage, is there anything here you might like? https://www.garbageforgood.com/ So cool! I like Textured Landscape 01 31. Would you like items related to your astrological sign and if so what is it? This is a tricky one to answer, because kinda but not always? I guess what I mean is I'd like things inspired by my sign or that subtly represent my sign, as long as it fits within my tastes. Like I wouldn't want a shirt with a big pisces symbol on it just because I'm a pisces, but a pisces candle or incense with notes I like would be a Hell Yeah! Use your best judgement I guess 32. what do you think of plushies? I'm not really a plushie person 33. Are there any Korean or Japanese food/craft/self-care items you would be interested in in receiving? Absolutely! I love all things matcha. I also once got this Japanese chai latte mix (it was a powder that you add water or milk to), that I'm sure was 99% sugar lol, but it was damn tasty and I wouldn't mind giving something like that a try again. I do enjoy Korean face masks, though I have a decent size stack of them rn. I've seen a lot of other Korean beauty and makeup products that look intriguing, especially in the CC Cream/Foundation/Powder category (the color options look like they'd match me well since I have the kind of very pale skin that skews a little in the golden or olive direction, rather than the pink direction). 34. Is there anything for your garden or houseplants that you need, or would like (tiny, hand thrown cachepot for a prized astrophytum, etc.), or are you proudly black thumb and shun any plant that isn't resin? I'm somewhere on the darker end of the black-to-green spectrum, lol. I seem to do okay with houseplants that require minimal attention and don't grow much (although I have killed succulents and cacti before). I've been thinking about giving air plants a try, but haven't yet. 35. How many books is too many books? As much as I love books, I do acquire them about three times faster than I read them, so... heh... go easy on me! 36. I’m knitting up washcloths right now. Would you like some? I've never used a knit washcloth. Perhaps just 1 so I can give it a try. 37. any spices you need/want? I’m fleshing out a Penzey's order!! Tarragon! Otherwise I'm pretty well-stocked on herbs & spices, unless you see a unique blend you think I'd like. 38. your feelings on chocolate? Milk chocolate, Dark chocolate, White chocolate? with or without nuts? How about truffly goodness? Love chocolate! Dark is preferable, but milk is good too. Not a white chocolate fan, unless it's infused with matcha or cinnamon or something else intriguing. Nuts are always good, as are any softer fillings. Love truffles! The only add-ins I don't like is sticks-in-your teeth taffy-type fillings and really hard toffee. 39. Do you want anything for your vehicle? Like bumper stickers or magnets? No to bumper stickers/magnets, but I do have an essential oil diffuser in my car that I've been neglecting to refill for ages, so maybe a fresh-scented oil designated just for that. 40. any interest in Japanese fashion-ish items? (kanzashi hair pins, and other things made form old kimono fabric, fans, tenugui, etc?) A fan fit for hanging on the wall would be cool! (I practice feng shui and the wind section of my apartment is somewhat neglected right now) I'm not really adept at hair styling and accessorizing, so nothing too elaborate in that vein, but things like bags and coin purses would be cool, as well as anything that could be repurposed for altar use. I adore fabric that's dark blue with a pink cherry blossom print on it, as well as anything that's aqua or pale green, or that features koi. 41. Would you use cbd infused bath products? I never have before, but I'm open to it. I don't have any chronic pain, but I do have inflammation issues, if there's a product that helps with that. 42. What colors are your kitchen stuffs? Pale/soft greens and blue-greens (sage, pistachio, ocean-y colors), copper, and dark inky blue, with white and gray as the preferred neutrals. 43. If I knitted up a scarf/shawl/something in the wearable area what colors would you like and please be pretty specific so I can see if my yarn stash makes this feasible (or if @twilighteyes or @winterblizzard has stash that does and I can barter) k please thanks Sage green, soft jade, spruce...really any soft greens, dark or light, or deeper/darker shades of blue-green. 44. One big box or a couple starting now?? Totally up to you! 45. How close to the final deadline would you prefer to receive your package? Should we try to squeak as close to August 31st as humanly possible, or would it be okay to send the package earlier? Anytime that works for you, works for me! (though earlier is nice lol) 46. I am afraid to send chocolate in this heat. What other things might you enjoy? Gourmet lollipops? Handmade Marshmallows (not by me LOL)? Flavored cotton candy? other ideas? Nuts, gluten free pretzels, pink starbursts 47. do you have any reservations about wearing leather, like in an accessory?? No issues with secondhand leather, but would prefer not to have something leather purchased new. 48. So I took a "viking knitting" class (which is really wire weaving) and can now make necklaces and bracelets. Would you be interested in either one? IF SO What color wire would you like? (silver, gold, copper, blue, purple, yellow, green orange, black, turquoise, pink, so many colors.) I have THIS PACK among others. What length would you want (on either or both?) What kind of fasteners do you like best (lobster claw, toggle clasp, magnetic?) and color of fasteners? (silver, gunmetal, copper, gold?) - some of the toggle clasps come in cool shapes. Do you think a larger chunky one like a torc or a slimmer one? I can draw the wire down to different sizes with my draw plate. Very cool! Preferences: necklace, copper or gold, longer is better (I'm not sure about actual measurements, sorry!), magnetic fasteners are cool! or any kind that lets you adjust the length, and definitely slimmer, more lightweight styles 49. re: hats - I think I mentioned hats in my questionnaire, but yes! I love wearing hats and stupidly never buy them, so it'd be great to get one. Bowler style, newsboy, floppy summer-type, all welcome. The only thing to note is my head's a little big. I can usually squeeze into a standard woman's hat, but if runs a little small it'll be too tight. 50. re: August teas - omg they look UHMAZING! The Black Lodge and Dots and Loops sound crazy good. 51. So apparently there's this cute little outdoor market here that sells locally made dishcloths and similar- would you be interested in having some tea towels or similar from Portugal, dear Spritz? I would not say no to a tea towel, especially in my aforementioned kitchen colors ❤️ 52. Would you like some smallish bottles of Rose Petal Liqueur, Lavender Vanilla Bean Liqueur, or Plum Brandy? (all homemade.) Oh YUM! Those all sound lovely. I'm a huge sucker for botanically-infused drinks, so that lavender one sounds amazing, as does the rose petal one. 53. Anything look appealing from the Nocturne Alchemy gemstone scent drop today? I trust your judgement 54. How about the BPAL Dragon*Con Peaches? The one with coconut cream and marshmallow sounds good, and the "Ridiculously Sexy Peach" sure is intriguing! 55. Tea, coffee, sweets, biscuits, etc. from Europe. Is there anything you would be interested in, sprite? https://matreshkadeli.com It's hard for me to determine what might be gluten free from that market, but I did spot some buckwheat honey, which I love! 56. would you have any interest in receiving a vintage martini glass or two? certainly 57. My peacock is shedding his feathers as the mating season has ended. Would you like some peacock feathers? I've actually recently discovered that I've misplaced the peacock feather I use for magicking, so new one would be most welcome. 58. Also, I have loads of herbs right now and a dehydrator. Would you like any peppermint, spearmint, licorice mint, sage or oregano that I grew? Yes to the last 3. 59. How about a few sprigs of fresh lavender? A couple of sprigs would be welcome

    Eclipse

Wet: Fruity and resinous. Like evil bubblegum. Drydown: The almond is the big note here. It's quite boozy, with both bitter and cherried aspects. The cinnamon is dry and understated. The frankincense is adding a sort of glittery smoke impression, and it's steering the whole scent outside of foody territory. I'm not sure I smell the heliotrope, but it might be adding to the fruitiness of the almond. The vanilla just kind of softens things, without adding much sweetness. The more it dries, the more the notes start to blend into one another. Dry: Frankincense and spiced almonds, with a hint of fuzzy vanilla. It has a dry, but cozy heat to it. 7.5 out of 10 bones

    On Imagination

Wet: Creamy and vanillic with a healthy glow. Drydown: The vanilla and coconut are fused together as the main note, creeping towards play doh at times, but mostly providing a pleasant, creamy base. There's a musky warmth that may or may not involve the amber, and I can definitely smell a floral component, but it's not really a main note, more of a nuance. I don't really detect the honey, but it might be boosting one of these other notes. Dry: Overall it's a floral vanilla with a hint of a bonfire-on-the-beach vibe. Sort of tropical, but not quite. It almost smells a bit like banana milk, but like, a musky, smoky banana milk. Sort of. 7 out of 10 bones

    Champagne & Maraschino Cherries

Wet: Sweet, bright cherry, lifted by a hint of fizz Drydown & Dry: Gummy, red cherry with a sparkle of brightness. It essentially smells like a Shirley Temple with extra cherries. 7.5 out of 10 bones

    Centzon Totochtin

Wet: Sweet, tart, lusty, and chocolatey. It smells thick like syrup. Drydown: This is a scent of indulgence. Comforting, velvety cocoa spiked with sour red wine, sweet rum, and a dark, seductive je ne sais quoi. Very sexual. Very dark. Very foreboding. Dry: All-of-the-Darkness tied up with a deep crimson bow. Absolutely intoxicating. It's smooth, yet it has BITE. It might not be a vampire scent, but like, c'mon, this is totally a vampire scent. And I like it. 8 out of 10 bones

    The Caterpillar

Wet: It smells just like a magic shop with lots and lots of old books, exotic oils, and curiosities on its shelves. Drydown: The funkiness of jasmine swept up by earthy patchouli and a bevy of bright incenses. There's a lot of depth to this blend, but it isn't dark or heavy. It's a 25/25/25/25 split of comforting, uplifting, intriguing, and unsettling. If you've ever been, it smells exactly like Garland of Letters on South St in Philadelphia. Dry: All of the above, with some soapiness mixed in. It's like walking straight out of a sudsy shower and into Garland of Letters, with all of its incense, oils, and magic splendor! 8 out of 10 bones

    Bewitched

Wet: It smells lush, softly sweet, and a tad green. Drydown: Soft, fuzzy sage livened up by the tart sweetness of berries. The combination is reminiscent of sugared violets. The tea and musk create this dark atmospheric cloud around the sage and berries, obscuring them somewhat. It all blends together to remind you less of a particular set of things and more of a place in time. Like a hidden little meadow between a berry bush and a forest, just big enough for a couple of witches-in-training to meet for mischief. Dry: More of the same, but with extra oomph from the blackberry. It's like revisiting the same scene, but now the witch girls are a bit older and have brought along sweet blackberry wine as an offering for the fae. 7.5 out of 10 bones

    Bugbear Doula

Wet: Clean, cozy, gleaming, and herbal. Drydown: There's a vegetal, rooty aspect, but it's softened by a remarkably accurate fur note and a bit of a sweeter, almost-golden something, which I suspect is the chamomile tea (possibly with a drop of honey in it?). It smells like being hugged by a tea-pouring, herb-growing grandmother or auntie. There's a slight medicinal quality, but it's subtle. Very, very cozy. This is cottage-core, baby! Dry: More of the same, but now with a lemony twist! Lovely, light, and full loving vibes, everybody needs a little Bugbear Doula in their life! 8.5 out of 10 bones

    Penis Bound With Gold Ribbon

Wet: Lemony and musky FO SHO. Drydown: A great big pillow of sugared amber with a great big pile of lemons on top. There's a silky creaminess at play too, but it's definitely a side character, not the star. Most oils have very little throw on me, but this one's got a bit of oomph to it. The notes begin to play musical chairs towards the end of the drydown, as they figure out where they want to land. Dry: Cake! Like a really moist, buttery yellow cake with lemon pudding between its layers. Plus musk. Lemon-pudding-cake musk. It's warm, glowy, soft, sweet, creamy, and just the tiniest bit tart. 8 out of 10 bones

    Spurious Cooter Bees

Wet: Glorious ginger fizz. Ah! I love it. Drydown: Bright, fizzy ginger. Cutting almost. A hint of honey ties the bold fizziness of the ginger to its drier, rootier aspects. It sweetens a bit and suddenly I'm reminded of Sweet Tarts. Just as suddenly, a lustier aspect of the honey appears, tempering the tartness. At this point the fizz has flattened and a whole other musky-honey-drizzled-sweet-tart-creature has appeared. Dry: Tart, honey-sweet, and rooty. It smells like fresh ginger (skin on), honey musk, a touch of beeswax, and a good spritz of lemon-lime soda. Delightful. 9 out of 10 bones

    Neutral Tones

Wet: Pale, musky, and pulpy with a hint of sweetness. Drydown: Wet, but not watery. It reminds me of mushing wet paper pulp between my fingers. There's also this warm, almost sticky quality that's sexy and inviting. It's quiet though–like a subtle come hither gaze vibe. Increasingly warm and sweet until suddenly it turns smokey (and I'm loving it.) Dry: Smokey, sweet musk with just a touch of an herbal flurry and citrussy zip mixed in. Complex and understated. 8 out of 10 bones

White Honey, Lemon Peel, and Salt

Wet: Sweet, bright nectar. Drydown: The almost-bitter tartness of the lemon peel pours forth, sweetened by a quiet, pale honey note. The barest hint of salt brings out a briney, oceanic quality that really sings alongside the lemon peel. It's oh so zesty, and kind of sexy! Dry: Musky and stickier once dry, like the honey has thickened and taken over. Almost heady. It actually smells a lot like O splashed with lemonade. It's quite sexual! 7.5 out of 10 bones

Penis Penetrating a Vagina in a Pickle Barrel

Wet: Lemon and white tea. It's bright and crisp, but there's a bit of depth adding some warmth and sweetness too. Drydown: I'm picturing a yellow-white flower unraveling one petal at a time, revealing more as each petal drops. Lemony with an almost funky white musk, over earthy golden herbs. It smells like sunshine-infused dirt. Dry: It dries into a warm, grounded, lemony-herbal tea musk. Soft and lovely. 7.5 out of 10 bones

    Daddy by Effy Beard Oil

(butt label) I got this for my boo about...2 years ago maybe? and am quite familiar with its scent both from nuzzling him and from having it on my hands (sometimes we make a little ritual of me applying and brushing it in for him). It leans masculine to me, but only slightly. It has a fair amount of sweetness, a hint of woodsiness, and these sort of ambient light coppery-brown-ish notes. It's hard to pick it apart, tbh, but I think what stands out most is the hay, the sweetness of the rum, and a musky warmth of someone who perhaps actually has been rolling around in a wrestling ring for a few minutes. It's cozy, distinctive, and has a fluid nature that I think would make it wearable for most personalities.

    Carnaval Diabolique

Wet: Musky lemon and clean florals over something darker. Drydown & Dry: Dark musk peppered by hints of tropical creaminess, fruity florals, and smoke. It's understated and has this uncertain duality to it–like it could be laughing and handing out candy one second and scowling and lighting things on fire the next. It never does either of those things of course, but it feels like it might. Mysterious and light. 7 out of 10 bones

    Mari Lwyd

Wet: Yellow cake and a touch of lavender. Quite sweet. Drydown: The cake note takes on a darker, deeper quality, more caramelized, honeyed, and buttery. This is quite a saccharin experience! The ale is definitely reading more boozey than hoppy. I would have guessed rum if the notes weren't listed. The lavender is barely there at this point, but there is a purple impression coming from a hint of gummy, dark fruit. Raisins perhaps. Dry: Buttery, buttery, sweet, sweet, syrupy cake, but make it purple. 6.5 out of 10 bones

    Black Satin Sheet Ghost

Wet: Dark and herbal, dense and airy at the same time. Drydown: The opium and sage stand out the most, but they are by no means all that's going on here. There's a strange dichotomy of heaviness and weightlessness happening. Dark, dense, airy , black and green. Sweet, sharp, earthy, cool, and wispy. It's deviantly sexual and hard to pin down, like a flirty shadow. It makes me yearn to go frolicking through a field at night, hand-in-hand with this ghost, but then I realize that they can't leave the house and suddenly a sense of melancholy kicks in. It's wildly evocative. Dry: Funky, fresh, kinky, gothic–gah! this one's crazy ya'll, and I mean that in the best way. I think I'm in love. ? 8.5 out of 10 bones

    Gingerbread and Leather

Wet: Burnt gingerbread. Lots of char. Drydown: The gingerbread fluffs up, smelling more like a fresh cookie now. The darkness eases off a bit and starts to develop into a mix of smoke and sleek leather. The more it dries, the more distinguished the leather becomes. There's one moment towards the end of the drydown where it suddenly smells quite chocolatey, but it only lasts for a few minutes. Dry: Soot and spicecake. A mix of sweetness, spice, and bleak blackness. It smells sexy but emotionally jaded and unattainable, like the ultimate cool guy crush in high school. 8 out of 10 bones

    Horreur Citrouille

Wet: Sweet purples and reds, gleaming honey, and smoke. Drydown: There's so much going on. I get the plum and blood musk strongest, with honey and something ozonic flanking it. There's a line of creamy tonka and tobacco under that. Sometimes I pick up on a sparkle of champagne, but mostly it stays hidden. A little spiciness as it reaches the end of the drydown. Dry: Wine, blood, plum, pumpkin spice, and dark, gnarly resins. Thick and enveloping. In two words? Vampire sex. 7 out of 10 bones
  24. BoneBone24

    Horses

Wet: A soft, honey-sweet amber. Lighter than expected. There's sort of a fuzzy, soft sweater element in there too. Drydown/Dry: This is a very cuddly scent. Not much morphing. It just sort of settles softly into the skin, with an ambery, soot-kissed warmth and a hint of flurries in the background. Understated for sure. 7.5 out of 10 bones
  25. BoneBone24

    Marshmallow Snow

Wet: A sweetened and soft fir tree note. Like a Christmas tree dusted with confectioner's sugar. Drydown: Fir/evergreen stays as the primary note, but as it dries the marshmallow comes out more. It's definitely a plump and fluffy marshmallow - the kind that begs to be squished Dry: Really pretty. A gentle evergreen-laced snow note with soft, fluffy sweetness added. 8 out of 10 bones
