    Seraglio

This is a beautiful melding of rose and orange peel, with neroli not far behind. The clove and spices sit behind things and just sort of add a warmth and creaminess to the rose/orange without coming across as too spicy or strong. This is very feminine and light and the rose is a lot more gentle than usual. I really like the way this comes across as bright and feminine without exactly feeling like a floral blend.

    Vixen

Patchouli and orange blossom! This is the sexy, sultry kind of patchouli and the orange blossom adds a touch of femininity. This is flirty and sexy and will definitely get you noticed. Love this one!

    Queen of Sheba

This is very almondy. This is more of a nutty bark and almond rather than the sweet or bitter almond I am used to. It gives this blend a glowing and brown vibe to it and has just the barest hint of smooth spices behind it. I think it is too nutty for my tastes but anyone that likes exotic spices and blends should definitely check this out.

    The Phantom Wooer

This is mostly stargazer lily and myrtle to me, with a sheer white layer of fine, dry bone dust. I do get a touch of the mosses as this dries down and it kind of lends a diffuse green quality to the sweet lilies.

    Les Fleurs du Mal

This is a spring-like floral to me because it is soft and gentle and sweet. It reminds me of a chill night after the flowers have started to bloom... lilac, rose, wisteria. The wisteria always smells like a watery floral to me and I really like the way it mingles with the other two.

    Eclipse

I love the bite of bitter almond in this; it's almost cherry-like and it has a nice warmth and richness. However, this doesn't come across as foody. It's very tempered by the cinnamon and vanilla and has a very calming and comforting quality to it. Something about the almond also has a bit of a glow to it, so it brings to mind the vibe of an actual eclipse.

    Tempest

This is aquatic and chaotic. It's a darker and deeper aquatic than Lightning and I find it to be far more salty and "blue". Aquatics aren't my thing but I do prefer the ones that are less high-pitched, like this one. It's very oceanic and wet, almost refreshing. I bet it makes a lovely room scent.

    Pontarlier

The legendary birthplace of the Green Fairy. Swiss ferns, lilac, blackcurrant, Gallic rose and lavender with a dollop of sugar and absinthe. I get lilac and layered green leaves and ferns over a hint of lavender and herbs. This is very evocative, wild, green. Lovely!

    Greed

This is so cool! It's stable and grounding, yet has a sharpness and an almost bright-green quality to it. Green and brown. The patchouli and oakmoss dominate, and the heliotrope adds just a subtle floral nuance.

    Sin

This is a smooth, light amber to me. It has a shot of cinnamon and an enticing and sexy patchouli base. There's also something in there that's almost musky, but it evades my nose when I try to narrow in on it. The sandalwood adds a dryness and gives this a slightly incensey vibe when it combines with the amber. This is dead sexy!!

    Blood Countess

This is smoky plum and opium with a red vein of wild berry that shoots through it. It's really remarkable and beautiful. Feminine, sinister, voluptuous, sassy.

    Marquise de Merteuil

This is a strong, stately floral blend with resins and a seething vein of vetiver underneath. It fits the Marquise so well and it's a blend that is very commanding and mature.

    Frumious Bandersnatch

This is in your face spicy carnation with a hint of musk and a "red" tone in the background. It just screams candle store to me, unfortunately, but I know this is popular among carnation lovers so it's worth checking out if you fall into that camp!

    The Queen of Hearts

This is lilies but the lilies aren't sweet or high-pitched. There's a lushness to them that's almost velvety, almost rosey. I also detect a smash of greenery like that of cut stems and leaves with hints of dirt on them. And there's something in there that almost reminds me of cherry syrup but in the best way possible. I don't find it medicinal at all.

    The Lion

This is a golden, glowing, rich, regal, commanding amber with an undertone of spice. It is warmth and radiating sunshine. It is so very beautiful. I find it reminiscent of summer and also comforting on a cold day.

    Viola

This is mostly roses and roses on me, with an accent of lilac that comes across as very cool and almost watery. It really changes the rose a bit in the way that they mingle together. I do get a hint of moss and sandalwood. This is overly lush and has a strong floral vibe to it. It's a bit strong for me and a bit too rosey but it's a fitting creation for Viola and one worth checking out if you love florals and dewy summer roses.

    Bayou

This isn't murky or as aquatic as I had expected it to be. It's very, very beautiful in the way that the hothouse blooms mingle with the mosses. It's blue-green and damp and just full of greenery and nature and wildness. I love this!

    Morocco

This comes across as low and gentle, warm, smooth spices. They are layered over a subdued carnation and a red sandalwood. This is very evocative and beautiful. I find it to be just the right balance of creamy and spicy and it's very hypnotizing. I know this is a very popular blend and I can understand why.

    Sybaris

This is one of those scents that completely envelops you in a cloud of fragrance. For me it is mostly violet and tonka, with the incense and clove acting in the background to lend subtle nuances. Tonka always reminds me of a richer, deeper vanilla and it is an unexpected surprise to find that it pairs so well with the dusky sweet violets.

    Devil's Claw

This smells like vetiver and brimstone. There's a sharpness to it, some smokiness, and a touch of hazy greenery. This is intense and strong and very evocative.

    Death Cap

Amazing earthy blend! It's not soil and patchouli, yet it is still SO earthy. There's something in there that's kind of smoky and leather-like, and I get a blast of dampness like that thick air that you try to breathe in when you walk into a steamy greenhouse. I also think there's something almost coconut-like to enhance the ruddy, earthy vibe that this has. Amazingly unique and worth trying no matter what!

    The Deep Ones

This is an aquatic, but I find it to be warm and dark rather than cool and high-pitched. There's salty seaweed in there, enhanced by citrus, and the black moss really keeps this murky and diffuse. Love this! Strong throw, average wear-length. Nice and creepy and strangely comforting.

    Night-Gaunt

Wow! This is definitely white grapefruit, not pink. It has that sharper citrus air to it that reminds me of zesting the rind of citrus fruits. Beyond that there is a touch of floral and a touch of fruitiness, but they remain subtle nuances that enhance the white grapefruit. Since I love grapefruit, I am going to have to keep this one. It's very invigorating.

    Himerus

This is almost incense-like, yet it's also smooth and fresh in a way. I get mostly rosewood and a smooth, gentle sandalwood, but there's a touch of cool juniper in there that's very breathy and light. I do get a touch of dusky orchid and sweet lilac after a while, but they don't take center stage at any point, for me at least. Lovely floral-wood blend and not like any others I can think of.

    Love Me

Wow, this is so hard to pin down. I get a bit of cinnamon but it's warm, not hot. Beyond that there's a sort of resinously sweet tone, champaca flower, incense, and maybe something glowing and golden like amber. There's a phase of drydown here that reminds me of Temple Viper from the Carnaval Diabolique. I love this!
