In the bottle: In the bottle I get a light musky scent, sweetened by the fruity scent of the grapefruit. Wet: The musk turns darker and heavier, but not too heavy, so the fruit scents still come through very well. On drydown: It's a very juicy and fruity scent with an underlying deepness. For me this is a very feminine scent, playful and a little sexy.

In the bottle: I get a very strong fruity and sweet apple scent and a slight flowery note. It smells very fresh. Wet: The scent becomes darker and the strong fruitiness gives way to a stronger scent of hyacinth and resin. On drydown: It seems to be a scent where all the notes mix quite well. It turns into a flowery/fruity and very clean scent on me. I get watery colours from this. Trees with fresh fruit hanging above a stream and freshly washed laundry drying in the wind.

Second review. Yay. In the bottle: I get prdominantly the caramel and musk with a smidge of sage. Wet: The caramel stays and the nicotiana comes through. I was worried I wouldn't like that, but I do. so all is good. It's a very sweet and warm scent. On drydown: It goes very smokey on me which mixes wonderfully with the caramel. It smells a bit like fudge. I don't really get any of the mint which is probably why this is such a warm scent on me. It makes me think of a fair in winter with stalls of roasted and sugared nuts and coming inside to warm up at a fire place. This is one to keep well for cold winter days as it's so warm and comforting.

Yay, my first BPAL review ever. *happydance* And a lovely scent to start off with. In the bottle: I open it and "whoa, spicy". It's very strong in the bottle and I get predominantly wine, clove and vetiver from it. I love all three scents. Wet: The cherries! It's suddenly a lot sweeter and lighter and I get the full cherry scent and it's really delicious. At this point my worries that it would be too heavy a scent flew out of the window. On drydown: On me it dries down to a spicy-sweet and musty scent. The honey comes through and the clove and vetiver again which makes me inhale happily every time. I love musty, earthy scents and there's a slight lingering of cherry. Overall, this is a definite keeper. I can see myself using this a lot, because it gives me that special, warm and mystic feeling. I got instant colour associations of rusty red and gold. It makes me think of camp fires and travelling folk and mystic tales read from musty, ancient books.
