  1. In bottle: It's lighter than the 'snow' scents I'm used to. It still has that touch of pine to it, but it's sweet. The lemon and sugar are in there, and even that bland, astringent quality I associate with tea in perfumes. It's nice.

On me: The sugar sours big time, the pine gets lost under it, and there is NO lemon to be found. This is a yuck blend on me, sadly.

  2. In bottle: Sharp and wet with a hint of green. Oh, it's gorgeous in the bottle. I hope it stays that way on my skin!

On me: It still has that rainy quality to it, but a touch of floral instead of green. This is a keeper, most definitely.

  3. In bottle: It's sweet. Foody. Dessert sweet and foody, all right. Smells of vanilla cake.

On me: Food scents never turn out well on me. *worries as she waits a bit before sniffing* It's foody and cakey and I'm not sure it's nice on my skin. It's lighter than Eat Me was when I wore it... *ponders and asks husband's opinion* It's a no-go.

  4. The Storm Moon marks the darkest portion of the year. A season of long, impenetrable nights and turbulent tempests. A raging, electric and wet scent: slashing rain notes, rolling thunder, and sharp, cold winds layered by a breath of softly wafting lunar incense, a hint of Luna’s blooms, and the brittle herbs of winter.

In bottle: Sharp, bright rain, dark clouds, cool winds... it's all there. It's not as floral as Thunder Moon, with a hint of that muskiness I find in Buck Moon. It's just a perfect representation of the wild sky during a storm.

On me: It's cool, wet, and... well... stormy. It's not OMG!YOUCANSMELLME strong, which endears it to me further. It's one of the most perfect Lunacy blends I've come across. I love it.

  5. In bottle: Tart flowers. It's a very girly scent. Pink. Nothing like its bubblegum counterpart, Pink Moon 2007.

On me: Hmm. It's not very pretty on me. I think it's the honey. I don't like honey, and honey notes go all sour and odd on me. I also don't get any strawberry either in the bottle or on the drydown. So sad. :P

  6. This is going to be a pretty sparse review, sorry to say...

In bottle: I don't know what I'm smelling, but it's not pleasant. Disappointing.

On me: It's musky and odd. I can't place what I'm getting from this, but I just don't like it. Maybe it's the bonfire thing. Smoky. I dunno. Just know that it dries pretty intense. Too intense for my liking.

  7. I was so excited when I opened my box from the Trading Post. I was terrified I wouldn't have been sent Spiked Punch, which was the only Inquisition blend I was interested in. I squeed and bounced to find Spiked Punch in the peanuts!

In the bottle: Very strong booze with an after whiff of powdery fruit punch. Much like cheap punch at prom that someone dumped a bottle of cheap rum into. :P

Wet: Still a powdery, fruity thing, but that booze note fades into the background some.

Dry: Oh, the booze fades into just this dizzy warmth under a tart, berry punch. It's wonderful! I can't stop sniffing my wrist!

The throw is quite light, and the scent lingers on my skin for about five hours before is begins to become lost.

I'm SO glad I got this one! It's a perfect scent. Goes right alongside my Treat #1 and Ecstasy of Infatuation! I'm such a fruity gal.

  8. I got mine yesterday.

In the bottle, it was a dry, dusty incense thing with this finish of ripe fruit. I was hopeful, though incense-like notes don't tend to work for me. I got no rose, no pepper. Nothing spicy.

On me, the scent never changed, even on the dry-down. It was powder-like, intense patchouli, and reminded me a lot of Old Lady Smell. Usually, my chemistry amps up rose, but there wasn't even a hint of rose on me. Sadly, it was really awful and had me sneezing and dealing with a massive headache. Even scrubbing it off did little to help... it clung to my skin.

I was terribly disappointed, but I don't regret ordering. I love her little coffin, and I enjoyed the experience. :P
