Scents to be coming: Apocalypse NOW after that little email Beth got about how Pr0nographic BPal is, I will be ordering that scent as SOON as it comes out, so I can run around my neighborhood, anointing small children with not only Bordello, and Aizen-Myoo, but a reminder of what is in store for them once they've been anointed... ... the apocalypse. Yes sir. Step right up. I'll make ya smell pretty and damn you straight to hell all with the swish of my fingertip. -Leslie

Oh I'm sure I'll still be up even then. You take your sweet time! And don't push yourself too hard. Isn't there someone there who can give you a shoulder massage??? SHEESH!!! For me... it's been one of those kinds of nights. Me and the hot glue gun got into a little fight whilst I was working on wings, then I spilled an entire glass of chocolate milk on my brand new keyboard. Shortly there after, I tripped over the Dirt Devil and went flying into pile of CDs and DVDs. Got those cleaned up, and went and got a NEW glass of chocolate milk, only to spill THAT one all over the carpet. Once I was done cleaning that up, I sat down, pushed "PLAY" on the DVD player and have refused to move or touch anything else unless I HAVE to. But your wings have managed to avoid all damage, and are now DOWNSTAIRS where I can't possibly spill anything on them, set them on fire by accident, trip over them, step on them, fall on them, etc. *Grin* I thought that would at least give someone a laugh Anyone wanna chat on AIM? The 5mls come in cobalt blue glass bottles, with screw on caps. No applicator. The imps come in little 'perfume sample' vials, with plastic caps/wand applicator. 10mls? I'm not sure. I don't own anything larger than an 5ml of oil. Hope that helps a little. -Leslie

The only problem with combining orders is... you lose out on the shipping costs. They are non-refundable, because that's CCNow's policy. Hard core bummer. This is why I am waiting for the update to hit, and THEN I'll order whatever else I've been holding back on. -Leslie

Oh my Giddy Aunt. I am SO HAPPY this is happening before my surgery. I so wanted to be able to place a nice, big order before it, and have new pretty to smell and play with while I was recovering. For some reason, just the though of new oils to sniff takes some of the fear and anxiety out of this whole health debacle. Thank you SO much, Beth. Thank you so very very much. -Leslie

Yeah... most of my lables were a lost cause, so I cleaned off and dried the bottles, and whipped out my handy dandy Dymo label machine, and made new ones Not exactly glamerous, but it did the trick! For one day, there were 3 bottles without labels and thankfully, they were the most unique scents of the collection I ordered. My nose told me which one was which. -Leslie

I was drawn to this scent with the hopes it would actually be the OPPOSITE of anything sad or depressing. Knowing Beth and her talent, I figured this was going to be an enlightening scent, and... I was right. First whiff: Clean, indeed. VERY clean. Fresh. But as far as it being connected to "grief and loss", I disagree. This is a renewl, and rebirth kind of scent to me. And I LOVE that it's fresh and clean, but not too crisp. On me: Much lighter. Still very fresh, but now in a more 'clean comfort' kind of way. Very much reminds me of the scent that seems to linger from this little celtic shop here in town. In fact, it has a very 'Irish Perfume' scent to me. -Leslie

D I T T O. And let me say why. I have this perfume oil spray called "Samhain Fires". I purchased it in Salem years ago. And up till about 2 years ago, it was always available at The Cat, The Crow and the Crown. Then, much to my disappointment, they discontinued it, replacing it with a mediocre 5ml bottle of something kind of like it. Jack... is "Samhain Fires", only MORE and by far BETTER. It's EVERYTHING I smell when I walk the streets of Salem in October. The tastes and scents of the vendors baked goods. The pumpkins. The hot spiced "Witch's Brew" with Cinnamon sticks in every cup. The dry leaves strewn about the streets. The bonfires, and warm smell of the wood burning. All my memories of Salem are wonderful (except for dealing with some of the shops - I sell to some of them, and a few of them are really harsh, demanding, and generally VERY nit picky). But, Jack brings me back to my first night in the Salem Beer Works... when I had my very first Pumpkin Ale. It brings me right back to every wonderful thing that keeps me going back to Salem every October. And if "Samhain Fires" smelled like Jack, I'd have been FURIOUS when it was discontinued. Though I think maybe after all the complaining last October, they may have brought it back. If something screams "MONEY MAKER" the Cabot shop will carry it. I never did understand what they were thinking - people were standing in line to get that spray. Jack WILL be a bigger bottle for me in the VERY near future.

Yeah I'm trying that. Some of the labels are beyond repair. Thanks for the advice, Eb, Much appreciated. I may actually transfer some of my oils to other kinds of bottles and/or create new labels. I want to get those globe bottles. But I DO NOT need 40 of them! LOL!! -Leslie

I agree! That bottle is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! I've love to transfer some of my scents over to new bottles. Especially since most of this recent shipment is losing it's labels because of the leakages. I LOVE little glass bottles. -Leslie

This VERY much sums up this scent. Dry. Grassy. Green. Masculine. First whiff from imp: Kind of manly. VERY fresh. Reminds me of what my Dad smells like when he's fresh out of the shower, in fancy clothes, and ready to go out someplace special. It has to be something like one of his colognes, But he has hundreds, so I'll have to have him sniff it and tell me. On skin: Still very fresh. Strong. There's a powdery hint to it. But now it smells more like a place that is very special to me... my friends's "circle" down in their woods. Just past the circle, there is a huge field, and this scent on my wrists smells just like what drifts over from there during the early summer. About half an hour on skin: The scent is much lighter now, and I like it even more. I can REALLY smell the green element to it. I smell some kind of woody smell I didn't notice before. Fantastic. Honestly... a price increase may mean I have to cut back on how much I can order at one time, but, if it keeps you OPEN and still SELLING - I support it 110% - believe me, I understand having to pay bills and keep food on the table. I used to get people who would email me about wings on my site, and they'd bitch me out for the prices. One women even said, "I can make the same things for half the price, with things in my sock drawer". Some people just do NOT comprend the cost of SUPPLIES *AND* LABOR. *Shakes head* -Leslie
