    Hellcat

Hellcat In the Bottle: Dark rum with a touch of spice. Wet: Very strong rum note, more spice emerges. Sadly, I don't detect any almond (which is what I was really looking forward to.) Drydown: The rum is transparent and it smells mostly of cinnamon. It almost reminds me of some kind of candle. I get a little bit of honey also, though I really have to try hard to find it. No nuts, unfortunately. I still like the scent though it is not what I was expecting.

    Fruit Moon

Fruit Moon In the Bottle: I opened the bottle and could just imagine gummi bears dancing inside the bottle. That's exactly what Fruit Moon smells like to me-- gummi bears. Wet: Sweeeeeeet gummi bears... The most pronounced note is the lime. I want to eat my arm. Drydown: The lime is not so sharp anymore and instead I get just a medley of ripened, juicy fruits. It's an exciting fruity accord that's always evolving into something new. Definitely one of my favorite BPAL's.

    Midway

Midway In the Bottle: I have clear images of the county fair and amusement park upon sniffing this in the bottle. Very sweet and true funnel cake. Wet: It smells better in the bottle. It smells much like other etailer cakey scents on my skin. I was slightly disappointed. Drydown: It doesn't mix too well with my chemistry. It tends to smell sweet and stale and the same time. I found that it works well when layered over unscented lotion as the scent stays truer and more similar to how it smells in the bottle. YAY! ...and I love the label on the bottle!

    Mi-Go Brain Canister

Mi-Go Brain Canister In the Bottle: It smells really strong and almost sticky. The scent in the bottle is so overbearing that I couldn't get past it to try to see if I could identify any of the listed notes. I thought it would be unwearable. Wet: Still very strong but not as overwhelming as in the bottle. It's a heady floral accord that still gives me a sweaty feeling. Cloying. I do not like this wet on my skin at all. Drydown: MUCH better. The florals mellow and soften into something pleasant, though I still don't get any of the fruity notes I was hoping for. Mi-Go strikes me as a very springy scent. I was slightly disappointed I didn't get any kiwi or mango, but I still like the scent regardless. I'm not sure what to do with the squishy brain though...

    Milk Moon 2005

Milk Moon In the Bottle: Very gourmand. It smells very much like evaporated milk, perhaps a touch sweeter. The honey is barely detectable. Wet: It still smells like evaporated milk, but the honey starts to develop and warms the milk. Dry: A faint menthol note starts to appear but doesn't overpower the milk and honey. Milk Moon makes a journey from warm milk to a coolish milk after the addition of the mint. Being a lover of sweet, milky scents, Milk Moon has become one of my favorites. I love the way the scent story develops from the bottle to it's final dry down.
