  1. This for me is mostly rose and rosemary with an overlay of sour orange. The rosemary comes out almost like lavender, somehow. And it's also very, very faint. I think I like it though, and will definitely try again. Bess deserves a plethora of chances to make good.

  2. For me this smells very much like a man's cologne (as usual one I KNOW I have smelled but can't think of). It is very sour citrus, herbs and musks, I like this VERY much. No chocolate for me, but there is a warm deep base to this and it is probably in there somewhere. Another "make the man wear it" scent!

  3. The apricot and Blood Orange are very evident when I put my nose against my wrist, but for some reason the ambient scent is, for me, sugar and mint with a hint of citrus. I love the close to the wrist smell, not so excited about the ambient one.

  4. This is a very light scent with little throw. It smells, to me, a lot like Chai with lots of milk and honey, which for me is very pleasant. I just wish it had a lot more throw.

About an hour later this has little more throw, but has morphed into an incensy sweet floral tinged ECSTACY!!!!!!!!! I LOVE this!!!!

  5. Wet: Dragon's Blood and maybe something spicy without being cinnamon or chili, like nutmeg.

Dry: Light cherry-like dragon's blood mixed with a deeper and somewhat drier woody spice. It is nice and has no jarring notes or reason to dislike it, but I do, somehow.

  6. Wet: Vanilla overlaid with a VERY strong orchid.

Dry: The vanilla and orchid meld and mellow and become a sweet, creamy yellowish sort of scent, warm and powdery. Feminine yet fresh. Nice. Sometimes the orchid is a bit imposing. I will keep this one. I totally get the "bitch under the sweet interior" with this. One minute it's creamy, one minute terribly sharp. Intriguing!

  7. Wet: Juicy rose, and a fruity light lavender.

Dry: The rose takes on a sweet almost fruity note and the lavender gets sharper and herbier. These two blend well. Not really to my liking though, somehow. A bit too sharp and tangy for me.

  8. Lascivious, flirtatious, and vampy as hell. A true heartbreaker’s perfume. The innocence of orange blossom tainted by the beguiling scents of ginger and patchouli.

Wet: Woody patchouli, sharp ginger, almost initially like a more feminine Sin.

Dry: This smells like more than just patchouli, ginger and orange blossom. There is a woody smell that for me dims the patchouli and the orange blossom. It's a nice scent, but too incensy for me.

  9. Wet: Sweet flowers and a little musk.

Dry: Musky, earthy, incensy, maybe a tad of cucumber. Sometimes lovely and very sexy... sometimes a bit too cucumber tangy. I like it, but will be satisfied with the imp unless it morphs seriously later.

  10. Wet: Tart apricot and sharp alcohol.

Dry: Definitely apricot brandy, I also get a bit of wood. Cask? Bar wood? For me this is very musty and mysterious. Dunno how much I will enjoy smelling of it though, it's probably a Fall only scent, for reading mysteries and feeling enigmatic.

  11. Wet: Buttery caramel with a HINT of rum.

Dry: caramelized sugar, hint of rum, a leetle buttercream... this wafts up and makes me drool. Incredible!!!!!

  12. Wet: Tangy orange and peel over sweet flowers.

Dry: Almost Kurukulla like, I smell flowers and sugar and sometimes I get a bit of orange. This isn't strong and I get little throw. Whereas Kurkulla has rose (to my nose) I get sweeter flowers here, headier flowers. It's nice, but I don't know if I need a full bottle. After an hour this gets sharper, more lily-like, and more of its own scent. It's still very sweet and floral, though.

  13. I was sent an imp of this by the amazing UltraViolet.

Wet: Melon and a sugar and maybe a tad of a tea backnote.

Dry: Well, never been so happy to dislike a scent, my pocketbook will be SO happy. On me this is a sharp sour melon with a lightly sweetened tea back. Doesn't begin to go well with my skin or nose, and I am eternally grateful. I feel sad I missed out on what others seem to love so much but I didn't order the NorN shirt, even one, and I cannot afford the eBay price for this.

  14. Wet: Tea and fresh fruits and flowers (rose?) and sugar.

Dry: Tea, and fruit, lemon? If so a kind gentle not sour lemon. It rests on a sweet light bed of sugary flowers but the tea, green scent, and citrus-ish smell are definitely in the forefront, strongly. It's a bright, energetic lovely scent.

  15. Wet: Rich vanilla with something elusive and male behind it. Musk?

Dry: Wow, exactly the same, a non-morpher. I get very little tea with this. It's a rich warm scent, smells like a candle, but not in a cheap bad way. I like it very much.

  16. Wet: Some sort of sharp biting incense. Almost vinegary.

Dry: The same but less strong, maybe a bit of curry... almost smells like a kitchen after someone cooked dinner. Yeah, very curry. Then the lemongrass comes out and smells like cleaner, so I get cleaned kitchen with essence of last night's dinner.

  17. This was a lab frimp. Thank you!

    Wet: Rosewood.

Dry: Dusty rosewood and air, and the HINT of floral way behind it. It's like smelling a room with nice antiques and a rose in a vase. Has little/no throw for me.

  18. Wet:

Dry: Dried roses and herbs. Sometimes fun and bracing, sometimes a bit pickly. If worn layered with another oil, I think this could be nice, maybe with something too plain. Sometimes the rose in this becomes fresher, maybe it would be nice with Peacock Queen or 2,5 &7.
