I started to apply body lotion regularly just so that my skin wouldn't be so dry and hold the scent better. It doesn't help, though, I think I tried everything already - body lotion or oil applied just before applying BPAL, oil on the skin and wait for a couple of minutes before applying BPAL and so on. It doesn't help, and I guess it doesn't help that I like the light scents either. But since some scents have really good throw on me (Snake Oil/Western Diamondback for example, or even Alice!) I don't worry too much.

I think Brisingamen just doesn't work with my skin chemistry, because it's GONE - poof - after a couple of minutes.

But most importantly - thank you, so much, for letting me trying these scents! They were all amazing one way or the other, I'm still impressed with Rose Red - not that I want to wear it but I'm impressed by the craftsmanship of the scent, so to say.

I think superstitious is the wrong word - I don't really believe that this Voodoo works, but I guess it doesn't harm, so why not using everything I can?

Oh, no, I don't like Love Me.

But you know, I'm a bit superstitious so I figured it couldn't hurt if I applied Love Me somewhere, just to help things a bit.

(I just need to make sure that it doesn't have as much throw as Chuparosa has - the last time I just wanted "to help things a bit" I wore Chuparosa, which has an AMAZING throw - unfortunately, I hated it and to this day I can remember the one day I went to the movies with my crush and the whole theatre smelled like Chuparosa).

Hence I usually decide on the whim of a moment.

My order is placed and hopefully it arrives before I leave the country I placed it just as I wrote here, but maybe I should have included Snake Oil. All I can smell is Snake Oil... yumm.

The thing with "you can get it later" are the $13 shipping, but we have talked about that already. I guess, I am going to buy all of them at one time or the other anyway, so I can do it now as well. The imps for all three were about the first imps I ever got so I have them since 3 years now (whoa) - and I still love them. But everytime I ordered I thought "hey, this scent is an LE, you can get the GC later still, get the LE now!". Poor neglected GC scents. The only thing that bugs me is that all of them are so alike - powdery, sweetly, all of them. Hum. Diversion can be nice too...

I just realized that I have bought 5 out of my 6 bottles without trying them out first - I only knew that Dragon's Milk smelled nice, the others were unknown to me. With the exception of Hearth, I love them all to pieces, so I'm not worried about the LEs. I'm sure I'll love them.
