This is a wondrous scent. I got it as a frimp from a very sweet forumite. Wet on Skin: Lovely patchouli and orangey scent. The blend on me smells like a feminine counterpart to Dracul. The spicy cardamom, muguet and Gardenia blend very well together. Snacky! Drydown: Too feminine for me but compliments Dracul well as a femine counter part. I layered with a little Dead Man's Hand today and it smells pretty good, still too chicky though.

I just got a bottle of this and since I am catching up on my reviews here we go. Oh my fucking God this roxxor! Wet on Skin: Having spent time around horses and tack rooms I can confirm that yes, in the bottle and on first application this smells like horse tack and harness. I keep playing Garth Brook's "Rodeo" over and over in my head. Drydown: Mmm you know what this smells like over time. Wealthy, stinking rich people's leather. It smells like the coat section of Marshall Fields. It smells like money! I abso-fucking-lutely love this fragrance!

I tried this at the Chicago Meet n Sniff and I am finally getting down to writing the review. Bad Mikey. Wet on Skin: This is how the Boondock Saints ought to smell. Musky and masculine! Drydown: Retract last statement this is how I SHOULD smell. Warm musk wafted over a gentle yet manly floral herby bouquet. Oh man I bet judas would tackle me if I wore this. Verdict: I almost knocked Bard over the head with his huge BPAL Sarcophagus and took this scent. I would have but he can totally kick my ass so I just seethed with covet and envy. I must find this scent for sale or swap. I MUST!

Mmmmm snacky and derangedly sesky! Wet on Skin: Frank, frank, frank, frankincense! Lemony Snickets this is citrusy leather. Warms up and the Ambergris slowly peeks out from behind the bouquet of lovely citrus and clove. I get a light breeze of bourbon and leather wafting across the lake of citrusy clove. Mmm it's getting even better! Drydown: Like a butterfly this fragrance is more beautiful after it's chrysallis stage. When the leather and frankincensce notes come in fully it all blends down to an orgasmically sexy winter scent. How did I miss this scent before? For that matter why didn't I buy the entire Carnival Noir collection? Stupid Mike Verdict: I have bought two bottles already and have two or three more lined up. Must have more!

O = Big Bucket of Fuck Wrapped in Original Skin (This is a man's perspective on how this fragrance smells on judas_kiss) The amber and honey swirl together as lovers do in the thronging afterglow of passionate sex. This fragrance is aptly named. The vanilla softens it all with a smooth and rich sugary suspension that holds aloft the amber and honey notes. This is WITHOUT equivocation TEH SEXXOREST BPAL scent IMO. I literally almost harmed myself when I first caught a sniff of this on judas' skin. Why? My pants were tight and bunched because I was seated. Use your immagination. Dans la bouteille: Sweet honey like in those cute little Honey Bear squeeze bottles. Awwww. Wet: (He he) Goes on smooth like silk across skin. The sweet aroma already throwing off it's orgasmic zeal. The tendrils of the scent stretch into the primal parts of my psyche. All thoughts are made sexual as the notes pervade my brain, the signals are clear. Tear this woman's clothes off and screw her into and through the very floor boards man! This scent reminds sunny summer days spent langouring in the afterglow next to my judas. Sweat dappled skin smelling sweet in the hot muggy weather. Ourt bodies entwined just long wnough to catch our breath before climbing atop one another again. Drydown: Mmmm oh mama I thought Wet was the best stage. No ma'am. The skin warms the core and the satelites spin off from the nucelous and defile my senses. My temperature rises as I inhale it's warm promise deeply. Very difficult not to just start dry humping judas right here in the computer room. Kids awake, must resist... must take cold shower, two cold showers, can I have ten cold- can I have 20 cold showers? Verdict: Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, ugnh, mmmmm uhhn nnggg oh. Oh GodyesohGodyesohGodyesharder. Fuckmeyousexysuccubusoftheinfernalrealmsridemeharder! (ZOMFG sorry!)

Being as last time I checked I noticed I was a guy I can definitely attest to the power of Morocco! Mmm must go put this on judas and sniff her. Hmm off the top of my head (did I post here already?) anyway off the top of my head. ETA: Looks like I did already post most of these and only one page back no less. I R NERD Velvet: Mmmm chocolatey sexy sultry and smoldering Bathsheba: Oh mama! Dorian: Wait does that mean I would swoon over Puddin'... nevermind. Snake Oil: Spicey vanilla and the unmistakeable essence of... sex? O: Oooooh oh oh oh oh ooooh oohhhh oooo ah mmmm ngg *perspire noise, perspire noise*

Good men's fragrance very light and clean. Bottle: This didn't smell that great in the bottle. I was sckeptical because it smelled very commercial. I had to try it on because of the aquatic and dry woods notes. I knew I would like the leather so I decided to go for the gusto. Y mucho gusto fue! Wet on Skin: Yummy Bay Rummy! Leather and the sea oh my this is nice. Drydown: Good solid long lasting scent on me. The scents meld down into a lovely concoction of truly manish lusty sexy perfumery. The bay rum is my favorite element. It's sharp warmth works very well on my skin. The dry woods give it that reson-y delectability I expect from BPAL and this one does not disappoint. Final Grade: A+ (A definite keeper, and definitely my next bottle purchase.)

Funny I thought Coyote was very feminine so the wife wears it. Mmm it smells good but also fades fast on her. Very earth momma. Golden Priapus, come on, of course that's masculine the name means "penis". I now remember smelling Oisin at the Meet 'n' Sniff, very manly but the notes are not for me I could tell my evil skin chemistry would ruin it so I never tried it on.

Vicomte De Valmont -- Ambergris, musk, sandalwood and moss it's a little sissyish with the rose geranium and jsmine but I still like it and think it is male Fallen -- woods, sandalwood, musk, vetiver it's good and discreetly manly, I say discreetly because the florals in it soften it a bit Czernobog -- Musk, myrrh, vetiver very ferally manish and "tough" Loup Garou -- Juniper, cypress, galangal and eucalyptus Villain -- Lilac, lime and citrus musk Jolly Roger -- Mmmm very clean and aquatic. Very non-head shoppy. There are probably more but these are ones I can think of that I have tried and I feel comfortable wearing. I know I am missing some but I don't feel well.

I love this scent! Not on me but definitely on judas_kiss. Mmm nummy, nums. In The Bottle: Amber and musk for sure. Not too sure about anything else in there but very calming and soothing dusty woody scent. Wet on Skin: Mmmmm tasty musky doeskin soothing succur of scent. Drydown: The grassy green scent calms into a languid and discreetly sexy and soothing calmness that bewitches the mind and ensnares the senses. This scent is great but seems more suited to the female chemistry. Not for me but love it, love, love truly love, love it on Judas.

Thanks and praise be to Bard for allowing me to procure this scent. This is without a doubt one of the most overtly sexual and distinctely male scents so far, that I have sampled at least. In The Bottle: Honest this smells like male sexuality. What more specific? OK I get a ton of leather, sage and musk I can sort of catch the fig and almond but I am looking for them so that may affect my oppinion. Having read the notes so many times, over and over before I actually smelled this it was easy to pick out the notes. I have been desperately wanting this scent for months. Wet on Skin: At first swipe the leather makes it presence known and introduces you to it's good friends tobacco, vetiver and fig. It is a highly engaging and aromatic blend. There is a bite there a scary bite that makes me afraid I might be raped in the super market on some idle Tuesday. It is dangerously manly. Drydown: The fierce sultry and intense notes mingle and cool down a little. In this stage I am in love. The musky, mosy, leathery, tobacco-y, ambery, sage-y, vetiverish, figgy and almondy goodness is awash with overt fuckability! Oh this one is dangerous. If you can get a hold of this scent and apply it to a male surface be prepared for the consequences such as salivating, mositening, dampening, back arching, puring, nuzzling, hair pulling, deep kissing, hip parting, waist thrusting and dry humping. Love it!

Ahh Wilde. Yummy, yummy, yummy! For anyone who likes Hug by Hugo Boss this is the blend for you. It share the Jasmine and Lavender notes and just smells so awesome. It is better, in my oppinion, in so many ways but is similar enough to satisfy the most pretentious man who is locked into buying commercial blends. Ladies your man will wear this! Probably. In the Bottle: Very mossy and jasminey. I liked it already. I liked it so much I squee'd inside and had to try it on. Wet on Skin This is very, very tasty! Mosses usually do not work on my skin but the bergamot and lavender chill it out nicely, the thyme and jasmine kick in and the whole enchilada smell mouth wateringly good. Drydown: Ah ha! The best part always where every BPAL scent is made or broken on my skin. This cools off into a really manly and sexy blend. The notes come together into an orgy of delicious excess. This will be a definite bottle purchase immediately. I suggest any women with a partner who doesn't like "gothier" or "headshoppier" scents buy this.

...Holy frankincense and hyssop in union with earthy fig, defiled by black patchouli and vetiver, with a chaotic infusion of lavender, cardamom, tamarind, rosemary, oakmoss and cypress. Another great scent that started with a gimp. Damn labbies want all my money In the Bottle: Oh ho I smell tamarind in there. Having spent time in Mexico I love tamarind anything. Wet On Skin: This is a very complex scent, maybe the most complex I have tried. There are so many levels, patchouli, frankinscense and fig oh my! Drydown: Oh oooh oooohohohohoh this smells good! The complex nature of the scent is slightly simpler in the drydown. So good! I get mostly patchouli, vetiver, fig, frsnkinscense and tamarind. The latter is a big treat for me. Verdict: I LOVE IT!

In The Bottle: On no my skin will ruin this, it smells so good too but I know that musk and violet and BlueStar don't mix. Wet On Skin: It was worth a try but my skin just amps the heck out of musks and violets oh cruel fate. Drydown: My body chemistry ruined this scent well before it dried so I washed it off. Such a yummy scent but my body rejected it like a baboon heart. Stupid body.

If Magus is my all time favorite this is a very close second. So far my all time favorites all started as gimps from the lab. "You're spendin' all me money boy!" Funny anecdote warning I was walking to the store last night after just having applied this lovely, distracting, haunting scent. I had my wrist pressed to my nose like the whole way. Anyway I am walking and sniffing and turn the corner too early and *SMACK* right into the wall. In The Bottle: Rosemary and pine, very woodsy and just awesome. Conjures up images of Yosemite Ntional Park and scaling half dome. Wet On Skin: Mmmm smells so good I smacked into a wall sniffing it. (See above) The notes take on a very naughty exhuberance. "It's evil. It's diabolical. It's lemonscented" -- Plankton Drydown: The bay in this is amazing and the pine smell kind of reminds me of a christmas tree (I love christmas tree smell) the lemon really accentuates the lemon and offsets the bite of the bay. Oh man oh man oh man, hummina, hummina, hummina this is good. Verdict: I guarantee this scent will get you laid so guys buy it!

This scent kicks serious ass. judas_kiss will not let me touch it so I will review my impressions of it on her. This scent reminds me of that song "The Joker" by Steve Miller Band "'Cause I'm a picker, I'm a grinner I'm a lover and I'm a sinner I play my music in the sun I'm a joker, I'm a smoker I'm a midnight toker I sure don't want to hurt no one" In The Bottle Hmm hello there "Maurice" I smell a beer note and hemp for sure. Mmm should I smoke it? Wet on Skin: Decadent debauchery a true club scent in the strictest context. Very yummy. Brings on images of a rowdy dive in the middle of nowhere where you could fall in love, get in a fight, realize the meaning of life, or just get stabbed for your boots. Drydown: Reminds me of the smell of a really great bender or party that went on for several days. I love thsi smell I connect it with my youth and all the smoking, drinking and partying. Ah the heady days of youth captured in a cute little blue bottle. Verdict: If you haven't already... buy this scent.

I cannot believe I haven't reviewed this yet. In The Bottle: Mmmm wonderous detergenty smell. Smells like thedetergent my Mom used to use. Funny enough I got so many compliments on the way I smelled when I was younger from women when the only scent on my was "Tide". Good memories, good times. Wet on Skin: Very fresh scent soft like clothes drying on a clothesline reminiscent of my childhood in Encinitas, CA (we had clotheslines and I used to run between them and pretend I was a pirate). Drydown: Very calming and clean smell. I have gotten several compliments from men on this. I like it a lot for Summer especially. Verdict: Beth has done it again.

"I wanna live with a cinnamon girl I could be happy the rest of my life With a cinnamon girl. A dreamer of pictures I run in the night You see us together, chasing the moonlight, My cinnamon girl." -- Type O Negative (I know it's a cover but I like their version better) I wanted to start with that quote because damn it this scent conjures that song for me. In The Bottle: "I wanna live with a cinnamon girl" I smell cinnamon and oodles of it. Yum! Wet On "Sin": (No I spelled it right) The amber ups up and the patchouli kicks the speakers out on the PA, the sandalwood and cinnamon do a fevered mosh in my olfactory sensors and the blast of the cacophony knocks me off my feet. Oh sweet surrender! Dry[hump] Phase: (Yeah that's what I said) This is unabashedly sexy. I won't wear this to the office for fear that someone would sexually harass me. This is dangerous stuff. The brazen patchouli buggering the cinnamon while very naughtily fondling the amber notes is almost too sexy. I love, love, love this! I love it to pieces on my wife and everytime I smelled it I felt like dry humping in the least appropriate "polite" way. I reminded myself of the monkey from "Love Potion #9". Nuff said. Ver-Dick-t: Oh this is a must have. It belongs to the wife but I will pilfer, purloin, pinch, palm and pluck this one whenever the feelings drives me to. Ladies you must have this, it is sex appeal in a bottle, men... same.

Num num free imp from the Lab God Bless you labbies, "Namaste" to you. Ok this might sound funny but Namaste is a word I am very familiar with. I used to work for Namaste.com so I very strangely thought this would smell like curry and fresh Mithai which is how the old office in Chicago smelled. In The Bottle: I get the lemongrass and patchouli with a subtle tinge of rose over sandalwood. Tasty! Wet on Skin: Warm and soothing, the notes swirl about and flicker like a candle flame in a diya. This scent is very reminescent of Indian festivals such as Raksha Bandan and Diwali. I like it's exotic verve. Drydown: Mmmm this is a feeling of calm to breathe in. I adore it as a room or mood scent. Too calming I prefer my scents to be illicit and devious in their ravenous and rampant sexuality. Then again why did I just say that what's really going on? Verdict: Does exactly what the lab promises "bring calm and joy to the heart and peace to the spirit"

This smells really damned good. Another "gimp" from the lab that will likely drive me into more spending. In The Bottle: I can't pick out any one note it smells like roseanthemum and vetiflowers. Wet on my Skin: Whoa baby is that resony. I love reson scents. Two of my most fav's are resons. This should be good. Mmmm Cactusy. Having lived in Mexico near the desert I actually know what cactus flowers smell like and that note is DEAD on yummy. Brings back great memories. Drydown: This is an arousing and titilating blend. I imagine a very sexy latin woman with a voluptuous figure emerging from the desert on a painted horse. This image is strong and I am not sure if it is a memory from a former life or what but wow that was cool. Verdict: Feminine but not overtly so. I would wear this in the house, I would wear it with a mouse... I like Santa Muerte, I like it Sam I am.

Got this as a "gimp" from the lab. I love the lab... I figured if they were nice enough to gift it I could at least review it. In The Bottle: Jasmine and Lily to the Nth degree. Smells really strong in the bottle and really floral... and really good. [Testosterone level in the yellow] Wet on Skin: My skin found the sandalwood, and my skin likes it. While it's wet I lose everything but sandalwood and frankinscense. Not a bad thing, not at all, especially since most of the scents I get hooked on have one of the other. [Testosterone on the yellow but moving toward green again] Drydown: Ooops there is that night blooming jasmine and lily again. I still get plenty of frankincense and can still find the sandalwood in there but this dries down too floral for me. [Testosterone in the red] Verdict: Very good feminine smell, must have the wife try this because it is very sizzlingly sexy. I would bet May Britt would smell like this. Mmm May Britt.

Christ on a cracker I just died and went to sexy! In the Bottle: I get lots of cocoa but it is covered over with a sinister patchouli. I could not wait to put this on. I couldnt wait to buy it for that matter so much so I bought it unsniffed. I was not disappointed. I fumbled a bit to put it on I was so excited Wet on My Skin: Mmmm leathery chocolatey patchouli laced orgasm. This is sexy, sexy, sexy. It warms up after a few minutes and I get something that smells almost like cedar maybe that's the Xochiquetzal flowers? Drydown: Mmmm warm, sexy, luscious, sexy, sultry, sexy, leathery, sexy, chocolatey, sexy. Did I mention it's sexy? Verdict Glad I bought the 5 mL, wish I'd bought the 10 mL ETA: This smells even better on judas_kiss.

I just, with the cap on tight, turn the bottle over and then swipe my finger along the rim of the bottle once I remove the cap. Repeat if necessary.

Elegba is both a masterpiece and a mystery. To my nose and on my skin it stays the same through the bottle, wet and in dry down. In the Bottle: Who knew coconut tobacco and sugared rum could be this unbelievably sexy? I suspected. This blend is just the very essence of sensuality. This one is just lovely and in addition to working as a panacea of sorts for stress it could probably be used as a natural alternative to Viagra Wet on Skin: See Above Drydown: See Above Verdict: Buy it by the keg!
