I have to admit the anise note got me too, I have too many bad memories of aniseed shots to ever be able to wear this.

    Goona Goona

This is a very very light scent, in the vial the blend smells like roses, incredibly soft and white. It doesnt intrude at all, its just lightly sits and blends in subtley wih your own fragrance. It got a vote of approval from my better half who rarely voices an opinion on such things. This one is definitely a keeper.

    Empyreal Mist

Empyreal Mist is so enchanting and airy. It's a wonderful addition and I'd been waiting a while for it to be released into the main line after getting excited over the previews of it. I can smell something like white tea from the Dormouse and the bamboo from Neo Tokyo along with a faint fruit smell, as others have suggested, yuzu does seem likely. Its quite sophisticated and serene in its etherealness, once its settled it becomes a very gentle fruity/floral scent. Absolutely adorable as a scent and very beguiling.

    Dragon's Tears

Wow this is uber salty with a hint of dragons blood, its quite biting. Not really one I can wear personally but its an interesting variation to the Dragon series.

    Dragon's Bone

This is a really light white blend which brings an interesting twist to the Dragon series. Its very dry, the most prominent note is definitely the Dragons Blood but the sandalwood gives it a very stoic white base, the orris gives it a very serene edge to the blend. I This has a very calming effect and I can see it being a good oil to curl up in before going to sleep. This is really nice and definitely worth a try.

    Carnivàle

This is incredibly vibrant as a scent, you can really smell the juiciness of this one at first. The berries add a lot to a scent I think, then the carnation comes out to play. I dont know why but carnations to my nose always smell a little orangey. Amber normally doesnt agree with scents on me but in here, it's adds a lot of character to the blend. I have to admint even though its a gorgeous mix of all the elements, the carnation turning a little orangey makes me a little nauseous so I'll have to try this one again.

    Black Cat

This is quite crazy, it smells a little herbally initially, then the dried roses are the next prominent note, but lingering on the edges of the roses is a faint crushed mint scent. Personally I cant detect the lotus note and I wouldnt know what Dill is if it hit me in the head *dies* It feels quite energetic as a blend and quite nice to wear on its own. Definitely a keeper here.

    Ave Maria Gratia Plena

Initially on my I can smell the jasmine as the most prominent note in the blend followed closely by a wooden accent tied in with lilies. As the scent settles my nose can detect traces of orris to balance out the blend and give it an unearthly sense. This does smell like a divine scent for a man, but on me, it's too heavy for a white floral and it doesnt quite balance out.

    London

This is a very nice rose, although it goes a little powdery on myself. Definitely one to add to my rose collection however, as the civilised rose.

    Kyoto

When I put this on initially, it smells reminscent of my beloved Eclipse <3 However on drydown you can smell the cheries and almonds. When its dried further the anise is at the edge of the scent, accenting it to create double edged blend of sweetness and sharpness. Unfortunately the anise became dominent though and makes the blend unsuitable for me.

    Loup Garou

I fear the words "Traditionally Masculine" warning found in reviews and I put the scent on somewhat hesitantly. Initially the most prominent note is the juniper and eucalyptis, it gives a very powerful force of nature feeling from the scent, though my body chemistry just doesnt get over the juniper note. This is a very woody and alive scent, this would be the male counterpart to the Hamadryad scent recently released.

    Lightning

This is a very electric scent, its vivacious and glad to be alive. Its citrus spiked with airy notes, to give a watery yellow colour. Its incredibly clean, whereas Szepasszony was white slashes of rain and a very clear scent, this is one is incredibly vibrant and sharp. A wonderful and full of energy blend.

    Jupiter

Very very woody, but saying that, there's a centeredness about this one. Although I cant stand wood scents, this one feels like a very tight aura around the area applied. Its drawing everything in. Perhaps its because I'm more aware of scent through disliking it but this is doing strange things to the area applied. =o

    Juliet

Yes I'd have to agree with other reviewers, this is so pink and delicate its crazy finding this in the labs repetoir of compositions. Saying that, there are times sometimes you want to be a little girly, the florals in this compose and conspire against me to not let the pear out. Its very adorable as a scent and definitely will be on my "order a big bottle list" if I ever find I need that girliness more. ^^!

    Hymn

On me the rose is the first prominent note, with the resins a close second. As it dries down, the lily and frankincense burst through to give a heavenly white blend. If I ever had to meditate, I could see this oil helping me greatly achieve a state of tranquility and calm.

    Catherine

This is a very strong powdery scent initially which I assume is the orange blossom/rosemary. Then the rose comes through to make a very potent rose scent. it gives the impression of a very sinister rose trying to be innocent. I really like rose scents and this is a surperb addition to my collection. ^^!

    Goneril

The cedar is the predominant note in this scent, the florals just cant battle their way through even though I can catch a glimpse of them. Again like most cedar containing scents this one just doesnt work with my body chemistry and its hard to get to the florals. Its a pity as I love the fruitiness of calla lily's normally.

    Faustus

This has to take the biscuit for most oddest trio of notes but it works so well together. The sharp note of frankincense is subtly sweeted and warmed by the cinamon (almost smelled warm like oranges for a while) and then cooled by the violet. Gorgeous and cant believe I've not tried this sooner.

    Cheshire Cat

For me this initially smells like grapefruit laced with more placid delpinium to keep it under control. As it dries down more of the chaos errupts and the chamomine and current gives it an unearthly cheeriness (sunshine is an apt description) whilst the dark musk and lavender presides to give an air of mysteriousness which is the essense of the Cheshire Cat. Its an interesting composition to wear but would be an excellent choice to ward off depression.

    Carnal

This smells so luscious at first, there's something about that mandarin note that sets my head spinning. But the fig kicks in and brings an earthly warm tone to the smell which disagrees with me. As a scent its very exciting and promises so much, this blend really has captured what I perceive as carnal.

    Bayou

This is initially on me very heavey soapy, to describe this scent in colours it would be green/brown. Very sharp at first but settles into a little sweeter and more distinct flowery accord. This is exactly as I imagined this one but it is not compatable with my body chemistry unfortunately.

    Baobhan Sith

The ghostly White Women of the Scottish highlands. They seduce unwary travelers by night with their unearthly beauty and mesmerizing dancing. They engage their victims in a wild, hypnotic dance, and once they reach exhaustion, the demonesses exsanguinate their partners with their vampiric kiss. Talk about a quick courtship. Grapefruit, white tea, apple blossom and ginger. Initially its nothing but grapefruit laced with a tea accent. As it dies down over 15 minutes the ginger comes out to play and lurks beneath the grapefruit tea miasma to give a wonderful citrus scent that packs a punch. This would be especially useful for work if you had a meeting and wanted to feel a little more fiery. Very worth trying if you like citrus scents.

    Allegory

This to me has that strong chemical association when I first sniff the vial. Its reminscent of the smell of hospitals. Yet saying that, my body doesnt seem to get along with any of the notes, as it settles down it does seem more bearable as the intensity fades, but this just doesn't do anything for me.

    Akuma

This is a very strange mix, initially I can smell the orange as the first note that hits me on the head, then it dies down and the neroli and raspberry are both equal notes next to create a bittersweet fusion with the "tang" from raspberry and the sharpness of the neroli melded together over the orange base. It becomes quite devilish, with one hell of a bite. Although I can see the mastery in this blend, both raspberry and orange are not scents favoured by myself. So I really couldnt see myself wearing this one.

    Chaos Theory

This is my second Chaos Theory and I received Chaos Theory Fragrant Fractal CV (105) from the Lab. In the bottle its very pepperminty with a faint undercurrent, almost like peppermint with something deeper underneath it, it certainly smells tempting enough to down the bottle, but thats another story. Initially when applied, the spearmint is the strongest note, its quite piercing. As it settles after a few minutes, it soothes down into and settles to a minty/cucumber scent, very soft. On the outsides of the scent, you can just about smell a glimpse of the juiciness from Titianna. After an hour its settled into an icy cool cucumber fruity scent, in fact the back of my hand where I've applied it to is quite cold. If I had to guess at notes, I'd prolly think that there was more than one type of mint here, cucumber, with the barest touches of white grape, maybe white peach, iced pear and a little white musk. To describe this scent in two word, it would be serenely chilly, but not the icy regal from Queen Gertrude which was a little sexless from the violet and delphinium. This goes beyond that, this is a sexy chilly like an ice elemental goddess (the aeon Shiva from FFX springs to mind), think frostbite, this scent is that cold. I love it though, it fits my ice queen personality very well. <3
