  1. Amazeballs! Srsly. I agree with VF that this is the best leather scent so far to date. Beautiful worn in brown leather. I get nothing but straight up leather. I must go along with the statement that is smells like horses because it does. Takes me back to county fair days when I helped my friend ready her horse for show.So wonderful!

  2. This one was a real morpher on me! Wet all I got was pure vetiver. Straight up vetiver. Once the oil was dry, the lavender came out and pushed the vetiver aside and it turned out quite lovely. The lavender is not a medicinal one but a pretty floral kind. I agree with the statement that this smells expensive and in a sense regal.

  3. More and more sandalwood. Lots and lots of straight up sandalwood. I get no beeswax from this scent. I get visions of standing in the woods on a cold day. If you love sandalwood, I woudl recommend this one!

  4. Just beautiful. A little bit of Snake Oil softened up with the Dorian and lavender. Sweet and soft, but still has a little kick. Perfect for an everyday scent. I seem to amp the lavender note out of all of them in this scent. A floral lavender though, not a medicinal one.

  5. A very faint snow scent. It is so hard to describe. I get a smell that is soft, slightly sweet, a tiny bit earthy, but not really "cold." This is a very I would say neutral scent on me as no one note really sticks out; they all seem to blend together very well.

  6. Wet the incense is so strong it is almost too much. On dry down the red musk comes out more when plays very nicely with the incense. Where has this scent been all my BPAL life?! On total drydown this gets as close to a red musk single note as I think possible. :joy:

  7. Very sweet and "pink" on wet; almost gaggingly sweet. When this one dries I get straight up cotton candy doughnuts. I jsut smelled my arm (this is approx 3.5 hours after application) and I get straight up cotton candy and glazed doughnuts.

  8. I was hoping for a more muddy water scent, but alas it wasn't so. Wet this smells straight up lemon Pledge. On drydown the green of the spanish moss/olive comes out really well. Reminds me of Spain. Doesn't really smell "fallish", more of a clean crisp scent. Still it is a keeper for the smell on drydown.

  9. A popular holy day beverage in 18th century Ireland: roasted apples mashed into warmed milk and ale, with nutmeg, sugar, ginger, and clove.

Very spicy in the bottle and wet. Upon drydown it at first was like those potpurri simmer-ers that my grandmother uses (which isn't bad, I have an odd nose..). After it sat awhile on my skin the potpurri toned down and a wonderful spiced apple comes out. Nice!

I am wondering if I should age this maybe? It's craft store "red apple" and mulling spices, with none of that creamy subtle buttered beer I was hoping for. It's not foodie as in "I want to lick my wrist!" -- it doesn't smell like something lovely heating on the stove or in the oven. Instead, it smells like laying out the ingredients before cooking. The apple is raw, not cooked. At least it's not ZOMG CLOVE but it is also not what I expected from last year's reviews. I suppose it might find it's way into my Scentbug.

That's it!!! Craft store!!! I was smelling something I remembered from the past but I couldn't figure it out!
