To my sniffer, CC: M is quite a bit like Aziraphale. It has that same light, airy quality, which must be attributed to the iron. The leather in this is not a dark leather like in De Sade, or the brown leather in Olisbos and Shrunken Heads... instead, it's a blonde leather, very smooth and professional.

I'll probably hold onto my decant for a while and see how it ages. It seems like the type of blend that will only get stronger over time.

This is a very nice, clean floral that has a hint of creaminess in the background. It stays close to the skin and doesn't seem to morph much from the time I put it on to the time that it dries. Very pretty, but my chemistry doesn't do much for it, unfortunately!

As strange as this sounds, the scent of this one almost immediately reminded of my summer spent riding horses and working at a stable. It smells like very broken-in leather and the soft scent of warm, summer air, especially after a rain storm. The citrus loans a slightly bitter, but sweet edge that is reminiscent of all of the cleaning liquids and plastic buckets/tools that were kept inside the office and main area.

Olisbos wasn't what I expected it to be, but it sure jogged a wonderful memory, and I'll be keeping my decant for that reason alone.

The first thing I get from this blend is WINE. Opening the bottle and sniffing was like entering a winery. Now that I've tested it on skin, it's more of a soft, boozy scent that's nicely complimented by hints of rose. I also get an almost sugared note from this... I think that must be the beeswax.

All in all, it's a very pretty and sophisticated scent, but it's not for me.

Snake Oil did not work for me. O did not work for me. But Snake Oil + honey? Totally amazing. It's sweet and sexy, without being cloying. It seems to have good throw, too. Hanging onto my imp for now!

I did not expect to love this scent, but I received it as a frimp from a lovely seller and I'm so glad she included it.

While wet, it has the distinct smell of damp trees and greenery, like a freshly mowed lawn after the morning dew. Once it dries, the florals come out and soften it, giving it a more feminine edge. It reminds me a lot of summers as a child growing up on our farm, so I think I'll wear this during the thick of the summer season, when it's terribly hot and I'd like to at least pretend there's a little shade around.

The main notes I detect are mint and violet. Gack, it does not work on me at all. Too cloying, too heavy... it has a thickness to it that leaves a bad taste in the back of my mouth.

My first impression of this oil is... sage! Really, really strong sage. After a few minutes, it dries into something very juicy and tart, a ripe blackberry surrounded by lots of soil and green leaves.

Pretty, but not for me.

My father has been working the same job at the same company for 18+ years. He's on the road most of the time, and he's just too old now to be straining himself like that, but young enough that he can still do an amazing job with something a little more stable and less unpredictable. Gainful Employment seemed like the perfect oil to use for him.

Scent: This smells strongly of cloves. It's worth it for the scent alone! My father is such a good sport, too. He let me dab some on his wrists and said he liked it so much, that he wondered if he could wear it even if he did get the job.

Ritual use: I anointed an orange candle and four coins in a pot of soil, then said a short prayer to the gods that they would help my father with getting his job, and if he didn't get that one, help him to find one that presented the same opportunities

Result: Just today, my father learned that he got the job he wanted!!! I honestly believe that GE gave out the good mojo the company needed to make their final decision.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Lab and this oil. It worked wonderfully.

This is one of the strongest blends I've ever smelled. To me, it's ridiculously potent musk and a man's cologne. For some reason, it also reminds me of the smell of the antique furniture in my grandparents' house... a mixture of tobacco, dust and flowers. Interesting!

Lots and lots of chocolate cupcake with a hint of something else, like... tile cleaner? It's good, though! I'll definitely wear this again.

Very soft, pretty and feminine. It'd be the perfect scent for a summer wedding.

Mint, mint, mint. Pure mint with a hint of licorice. Very nice! It's almost a little TOO sweet when it dries, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, because for me, it means the scent stays on for a longer amount of time.

Not a bottle purchase, but definitely something I'll consider wearing again in the future.

In the imp: Whoa, cocoa! Not just a little, but a LOT. Yummy!

Dry: As others have pointed out, this is not a foody chocolate. It's more musky and dark, like pure cocoa powder instead of the sweet milky stuff. The tobacco gives it an edge that is strangely delicious.

I don't amp it much, so I'm passing it along to someone that will enjoy it more, but it's very nice either way.

Smells like an old, dusty church. But it also has this strange sudsy note, too. It must be the lily or the rose. Very interesting!

At first, this was pure rose. As it dries, I can detect more of the tonka, which gives it a nice variety that keeps it from being too floral. I really like this one! It's a good wedding (of course) or major social event perfume.

On me, this smells like firewood, fir, a hint of apple and spices. Black patchouli is a big No-No scent on me, so I think without that note, it'd be delicious.

Medicinal cherries. That's the first impression I get from Fenris Wolf. There's something extremely feral and wild about this one, too... reminds me of the musk that horses carry with them, strangely enough. The longer it stays on my skin, the darker the scent gets.

Wow, this one is DARK. It reminds me a lot of a man's cologne, mixed with burnt wood, incense and something a little sour, which must be the vetiver. Very interesting blend.

I was trying to think of a comparison scent for this, and someone mentioned Judith and Holofernes. I agree! There's a sweet, but slightly deadly feel to this one. The amber and patchouli are the strongest notes at first; once it dries, the vetiver peeks out, but not enough to kill the sweetness of the blend. It seems I've finally beat my note of doom.

Surprisingly yummy, definitely a keeper.

At first sniff, I can smell jasmine and very little else. On the dry-down, it doesn't morph at all. Final verdict? Floral almost to a fault.

Hua Mulan is very pretty, soft and feminine, and that just ain't me. Excellent for those that like their perfume 'perfumey', though!

This is incredibly warm and golden. It leaves a long-lasting fragrance, heavy on the beeswax and resins. Reminds me of a sunlit apartment, the kind with the ceiling-to-floor windows. I really, really like this, and it's the first BPTP spray I've tried, so of course I want to try more now.

This is INCREDIBLY woody. Like a mixture of woods, spices and a man's cologne. Actually, it reminds me quite a bit of Rumpelstilzchen, which is a very good thing. I'd slather this on a man and huff him silly.

Smells exactly like Salt Water Taffy to me. Mmm!

When I first apply this, it's a warm, gritty sandalwood. Once it's dry, the rose is more prominent, but it's not overpowering at all. It sort of lurks in the background. Very nice, pleasant scent... the more I huff, the more I think it reminds me of the smell of fireworks. I approve!
