First off I hate jasmine. I almost did not order this, boy Im glad i did! Jasmine who? Vasilissa is on my top ten favourites of all time. It IS very girly, but in sweet sandalwood way that also reminds me very much of White Rose from the Unity Set. The myrrh adds the same creamy richness. My skin amps myrrh, loves pink scents, and eats up creamy blends! This scent makes me feel like a princess I don't get The Girl resemblance, but can see the Velvet Unicorn one. I was also very weary of the skin musk, sometimes that particular musk is too much and can aggravate my sinuses. Not at all here, very subtle, just gives this girly blend some sexiness. I love this story, my mother being from eastern Europe, and my husband from Lithuania, it has a nostalgic attachment. I was originally excited about Little Wooden Doll. Vasilissa, The Black rider, and Red Rider blow dolly away. A dab of dolly with Vasillisa is not a bad thing however. TOTAL LOVE

Okay, trying VERY hard to LOVE this one. I always like lavendar, but this has something else going on. The first time I tried it, I had to wash it off. My eye balls were burning, and it gave me that queazy feeling that Lampades did. So NOT what I was expecting!! I tried it again today, not a BAD smell, but very biting. As a migrainer, this one needs to be used cautiously. I do smell the citrus, and also a faint lavendar, but then the old lady lily ruins the initial like-able-ness of this one. I agree with the generic Mc Donald's handsoap smell-so right on! Also a bit of ozone, not great for us blood vessel challenged types! It smells VERY Slyph from a wet angle, and very BARF when it wafts in the dry stage. I will probably keep trying it because of what it is - until I get a wicked migraine from it eventually, along with the ILL association. I'm sticking with Yvaine & Pontia for my lavendar fix. Poor Slyphy!!

OKAY, now really obsessed with FROSTED SNOWDROPS, the old one from BBW. I have the lotion, which I had no idea was so RARE. There is not much left. I saw a couple sites that make duplicate scent products. Has anyone found a really close one? Just panicked cause I thought this stuff still came out every Christmas. Yea, don't get to the mall much. I'm sort of ANTI BBW, but this one & the Serenity/Balance discontinued scents are the exceptions. Does anyone know the single notes involved in FROSTED SNOWDROPS? I've seen winter flowers and some type of sandlewood. Other than Snow White, any BPAL twins? LILY

I'm looking for 2 scent twins. 1 ~ I've always freesia by Victoria Secret, the old garden one that they stopped making about 10 years ago. I still have the original perfume, and stock up on ebay for the lotion. They have a new one out by the Pink line, not to be confused with that one. The scent is primarily a powdery freesia, is their a BPAL like this?, 2 ~ WISH, a Christmas Candle from Aroma Naturals. It's so whimsical! Main components are peppermint & a sparkly vanilla. Any BPAL's close to those two notes? LILY
