Patchouli, ylang ylang, blood orange, and vetiver. wet: very sharp! i get the patchouli, hiding in the back, vetvier... on me: ALL ORANGE ALL THE TIME!! the orange really stands out, especially on the drydown. i can still get patchouli & a bit of the ylang ylang, but it's very faint. i love this, it's very creepy!

this scent is totally gluttony... wet: heavy & sweet...chocolate, buttercream...i can smell it all in there on me: i wore this & loved it while i had it on - it dried to this heavily sweet, spicy scent that kind of bites your nose when you sniff it...by the end of the day though, i had a headache & actually felt sick to my stomach! i had to take a shower to get it off, & even there i still could smell a little residue. heabreaking! i wanted to be able to wear this one, so badly! i guess it's just a sniffy for me though = (

wet & in the vial: cherry-almonds...where do i know that scent from?? JERGENS! (i went through a huge jergens phase; i looooove almond scents) on me: i'm getting whiffs of the musky-myrrh now...it's a lot more florally than i usually like, but i can still catch hints of the almond so i will go back to it again & again later in the day: very faint, but it's settled back into that jergens cherry-almond scent - i looooove it! I was surprised, i didn't read the scent listings before i put it on, & for some reason the name threw me off. so wearting it today without knowing anything other than the first sniff was a leap of faith. but i love it!!

wet: wheee!! it reminds me of a fruit roll-up! sweet, & sticky. on me: stays about the same, smells very fruity, i definitely get a "red" scent it stays on me for a few hours, & then fades away, but i was driving in the car about 1/2 hour after i applied it & i kept getting wafts of it, so the throw is pretty decent at least. not so much a me scent, but i did like it. it reminds me of a wine bar downtown where i live - they make cosmos there that smell like this, which means the scent has lived up to his name = )

i love botany & herb lore, so this was one of the ones i wanted to try the most. in the bottle: super sharp, green. a bright green, though, lime green & plant-y. on me: at first application, it stayed the same sharp scent, that doesn't have a lot of throw, but stays strong at the same time. after the drydown: this was weird - i put it on my wrists, the crooks of my elbows & behind my ears. my wrists now smell...floral? i don't know what, exactly, but definitely floral. the crooks of my elbows are all pine though! (i like pine, so it's all good) how can this be??!! The pine is sharp & intense - the second i sniff, i get christmas, that cold, sharp scent in the air when you go to buy a christmas tree! snow, & clean, & pine & woodfires... i really like it. i'm only unsure how i manage to get floral on my wrists & pine in my elbows...

after trying a few other kinds, i decided to try this & then read the description after i'd worn it...i'm so glad i did! in the vial i got a very sharp, incens-y smell. now i know it's the dragon's blood & myrr. it's not unpleasant, but definitely overpowers the other scents. immediately on me, i could smell something...red? one of the coolest things; one of my staff sniffed me & said i smelled like cotton candy, or "something sweet & red-flavored", which is what i had been thinking - cherry! i keep getting wafts of it still, hours after the dry-down, so it seems to have great staying power. the clove is in there, but extremely faint, & only exists as this wispy spiciness...it just keeps the cherry from getting to sicky-sweet, which is great. awesome - a fantastic blend!

in the bottle, this smells very sharp! on me, however, i immediately smell the frankincense....which is good, because i like frankincense = P i also am getting something i think is the oakmoss, & it reminds me of fall days when the air has that smoky smell, very clear & sharp. after a while, i started getting something that almost smells...orangeish? definitely citrusy, which is weird because there isn't any in it! so, not the best, but after reading a couple reviews, i'm going to see if bf will try it on, to see what it smells like on him. ETA: i smeared this on bf's chest this morning (i asked him if he'd wear it & he dutifully lifted his shirt up - i looked at him & he said "this is where scent goes on guys!") & i sniffed him before he went to class - overwhelmingly cypress & oakmoss! very earthy on him. on me, however, it faded away within an hour - it still smelled faintly but there was no throw at all...i'm bummed!

love at first sniff? wet & in the bottle, this seems very sharp & almost astringent - i can see where some are getting a craft store sense from it. on me, however, this has morphed into a very smooth honey with a afterscent of...fig , i think it is. I'm not getting any patchouli (*sniffle*) unless that may turn up later...i hope it does! i'm not getting any clove either, but something is very faintly spicy in there! all in all, a very sweetly light-bodied scent on me. i do like it, although i don't know if it will turn out to be my fave or not. = ) ETA: a few hours later: BABY POWDER!! oh man, i was bummed. but it's not bad baby powder, it's powder with a nice, hidden figgy scent...just barely there, but there! ETA: no wait, it's honey, not fig. honeyed baby powder. which, really isn't bad, when you think about it?

soooo...if i look at ccnow, & it says shipped on 2/16, & the charges came out of my account on 2/18, does that mean it's most likely on it's way? because i placed my order on 1/30, & really, i'm about to pee my pants, i'm so excited for my order to come.
