    Undertow

I'm really pleased I purchased an imp of this, I liked it almost immediately! First Impressions: Minty! Then pine and juniper. Just breath-taking. Once on the skin: It loses that initial mint hit (shame) but takes on a sweet, almost coconutty smell IMO. Smells so good I want to lick my arm! I also detect something like eucalyptus, minty and deep. The juniper has almost gone now, too. Lovely, lovely scent. Brilliant for balmy summer days to keep you cool, or frosty, bright, winter mornings to perk you up!

    Cordelia

Bought an imp of this: First impressions, bouquets and bunches of lovely, fresh, summery flowers! Also lemons, soap and engine oil(??) I've had this imp for about a month now and it seems to have changed a little, perhaps its my own body chemistry? I don't know. At first it was soft and flowery, very summer wedding wear. Now its sharper, dirtier, like a wet summer downpour and the earth is damp and steaming, the flowers taking on a bit of that. I really liked this at first 4 weeks ago, but it just smells a bit blah on me now. I want the original Cordelia back!!

I received some of this in a swap and although it has taken a bit of getting used to, I am really getting into the scent now! In the Bottle: Whoa, really intensely sweet, alcoholic almost, almondy, smokey, buttery, fruity all at once! Reminds me of a more vivid version of "Lou Lou" by Cacharel (which incidently I find gives me a headache!) Once on Skin: On the skin, it looses the fruity aspect amd takes on a warmer smell, the flowery floral scent is coming out now. Dry down: Almost smells like "Wish" by Chopard. One of my fave Winter fragrances. This is the same, definately a Winter scent.
