I'm  glad it all got there okay.  The basket  And trivet were made by me, I have started selling them at a few shows.  I made the slippers too.  All but the soles are cashmere. I adore that pattern.

The ornament/ pendant was made by a friend of mine that is starting to do shows with her work. We designed it together.

Where do I learn how to do decoupage with napkins?

Enjoy the canned things.  The juice one is a byproduct from making the cowboy candy.  Use it as a marinade or in a sauce. Or in a cocktail.

The honey is not canned, it does not need it.

I love that blood orange marshmallow scent.

The slippers are beyond amazing!  Your sewing skills are fantastic.  Im so jealous!

If you want to learn to decoupage go to you tube!  They have everything.   I think I  am going to place them on some vintage book pages for a journal.

Thanks again for spoiling me rotten!

Holy Wow!  I have been witched!  Thank you so much to my witch @lawardrop_27512 and her minion @twilighteyes  I am well and truly spoiled!  Oh my goodness, where to begin.

Well I received a package from my witches minion, which included a LUSH Sleepy Bear gift set!  Sleepy is one of my favorite LUSH scents and I had run out.  This will be enjoyed for sure!  I also got a neat lip balm in Lavender Vanilla and some TJ chocolate covered espresso beans.  So yummy!  Thanks to both of you for such a special package.

Then, I received a HUGE box from my witch!  It was bursting at the seams!  Inside I found,

The LUSH solid palm reader hand cream.  It smells divine.  My hands are such a wreck and I can't wait to slather this on.  Also a black rose bath bomb.  I have actually never tried this one and it looks super spooky for Halloween!

A gorgeous hand made ornament for my Halloween tree!.  It's a witches hat with a jeweled spider at the tip.  It is perfect and I will treasure it and put it on my tree every year.

2 adorable ghost candles that went right up on my kitchen island display.  I hate to burn them.  I'm really going to have to think hard about it.  Ghost lights too.  Perfect for my tree.

The most wonderful spooky napkins.  I know for sure I am going to make some nice decopage projects out of these.  They are too good for people to be wiping their greasy fingers on!

Lovely ephemera cut outs for my junk journaling.  Someone stalked me well.

Haus of Gloi blood orange marshmallow pumpkin butter.  Truly decadent. And a bunch of their fall fragrance imps to try.  Also some NA imps.  Do you know I have never tried NA?  Now is my chance.

My witch MADE ME THINGS....ALL THE THINGS  (I don't know if there was minioning help but I got a huge bunch of handmade goodies)

A fabulous fall rope basket and a Halloween trivet which I use to serve lunch today.  Cowboy candy and juice-this looks dangerous.  Hot honey and smoked tomato jam.  Wow I wish I knew how to make canned things.

AND to top it off, the most beautiful pair of handmade slippers!  I love them.  The color is perfect and they are so soft.  They fit perfectly.  How did you do it?  Really, my dear witch.  Thank you so much.  You have made me cry happy tears.  Thank you for your thoughtfullness and care.  I appreciate you so much!

  3. Sent in my answers... I will be back with some questions in a bit.  It's not too early for that is it?

Ok, I really hope it's not too early for questions because I have some...

I'm wanting to place an order with Paintbox Soapworks.  Do you see anything you'd like?

Copied this question from my Switch Witch-My Witchee doesn't seem to be interested, but might my Pumpkin like the following?

I was fortunate enough to be gifted an entire collection of the Flower Letters. It's a story told through beautifully illustrated letters, pictures, diagrams, post cards etc. One snail mail letter at a time.   The letters and details are gorgeous.  I've finished reading it, would you like me to pass it along to you?

I make junk journals and paper crafts.  I would probably have time to make a mini journal or a paper folio type thing.  It would come decorated but with space to write and add your own touch or I could make a folio complete with address labels, stationery, stamps etc. to organize your writing goods.  Would you like to receive one?  My style is generally vintage but I could also do a Halloween one, winter holiday one, shabby chic or something of your suggestion.

  4. I have a few questions

What is your size in say Tshirts?  Pajamas?

Do you like Halloween socks?  Any particular style or image/character?

I was fortunate enough to be gifted an entire collection of the Flower Letters-Lily Clara series.  It's a story told through beautifully illustrated letters, pictures, diagrams, post cards etc. One snail mail letter at a time.   This one is a story of a entreprenurial woman during the silver rush in the West and a bit of a mystery.  The letters and details are gorgeous.  I've finished reading it, would you like me to pass it along to you, witchee?  Of course it would be in your last box, so I don't give my identity away....

I do not have such a tree, but we *do* put Halloween-themed ornaments of exceptional quality on our Yule / Xmas tree!
I have an old Etsy wishlist. It's outdated in that many items on it have since sold. BUT, it's useful in terms of getting solid ideas about what I like.

    QUESTIONS!
As of this writing, Dragon Con Peach Pit scents have been revealed! Anything on your wishlist?

I am a bit known for my extremely light-weight hand crafted hair falls (I typically make them out of a combination of yarns, batting, and bits of up cycled silks and lace). Would you like one (for a pony tail effect) or two (for a pigtail effect)? If so, name two or three colors and any allergies to fibers I should know about.

I answer my own questions, I am placing a *substantial* order during Con weekend for myself that will be a combination of Con exclusives and any Lunacy update goodies I didn't get from the summer months. That said, there's certainly a chance I'll fall so hard for one of said scents that I'll want a backup, in which case I'll post here about such desires, just in case ;)

As for hair falls, I am fairly tender-headed, so I generally ONLY wear the falls that I make, as everyone else's I've tried tend to be too heavy for my hair or scalp!

Hey Violet, I sure would love to see a picture or 2 of these hair falls.  I'm not sure what they look like

  6. Cashmere lined slippers sound wonderful.  The rope baskets sound lovely as well.  You are so talented!

I am going to try to link a new Amazon wishlist.

    New Questions

Do you have a Halloween Tree?  Do you need ornaments?

To answer my own question, I did get a 2 foot black tree this year.  I have ornaments but wouldn't mind a special one from my witch

Do you have an Etsy wishlist?  I am working on updating mine and will post to my signature.

To whomever will be stalking me...I decided to get my act together and made a SW post in my blog where I will continue to answer questions.

  7. OOOOH  Thanks for mentioning Haus of Gloi.  I do like their pumpkin butters a lot.  The scents that I'd be interested in are Ghost puffs, Olde Cider Haus, Scarecrow, or Pink Bubblegum.

I wish they had the body powders this year, oh well.

    New Question

How do you feel about the pastel Halloween offerings that are out?  I actually like them.  I am going to decorate my kitchen in pastel Halloween, my patio room with my Halloween tree, and the rest of my house with Vintage style Halloween.

I seem to remember that previous questionnaires asked if you will be away for part of the round.  I will be visiting my Aunt in New York from October 22-Nov. 2, so my witch may want to time my packages a little early.  If not, my husband will be home to safeguard any packages.

  8. YAY! Questions already!

Cellar Door?  Didn't see anything I need, I'm pretty stocked up on soaps.

    Sock Dreams?  No, thank you.

French tea?  I have quite the stockpile of tea already that I need to work through.

New Question   Do you see anything you need from Paintbox Soapworks Weenie Update?

    New & Limited Edition - 2025 Weenie Collection - Page 1 - Paintbox Soapworks

To answer my own question...I love the sorbettos and could use a new scrub.  Jack of the Woods looks like it's up my alley.

I think checking in could be sweet, but  I also don't want to make it burdensome on folks with limited capacity.  I'll will think on this and try to pull something together in September.

Oh definitely, I didn't mean to imply the check ins were mandatory, just if people felt like it.

(first - twilighteyes, your mailing list is the greatest! and yay Switch Witch!)

Would anyone be interested in something like a Comfort Care Package swap later this fall (I'm thinking late september so it's pre-holiday stress season)?

I feel like there are a lot of us with health issues or chronic pain around.  I personally am really frigging sick of shopping for my own issues (if I see another wrist brace, I will scream).  I would have way more fun shopping to make a care package for someone else.  I'm leaning towards something like 2-4 "comfort objects" (think fancy ice packs, pretty K Tape, pain relieving lotions, compression gloves, etc) plus 1 or 2 items just to brighten your person's day (pretty stationary, an easy care plant, good chocolate, etc).  Packages on the small side because 1. health/pain stuff is stupidly expensive and 2. fewer choices = lower effort, which would theoretically make it easier for people who aren't doing well to participate.

YES   1 million percent.  I am a chronic pain sufferer too and I can use suggestions.  I sometimes run out of ideas on making things easier for myself.  I would also love to share the things I have discovered that work.  It would be lovely to have the support of others that are in the same club.  Maybe we could keep checking in on each other  as well.

Would anyone be interested in a lighting round of something small and finite for end of summer/back to school? For my lighting rounds, I just draw names, no attempts at close matching.

I'm itchy for something and have maybe just enough capacity to manage 15 participants who solemnly swear they will make good.

    Yes!
