I have a caps problem, just so y'all know and don't freak about my punctuation.
that said, on me berenice pretty much remains the same throughout, wet and dry. it's a powdery sweet scent, one that reminds me of 19thC fin de siecle ladies with gibson girl hair, all in white, mourning the loss of their One True Love. there's something in here that i really don't like, it's a bit buttery, and very floral...not sure if it's the lily or something else. I want to like it, but so far it's just kind of 'eh'.

oo, oo, i only tried this yesterday and my notes are downstairs, but I quite liked this. Wet and dry it was a musky amber with little fruit, perhaps a bit more floral - but with a fruity note, if you will, but overall an ambery musk. funnily enough, when wet i didn't smell it so much as taste it in the back of my throat...odd, that. On drydown the amber came out more, and then after a bit died back down. I didn't find it spicy at all, and I'm not sure what time of the year i'd want to wear it - it's possibly more of a nighttime scent than a seasonal scent.
me likee, however.
Oro, wondering where her caps have gone

Bayou smells swampy to me, and Rose Red like dark red roses.

Oo, that's a toughie. The 'closest' I can see in the catalog would be The Kindly Ones - Alecto, Megaera, Tisiphone - but only in terms of energy, movement, and action. I suspect you'd be better off finding an oil that's not specifically for Artemis, but that brings forth her best attributes - Sophia springs to mind, and Tempest.
Gosh, I'm just drawing a real blank, here. Sorry I'm not of more help!!

Kabuki's got a lot of cherry in it, but clove...that, I have no clue.

What, no EVE??? No Delirium??
Santa Muerte is quite rosy, and I'm surprised by the lack of love for Maiden, too...

Morocco becomes less dry with age...

might Kurukulla fit the bill?
Oro, who reveled in leanan Sidhe today

Pele!! You might want to give Santo Domingo a try, too, but use lightly as it can be medium strong (of course, I'm a slatherer...) On me, Macchu Picchu and Pele are completely different, and ginger, it seems, is no friend of mine. I reccomend Leanan Sidhe, too, which is far underrated for florally goodness.

Oh. My. God.
If Rose Red is my perfect, lush, velvety, crimson black rose, and Eve is the womanly rose at summer's full bloom, then Silentium Amoris is the shy rose just blooming in the hidden corners of the world. It's like a violet peeping out from underneath a leaf, a sweet - but not high - scent that requires up close and personal attention.
Why oh why didn't I discover BPAL before it was discontinued?!
Maybe if I ...

I'm attending Mr Oro's interview at the US embassey in London on Tuesday, and am thinking of either Silentium Amoris or Antique Lace for me. What do you think? (Mr Oro shall be wearing Villain)

It'll be hard to find, but Graveyard Dirt is exactly, precisely that - dirt! Otherwise, Zombi, which is rose and dirt - in fact, it's like you've been gardening while wearing rose perfume...fantastic stuff. I know there's another one out there that's dirty, but I can't recall the name of it...

Oh, forgot about Aureus and Urd! Greed is good, too, without the muscadine of Urd.

Well, off the top of my head I'm thinking Magus, Incantation, and Cathedral. I love Titus Andronicus, but not so fond of Tzadikim Nistarim.
Hope that helps!

Scarecrow definitely reminds me of hay rather than grass, and Coyote has a lovely meadow/hay/prairie note to it as well. As for other grass oils, Ava Luxe has a dupe called Green Grass of Summer which is very, well, lawn-y.

Lemonish and sharp, like broken glass, but not sweet like Tempest. More like cleaning fluid (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). After drydown it goes to plastic on my skin, like a doll fresh out of it's box.
An imp I'll be trading, methinks.

Evil incarnate. Revel in your dark side with this romantically cruel scent. Contains red patchouli and vetivert.
Gah, even with a stuffy nose I can smell the vetiver. Patchouli too, I think?
Oh, gah, no. Smoky vetiver is just not for me, and that's pretty much all I can smell.

Anise-y! With a hint of mind. Reminds me of Xylocaine, sort of numbing...I'll have to try again to get more of a handle on it.

Patchouli with...stuff. Different from Urd, but I can't quite put my finger on it...ah, that muscadine note that can sometimes go really wrong on my is missing.
Not sure whether I'm going to get a bottle or not...

ohmahgah, soapy orange blossom...and now, a headache.
Drydown - jasmine!! And lemongrass? At least the soap is gone...
So, that would be a 'no', then.

Erm, Elmers Glue? When wet? I can smell some kind of sharp floral...after the initial drydown it smells dry and kind of grassy, a little bit like...hay.
And Elmer's Glue. :headscratch:
Later still this sweetens, like sweet pencil shavings?! It's just like that perfume, y'know the one...I'm thrown right back into my childhood, and I love, love, love this scent right now, I hope it stays.

First sniffs smell of alcohol, a bit soapy, a bit woody, dark green.
Upon drydown it becomes quite acquatic, but in a nice way, a green way, and becomes medium sweet with hints of 'high'ness. Nice, but I doubt I'll buy a big bottle.

Wet, lemony herbal, smells like cleaning fluid.
Drydown: Very very lemony, medium sweet, reminds me of something I used to smell or eat, mm. Thankfully the cleaning fluid aspect of it has gone away.
It's okay. I'm pondering getting another imp, but I don't think I'll buy a bottle.
