This is faint on me, but with a scent locket and generous application, I do like it. It's gingery, but not too sharp and overpowering (probably the milk toning it down), fresh and soft. A very lovely scent, though I'm not sure how often I'll reach for it.

Curiouser and curiouser. Milk and honey with rose, carnation and bergamot. Oh, Alice, she never disappoints me. When I can't decide what to go for in the morning, she always seems appropriate. It's a fresh scent for the hot days, but also spicy enough to serve up when it gets colder. On first applying, I get the girly smell that others comment on (the perfume makes me feel girly, it doesn't smell like little girls!), but then it softens and warms and ah! It's a womanly yet not sexy scent, but I love it. It's also the only scent with rose in that I can bear at the moment. I'm halfway through one 5ml, and have another on the way.

I have a cold at the moment, so this is a rather muted review, but I'll try my best. The florals are almost insignificant to my nose. In the bottle it's a dark and overwhelming scent - I felt it'd be rather overpowering on my skin. But, onto the skin, and it's not as scary as I thought. To begin with, the tobacco is quite strong (a little too much for me), but then it softened to let the chocolate, wine, balsam and honey through. This bottle is going to be a keeper for me (got it unsniffed) and it's definitely going to be an evening scent.

In the bottle, all I could smell was the distinctive Dragon's Blood scent. On the skin, the honeyed vanilla comes through, and drys down to a sort of otherworldly creaminess. Mmmmm. It has good lasting power on me as well, and I spend a lot of time sniffing my wrist while wearing it. This was from a bottle I bought from the forums, so I don't know how aged it is. I've also ordered a bottle direct from the lab, so will report here if I notice any difference.
