  1. I have brought BPAL 5mls on the plane with me and had no problems with the TSA, but if your collection is larger than the 1qt. baggie then you will definitely have a problem... and the TSA will not make an exception even if it's valuable. I would say carry the most valuable bottles in your baggie (make sure those caps are closed tightly!) and then ship the rest in a parcel to someone in HI. If you can't do that, check the suitcase but make sure to have a complete list of what's inside!

  2. In the decant this is WHOA PATCHOULI with some vanilla. The hemp and the patchouli are really strong and fibrous almost--very strong not necessarily in a dirty hippie way, but super earthy. Once applied to my skin, the hemp/patchouli combo calms down a bit, and on the dry down it's now this beautiful earthy, sweet vanilla. It's pure love as far as I am concerned! I wish, wish, wish this were available through the lab or Space 15/20 would sell more!

  3. waves hands wildly to get Puddin's attention!! I placed a soap order on Feb 26th, haven't heard anything yet and I emailed the trading post several days ago about it and still haven't heard anything back. :(

oh, order number is: CCNow Order Number: 187-82-8164

I just saw over on the soap thread in BPTP section that Snake Oil soap is backordered... so if you ordered that, Puddin' is waiting on a restock from Villainess.

  4. A smoky, sweet linen scent. The leather is more of an undertone than in other leather scents and I never get that distinctive leather tinge that I do with other blends (such as Tristran, which I tested last night). It's warm and comforting. The pipe smoke is almost vanilla-ish in its sweetness, but it is pleasant, not overly saccharine. No woods that I can discern.

  5. I should love this, but it just doesn't work. First, it burned when I applied it. In looking at the notes, there's nothing that red flags me--maybe it's the neroli but I just don't think so. Then, all I get is black musk baby powder, so I think that's the rose coming out. No vanilla, no teak, not patchouli. Sadness!

  6. A strawberry scent that finally doesn't go sickly sweet and Jolly Rancher on me! The florals keep this from getting sugary and the carnation adds a very faintly creamy floral undertone. Delicious! Bottle for sure!

  7. Sugary rose to a T in the bottle, on my skin my chemistry has given the rose a very slight sour powder smell, which is typical for rose scents on me. When layered with Faith it is less sour baby powder but still there. Very pretty, but not for me.

  8. The Land of Plenty, also called Luilekkerland – the Lazy, Luscious Land: milk and honey, sweet cakes and wine.

PuppetMistress is totally right! It smells like an oatmeal cookie! Superfoodie's dream... thick, sweet, rich date cakes with milk and honey. The cream is not sour, more light almost mixing perfectly with the batter. Super strong with a lot of throw. Yummy, but do I want to smell like oatmeal cookies?

  9. I get a weird orange-y skin musk from this and I think it is the champaca flower and the orchid. By the time the orange-ish note burns off, the skin musk is just so faint I can barely smell it. No vanilla or tonka. Tragic, because I was so excited for this blend!

  10. A distant whisper of pine, wet moss and dry leaves passing through vast halls and winding dungeons whose scent bears the memory of blood, faded splendor, imperial elegance and stunning violence.

Dragon's blood, but it has not gotten revoltingly sweet on me like Dragon's Milk and Dragon Moon did. Not sure why. There's a mossy dirt undertone that does remind me of a castle.
