  1. I loved this when I first sniffed it, and just had to get a bottle. Its dirt. Pure yummy dirt. :P

In fact, it reminds me of potting soil, or the smell of earth after youve dug a few feet down. As I first apply it, it smells wet, thick, and heavy...as it dries though, it gets more calm, and even smells 'dry.' Very nice. It doesnt last as long as Id want it to, but it doesnt disappear in 10 minutes either.

  2. Urd

This is nice. Grapes and Patchouli. The nag champa isnt as strong as Id like it to be, but it still makes this a nice, earthy scent. Quite simply, this smells good. :P

  3. This is a ‘dry’ scent...Wet, Im getting the orris and patchouli, and the musk is keeping it from being too floral. As it dries though, the floral is becoming more and more prominent. Which ruined it for me. This would probably smell better on a woman than on me.

  4. Mmm! This is herbal, and woody. Like when you chop firewood, you get that dry wood chip smell, but also the scent from green wood. I can totally see how this would be traditionally masculine. I think Im gonna have to keep this one. It wont be an everyday scent, but its nice.

  5. This is so nice. I can really see the mention of mother and child, as this is a very comforting scent...Very similar to mexican style rice pudding, or warm milk. I smell coconut, vanilla, and cream. Its nice, but a bit too feminine for me. Im glad I got this for my sweetie though, and I hope it smells as good on her as it does me. If so, I might just get addicted to sniffing her. :P

  6. Im actually getting florals, and not really honey per se, but there is a sweet pollen type scent that is going with it. As it dries though, Im getting a soft, sweet scent, very similar to the honey you can buy in farmer’s markets...Its really nice, but too feminine for me, so Im glad its going to my sweetie.

  7. I can smell the Earl Gray, and what seems to be a hint of citrus. No sign of the leather though. It’s a fresh, mellow smell...and this is what leads to the problem...Its too mellow. In fact, I put it on, and I have to bring my wrists to my nose to smell it. And its totally faded away after a few minutes. If it had staying power on me, I would adore it. Im sending it to my sweetie.

  8. I bought this for my sweetie but decided to give it a test. Very green and aquatic. Roses, lilies, and fountains in a garden but not the bad floral I’ve gotten from other oils. Its strong, and from a slight test from the cap my whole room smells good. As it dries, it gets a bit soapy, but certainly not in a bad way...just a nice clean scent. I can imagine that it would have a very calming effect on someone.

  9. I bought this for my sweetie, but decided to give it a shot before I sent it to her. Wow. If you like popcorn, youre going to love this. Its rich, buttery, sweet popcorn. And it lasts quite a while.

  10. Wow. This is a lot like Djinn, but far stronger. This doesnt have the herbal, peppery feel of Djinn, just pure fire and ash. And whooboy is it strong. I know I have to go easy when wearing it. It’s a strong, powerful smell, almost angry. But I like it. I think it’s a spceial occasion scent though, as opposed to everyday, which Djinn can be.

  11. Almond. Lots of buttery almond...you know you there are foods that are so rich you cant have but a couple of bites? Thats the way this is. Its too sweet and too almondy and I dont think I could take more than a sniff of this at a time.

  12. When I first put it on, it was strong. Something very sharp and almost metallic came through. But as it dried, it got a bit more mellow...

Its burnt, peppery, with what seems to be middle eastern spices or incense. Its a very masculine scent in my opinion, with a 'strong, powerful' air to it.

  13. Devilishly playful: white peach, amber, golden musk and patchouli.

Wet, and in the vial, it smelled like grape soda, or kool-aid. As it dries on me though, it’s the peach and patchouli that comes out. If fact, there are other, underlying notes...nothing that comes out strong, but enough to make this a familiar scent. It actually reminds me of my brothers apartment in hollywood. An odd cross between patchouli, and an incense he used to buy at Venice beach called Black Love. It brings back some great memories.
Is this something to wear often? No. But Ill keep it to help remember some wonderful times.

  14. When I put it on, I didnt get much of anything. It was muddled, to a point where I couldnt figure any note. It smelled somewhat spiced and musky, and thats it. No obvious patchouli, nor apricot. I wanted to like this one too. :P

  15. It smells like a cross between the cocoa scratch n sniff stickers I used to get back in like, 2nd grade, along with a touch of what seems like pencil shavings...So far, it isnt really all that great. After it dries, it mellows into cocoa and fig. Its ok, just not for me.

  16. It smells like salty moss, and what I think is the ambergris. I don’t get much mint though, aside from a cool, crisp ‘air’ to the scent. Its very calm, and smooth. In fact, its one of the few herbal/floral scents I’ve tried that actually work with me. Its one that I eventually want a 5ml of.

  17. Green! Astringent! It went on strong, and stayed that way for some time...as it dried, it got more herbal, and 'clean' smelling, and I did get a hint of what someone above called 'lime lollipops.' A good scent, but certainly not for me.

  18. Wow. Its a bitter scent, with the eucalyptus overpowering at first, but then the orange comes out...and it isnt a sweet orange...no, it reminds me of chewing the pith or peel...its a pungent orange, and those, mixed with the pine, make this a very strong scent. Strong, but doesnt seem to last longer than 10 minutes...

In short, its ok, but certainly not me.

  19. Incense. A very familiar scent too. I know Ive owned it, or smelled it somewhere before. This is a lighter scent, not at all sinister or darker, in fact, its somewhat powdery, but not in a bad way...it smells like the box your incense comes in...softer, mild...before you burn it. I really liked this.
