  1. Mmmm, I really love the smell of this one. First thought it that I thought it seemed a bit familiar, like Typhon, but after smelling Typhon again I can see I very mistaken. The first note that hits me is the almond/cherry scent. Then a smokier,

dirty scent comes out, I think that is bay rum. When I apply it to me it does burn, but not for long and the scent stays with me for quite awhile. So very nice and another scent that I adore, I have to agree with the above poster who cares if it's a guys fragrance.

  2. Yes, Sistinas...we can be in the support group together.  I placed an order two weeks ago and again today.

And even more scents next week...dear me, I need to get a job or my husband is going to take away my shopping priveleges!

*slaps self on the forehead* that's right, there will be more in another week. I am weak I tell you, weak. *Stands up and clears throat* "Hello, my name is Tina and I am a BPAL-aholic" :P

  3. I had emailed Nella to see if it was possible to add items on to my order. But is the update definitley tomorrow? Goes hunting on around on other threads for some sort of clue.

ETA: Yes I am a big dork. I just checked the annuncements and am drooling while I make a list. Defiintely need to get a big bottle of that June Gloom. It is too bright and shiny here. :P

  4. At first smell from the bottle i detect a lime scent, which i have no idea where that comes from. Once applied to my wrist it dries to a spicy warm scent.

After wearing it tonight at work, it was still going strong, but not overpowering. Typhon's ingredients are among my most favorite of scents and I personally

don't see it as just a masculine scent. To me it comes across as an earthy, warm and comforting scent. I am completely in love with it for myself and will

definitely be getting a bottle of it soon.

  5. This one is spicy and strong at first smell. I dabbed some on and at once I smelled civet, which I seem to havea love/hate relationship with. It is strong and almost offputting, and my first thoghts are ick, But as Satyr dried down, the civet mellowed out and I do believe I detected cloves, which I love. I like it enough to hold on to the imp, not sure if I would buy more of it, but I would love to test this out on a man.

  6. In the bottle it has a nice amber/floral scent to itit that I just adore. When I put it on my wrists the fragrance disappears almost instantly. I tried reapplying the oil several time and each time I get the same result, nothing in a matter of minutes.I really loved the smell of it in the bottle but I guess soft scents like this and Old Glasgow do not seem to last on me.

  7. Smelling it out of the vial I am reminded of a soapy type scent, but smelling it again, I am reminded more of red hot candies and am tempted to

take a taste since I love those things.

On my wrist, I smell the cinnamon and clove and it is a right in your face hot and spicy scent and I still am reminded of those candies, yum. About an hour later I have a hard time finding the scent onmy wrist.

  8. What can I say about Black Rose that the previous posters have not already written?

My first impression from the vial is that of a strong rose scent. As it dried on me, that same scent remained and I found it very appealing. It smelled rather nice

and sweet, but not too sweet. I think I am surprised at how much I do enjoy the smell of roses, but maybe it is the amber and musk that make this scent more

enjoyable for me, even though I do not really detect them. Black Rose remained true to scent and stayed with me throughout the entire day. I can see myself

ordering more of this, it is just lovely.

  9. I don't do well with this look and no touch thing.  I'm going crazy WANTING the new scents .............PLEASE soon!!!

I have lots of money saved.....I'm ready!!

I'm with lorajc, how soon can we order the new scents. There are some other scents, (ie Old Amsterdam, Old Dublin, Perversion) that I would love to try and are not listed on the site. Is there a scent description for Beltane? Uh oh I hear that little girl from Willy Wonka singing "i want it all" in my head. Hmm, maybe I had better go to work.

  10. Like so many other scents, Darkenss lives up to it's name. For me it brings to mind dark, somber and seriousness, well more like a "don't mess with me" type of seriousness.

Initial smell is smoky and for me it stays that way pretty much, but the smokiness does quiet down into something dark and as mentioned before rather sexy and strong. Mmmm.

  11. Okay, I must have a weird nose. My very first impression of Deimos out of vial was that of pink bazooka bubblegum. I have no idea where I got that idea from now that I am smelling it a few hours later.

I can detect the civet along with the orange and it makes for an intriguing combination. Definitely neither feminine or masculine. I think this would make a fine unisex scent. Unfortunately the scent does not seem to last long on me, but that is what reapplications are for :P

  12. Smelling it out of the vial, the lemon scent pops out at you. To me it was not a tangy lemon, but more of the sweeter version. Like smelling a big pitcher of fresh lemonade, very refreshing. After the drydown the scent pretty much remained the same. I really love this scent, it will be a wonderful pick me up durning the upcoming hot summer months.

  13. I wore this scent last night and so far it is the first scent that I have received any attention for.

From the vial, the scent is very floral and soft. But as I was dabbing it on my wrists all I could smell was Lemon, kind of like Lemon Pledge (which i like the smell of). I can see this as a unisex scent and didn't think it was overtly too feminine, but what do I know, I am a girl. I really liked this scent, definitely a keeper and I am gong to be needing more of it..

  14. Dammit, I had a thought of asking about whether or not I should use CCNow when I placed my order this morning. I remember Elizabeth complaining about them, but for some reason my brain did not think about emailing and asking if she would like me to paypal her instead. As far as shippijg costs go, I look at them as a necessary evil of online ordering. I order quite a few things online have just learn to accept the costs.

  15. I second, third, fourth (whatever the number it is up to now) the idea of adding insurance to cost of shipping. I just placed an order a little while ago, so I will be more than willing to paypal you the amount for the insurance. I just need one tiny detail, your paypal email account, maybe someone can share that with me since Elizabeth is going to be afk for today (I am assuming this because of her medical situation).

  16. I wore this scent last night and was amazed at how much I enjoyed it. If Elizabeth had not sent this to me as an extra I doubt I would have ever ordered it and it would have been my loss. Opening the vial you smell the apricot foremost. After a bit you smell the clove (i was thinking it might be honey). The spice brings something to the fruit smell to make it more than just another fruity smell imo. This is a nice scent to have for the upcoming warmer months.

  17. Thought I would let you know that the delivery confirmatin worked with my shipment. I got an email monday, but it did not say who was shipping and I hoped it would be from you. I kept checking the tracking number and it never really shared any info until today when it said that the package had arrived in Las Vegas. Wonder of wonders, it was your package and I am sooo excited. Thank you so much for the imp ears that you sent along also. :P
