I love roses, so I was pretty sure I was going to love this. Boy, was I right! Pure rose. Nothing else. It is so fabulous! As soon as I have money again, I'm buying a big bottle of it!

Could anything smell more heavenly? It makes me feel beautiful! It's sweet and floral without being cloying. The perfect spring/summer transition scent. Definitely a bigger bottle in my future...

Really apple and woodsy. So good! I did get a boozy sort of smell initially, but that died down really quickly to that fabulous apple smell. This is a great scent! (I'm such an apple fan too...)

The coconut really stood out on me, but I definitely get hints of chocolatey mint. I love this and I'm sad that I didn't get here soon enough to buy a whole bottle. A nice scent for a pick-me-up. It really fits my mood today.

It smelled very strange to me in the bottle, but the minute I put it on, I got a really lemony smell. It was nice, but very unusual. After about an hour, I started to smell hints of pepper and a really strong cedar. I don't think this works well with my body chemistry, but I could see how it would be great on a guy...

This was smokey in the vial. In fact, it was so smokey, I felt a little sick to my stomach. I was convinced that I was going to hate this. Then I put it on and it went almost immediately into ROSES. Not just a hint of rose smell, but full-on, heady rose. It was amazing. I love this, but it definitely takes some getting used to.

I love this. It was definitely flowery when I first put it on, but a hint of the musk seemed to come out after awhile. Now, after wearing it all day, I keep getting a hint of the musk and more vanilla. It's a very sensual smelling blend to me. The other thing that I really like is that it's lasting -- I've had it on all day and I keep getting really pleasant whiffs of it. Fantastic!

I thought I'd bump this back up because of The Living Flame labels. I was wondering if there were any other LE that had different labels... And now I know!

I love this scent. I didn't think I would, as it smelled *too* floral-y in the bottle for me. However, that little hint of green tea really makes a difference. It's very fresh and clean smelling. Definite thumbs up for me!

Hi! I hate to be a pain, but how long should I wait before e-mailing the lab about a possible lost package? I got a CnS on 3/29 for shipment on 3/30. Here it is almost 6 days later and I haven't seen the package yet. Priority Mail is supposed to deliever within 5 days, right? I figure I should probably at least wait until the end of the week, but I wasn't sure and thought I'd ask for some advice. Thanks, guys! You're all fabulous!

This is very sweet, but when I put it on, I got a really strong musky/incense type of scent. It's not bad, it's just slightly disconcerting, since in the bottle all I smelled was really sweet fruit. This isn't a "to-die-for" scent for me, but it is really interesting. It gives me a new appreciation for BPAL scents -- they're so complex!

I got an imp of this from kimmer and I feel supremely lucky! This is heavenly. It's warm and buttery and cinnamon-y and just yummy. I keep wanting to lick myself. It did start off as more of a sugar cookie smell, but it ended up as more of a snickerdoodle. No complaints here. It's fantabulous!

I like florals, so I thought I would really like this. Actually, it's nice, but I'm not overwhelmed and I'm a little bit sad about this. It could be because all the flower notes in this blend so well together and I'm used to Beth's blends having stand-out notes. (I kept sniffing it in the bottle and it didn't smell like anything to me!) It's nice, but it smells generic to me. (I really hate to say that, but I can't think of a better term for it.) As scents go, this is nice, but nothing spectacular on me. But, as I said, the weakest of Beth's blends are still 20 million times better than any other perfume on the market. I'm also aware that, since so many others have liked it, it may just be my whacky chemistry!

I have spent a good part of the day wanting to lick myself because of this scent. It smells like sugary almonds. I love it! I cannot emphasize enough how much I love this. Yummy!

Question... Are the limited edition bottles different from the regular 5ml bottles? I just ordered my first LE today, but I'm dying of curiosity.

I definitely smelled the cedar when I first put it on this morning. I was a little concerned that it would be a little funky as a perfume and might be better used as a room scent. I was wrong. After a bit, it calmed down and was a very nice woodsy scent -- verging on sweet. I'm bummed, though, because after about an hour, it was all gone. It was replaced by a tiny hint of sweetness left over. Overall, nice, but I'm not freaking out as I have done over other scents. Edited for spelling errors!

I love florals, so I was pretty sure I was going to like this. It is really beautiful and sultry! (I can't believe that I can describe a scent as sultry, but it really is!) You can almost feel the heat of a summer's day when you wear this. It makes me feel really feminine and sexy. It's not for the faint of heart, though, as it is a VERY strong floral. I can really smell that jasmine. Fantastic!

Um, well... It's funny because it might only be an allergy to Nutella. Problem is, I've never been allergic to chocolate, so we kind of just assumed that it was the hazelnuts in in it. I've avoided them ever since and I've never had a problem. So, I guess it was an eating allergy, not so much a contact allergy...

Question about Gluttony... I would assume from the description that there is hazelnut oil in it. However, I'm pretty damn sure that I have an allergy to hazelnuts (not life threatening, just annoying as I break out into hives). Do you think the oil would cause me to have the same reaction? Just a random question... Wasn't sure if someone else had a similar experience.

Woah. I definitely smelled the eucalyptus and mint in the bottle. I was not sure about it when I put it on, but I wanted to give it a chance. It was very strong when I first had it on, but it toned down a bit after wearing for awhile. However, soon it had turned into the dirty diaper smell that other people have described, but I had yet to experience it until today. Sadly, I think this one's going into the swap pile. It did tone down into a floral scent at the very end of the day. V. Strange.

Another smell that I fell in love with almost instantly... I agree with everyone else. It is a very Christmas-y scent. However, I think it would be fabulous to wear year-round, but especially in the winter. It was very spicy and warm and comforting. I don't think I've ever smelled a perfume that made me have such a sense memory like this one did. Amazing, amazing!

I put this on last night and was immediately pleased with the sweet scent, but I found the floral tones to be a little cloying. (May just be my chemistry.) It lasted quite a while, but went powdery on me after not too long. I'll use up the imp, but I don't think I'll buy more.

Love, love, love, love, love. The minute I put this on this morning, I fell in love. I'm not usually a cherry person (I really hate cherry flavoring), but this isn't a fake cherry scent. It's very much a fresh cherry scent. I really like florals, and this has that too, but something about the combination of the two together makes it smell heavenly. This is going on my "Big bottle to buy" list!
