I am totally amazed. This scent is absolutely beautiful. Didn't give it much hope when I scanned it's description. Cloves. I hate cloves. And yet, this lovely stuff is heady, fruity and most of all, on me anyway, cinnamon-y. This was a frimp in my last order and one I never, ever would have looked at twice to try. Thank you so much Lab! I am totally amazed.

Scored myself an Imp of Lydia today. Is it a discontinued scent? It must be pretty rare, because I've had absolutely no luck in finding out what's in it after searching the Forums and the Lab site itself and seeing no mention of it. Haven't had a chance to try it yet, and it does smell lovely in the vial, but reading the poetic description behind it is half the fun. Can someone help?

WOW, suprising. Didn't expect it to turn into something so completely different. In the vial and wet on, yep, almond and cherry. At this point, I'm thinking, "OK, don't think so - not sure I want to smell like marzipan". Then just as I'd just about written it off, ... amazing... it changed into a lovely musky, sexy something, with no hint of almond or cherry about it at all. It stayed this way for quite a few hours longer. Love it. It's going on the "get it" list. ps. Noticed Seraglio has the same almondy thing going on, but I like BP better!

Two, Five and Seven sounded soooo nice and in the vial it was just beautiful. Five minutes are putting it one, I was loving it. Lovely roses! And then ..... I started to get an over-welming scent of wine. Sour wine. I could still smell the rose scent trying to fight it's way through, but that wine-ishness was just knocking it out of the way! Rose usually goes strong and soapy on me, so I was surprised it didn't fight back a little harder. Finally had to wash it off when the Boss asked if I'd had a drink with lunch.

I love this perfume so much, but it just absolutely won't stay on me. Half an hour and it's gone. Can anyone suggest anything in BPAL-land that's similar?
