    Kabuki

I got an imp of this as an extra in a swap, and it hadn't make my wishlist yet. In the vial, this is very fruity and sweet, and it stays that way on my skin for about half an hour, then the anise and musk come out to temper it and make it spicy. On me, this is a sexy, full-bodied kind of scent, the sort of thing I'd hoped Bordello would be, and it lasts all day, though after the first hour it doesn't have much throw. I've got a 5 ml on its way to me now.

    Envy

In the bottle: kind of medicinal. On me: immediately, still a bit medicinal. After awhile: Wow! I love this. This is what I want my whole house to smell like. It's green, fresh, herbal, minty, fabulous. I think I'll have to use some of this in a burner in my bathroom for a real spa-feel. But I think a bottle of this will have to be my summer scent, because it's light and cooling and refreshing. I can't stop smelling my wrist. Not overshelmingly girly. A guy could get away with wearing this.

    Seraphim

On me this is very strong, and almost all incense and sandalwood. The florals receded almost immediately and the green note pushed right into the background. This one is a bit too strong on me, still just as strong as when applied two hours ago.
  4. BitObsessive

    Bordello

In the vial: bright and berry-bubbly On me: tones down almost immediately to a sweet, smooth tone. After an hour or so I can just catch a hint of the amaretto.
  5. BitObsessive

    Seraglio

First sniff: almondy, sweet, spicy On me: I've only worn it briefly, but the sandalwood and spices come out more on me than anything else. It's very sexy and subtle. I kept sniffing my wrist to smell it again. Just the right thing to dab on in spots where you want to be kissed.

    Cheshire Cat

In the bottle: sweet and citrussy. On: Tart and clean. Later: mellows down to the more floral, musky scent. I like it, but I'm not sure it will win out against others. On me it mellows very quickly, within an hour of applying.

    Dana O'Shee

Dana O'Shee smells of Snowcake to me too. Honey with a touch of spice and green. Love it.

Four new scents coming soon, and a small update.

Oh, thank you so much! My sister's gift might still make it to her on time now. Plus, I'm having a wicked bad day. Hubby is sick, waiting to hear about an offer on a house, and I got my whole office sick with food poisoning from leftovers from my niece's birthday party.

I need help with a database.

We use FileMaker Pro at work for our databases, but we're Mac-based. We use it for keeping track of writers and reviewers to make sure we don't hassle people who are going overseas for the summer or produced crap the last time we gave them work.
