In the bottle: Pumpkin and almond! Wow! I don't really like the smell of almonds, but this smells yummy! On the skin: No more pumpkin. *sigh* Now it smells slightly like..... cherries? What?? Almond cherries?? This is very strange. Dry down.... musky cherries? This doesn't seem right. Fades pretty quickly on me. Overall: Interestingly good, but I am not sure if it is my thing...

Whoa! On my skin, this smells like orange honey..... I don't see any honey listed in the notes though!! Wow! There is no throw to this scent whatsoever, but up close it smells so yummy! '09 Version: This one is all orange and citrus! I don't get any smooth honey in this one.

Let's see... I would suggest: Snake Oil Shub-Niggurath Bordello! (sweet yummy goodness!) Phantom Queen (good floral one to start out with-black orchid!!) I Died for Beauty Bengal (vanilla chai!)

I tried this one on at DD, and I remember it being more..... floral and lovely! I just received a decant of the original Emathides, and it just doesn't smell as lovely as I remember. On my skin: Amber, cedar, and a small hint of floral. This scent is quite faint and doesn't last very long. Ah, well....

I love the idea behind this one! It brings me back to the time I studied in Italy. I always found it interesting that the mystery genre in Italy was called Yellow..... Anyways... On the skin: This scent is perfumey and lovely. I think I can mostly smell orange blossom. Quite nice, but I am not sure if it is me.

On the skin: Can't actually smell any mint..... Mostly getting red currant, possibly thyme, and some of the other florals. Pleasant, but not my kind of thing.

Wow! On my skin, this smells like the boysenberry jam that is sitting in my fridge. Strange, must be the currants? There is also something.... that is threatening to go a little smokey sour? Maybe the mushroom or myrrh. Overall, pretty good, but the smokey something or other doesn't agree with me entirely.

CCCXL Oh, my! May this bottle never leave my sight!! On me, this smells like a love child between Velvet Nudie and Dorian!! From Dorian, I am getting a light tea scent which is in the background of the lovely lemon sugar tart scent I get from Velvet Nudie! Of course, there may be skin musk in it (I think this is where I get the lemon smell from Velvet Nudie), but there is also actual lemon in here! This isn't a sour or candy lemon though. It smells like yummy lemon tart/pudding! So nice, comforting and yummy!

In the bottle: yep, that is definitely vanilla ice cream!! On the skin: It immediately becomes a vanilla that is threatening to turn plasticky. It isn't there yet, but close.... Drying down, I am getting a sweet vanilla cream. Similar to Antique Lace, but more..... creamy. It doesn't remind me of ice cream anymore though. Now it is a more perfumey vanilla. Very strange. Light blend with little throw. I am not sure if this is a blend for me. I love the name, but I may have to swap it away...

Mmmmm! Cinnamony? Spicy! Yum!! Smells the same from the decant to the skin. This one reminds me of Christmas. I think there might also be something like............. cranberries? Pretty good actually!

In the imp: vanilla buttercream goodness! Wow! On the skin: Whoa! This is the first vanilla that I have encountered that has turned to plastic on me. It now smells like buttery vanillaish plastic. Strong on the plastic. Ick.

Wow! Oh me this is a leather and piney scent. It is so manly!! I will have to try this on the SO, but this is definitely manly and sexy!

This one starts out incredibly awesome! Banana Cream pie!! Mmmmmmmmmmm! After ten minutes though, the banana cream pie scent is gone. All that is left, is a strange metallic scent. *sigh* This started out so good.

I don't normally like poppy or patchouli, but here goes..... Ooooh! I like white musk! This reminds me of White Phoenix. Wow, almost exactly like White Phoenix! The white musk is nice and calming. I really like this blend...

On me this is cedar. Smells like a man's cologne. Dry down is less cedar, more smooth. Pretty nice actually! Would be perfect on the right man.

This one is a crazy morpher! At first it reminds me of Reeses. Awesome peanut butter and chocolate. Later, both chocolate and peanut butter disappear and now I am smelling jelly. Must be the grenadine. Scent only lasts an hour or so.

Mmmmmmm! Now I really want an Egg Nog Latte!! This scent doesn't change much from the bottle to the skin for me. It smells wonderful, but sadly I would rather be drinking it than wearing it...

Eeeek! In the bottle this is a nice aquatic scent, but the moment it hits my skin.... hello, soap! This scent has a blue green feel, and in the bottle I believe I can smell cactus (though I have definitely forgotten what they actually smell like....) Overall, I wish that this scent had played nicer on my skin.

I am afraid that I can't do dragon's blood and this definitely smells like pure dragon's blood on me. Right from the start it is a soapy floral smell, and that never changes. Not my thing at all.

This blend stayed the same for me from the bottle to the skin. It smelled almost exactly like lime Skittles. Not bad, but definitely not my kind of scent. -ETA- Years later this still smells like lime Skittles! Tasty, but not for me!

In the bottle: A very pleasant, Victorian-feeling perfume. Definitely some floral, possibly violets? Maybe a hint of roses? There is something else in here, as it is not entirely floral. Very lovely and sophisticated! On the skin: Mmmmm, becomes a bit sweeter! It does not have too much of a throw or is overpowering like florals can be. Instead, it is nice and sweet. Definitely an "I feel pretty" blend.

Wow! I just tried this scent at Cobwebs, and it just breaks my heart! On my skin, this is the perfect lily scent. It is perfect, sweet, white lilies with no greeness whatsoever. This scent is truly wonderful for my floral loving self, and I wish I could snatch up at least 3 bottles of it!! Also, as of now I can still smell it, even though I dabbed it on around.... 5 hours or so ago.

Shimmering offerings of gold scattered through life-giving, fertile waters. On the skin: Wow, nice, sweet cologne. Not bad at all! Definitely getting mostly perfumey aquatics. Don't smell any hint of metallic gold. On my skin, this scent does not morph one bit, but only fades away slowly. This one is the perfect scent for a watery goddess. The only problem here is that I identify more with fiery/earthy scents. Ah, well. It shall find a good home!

In the bottle: Wow! A high sweetness. Bit fruity. On the skin: Whoa, what ever fruit is in here is just about the only thing I can smell. Plum? Maybe a tiny bit of florals as well. Overall: Not really my thing sadly. Very nice though. -ETA- Definitely fruity. I still want to say plum. There is a bit of a musky/incense quality to this as well. Not getting much spice at all. This is actually kind of a light scent on me. Still, not a scent for me.
