  1. This will be so lovely in the fall. Possibly in my oil burner. I'm not sure this is a good skin scent for me, it gave me burning tinglies, but it IS lovely. Spicy, playful and reminiscent of fall, I think this is a winner. I will bump out some other fall favorites for this one....mm, the brown sugar and sassafras were amped on me (though I think I blame the clove for the burning) and it was a lovely combination when the plum got playful. 3/5

  2. WOW! I liked this way more than I thought I would because I amp sweet pea like it's my job. I didn't get any hints of overly sugared rose or candyfloss but I do get a nice whiff of the vanilla and lemon and my, this is a sweet, fun scent. I don't know if I would wear it to work, but it's a great summer scent and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not usually a foodie-sweet wearer and I might just dab this on during the weekends. 4/5

  3. Ech, this did not work. I was hoping for any little bit of coconut or red currant. They are two of my favorite scents. I didn't even get any lemon sugar. All I got was Apricot and vetiver battling it out in a death match of 'meh'. The vetiver won and I was disappointed. 1/5, I will not be wearing this one.

  4. At first, this one does not sit well on me. While wet it's all sugar and ambergris on my skin, but at drydown the chamomile comes out and mellows the whole thing down a few notches. It then turns very faint on my skin and I found it pleasant, but not something I'd want to wear very often. Not my favorite of the set, but still lovely in it's own way. I'm a chamomile junkie and I just wish it would have amped up more and given me the best of that scent. I give it a 3/5.

  5. This was sexy. It started out musky and then the vanilla and tonka kicked it up a notch and the cardamom came out to play .It went from a bit 'meh' to absolutely gorgeous in about 5 minutes. Probably the most wearable out of the set and I will definitely wear it. Again, maybe not bottleworthy, but one imp is not enough! 5/5

  6. I was graciously BPAL Santa'd this by Stellans....and omg...love.

In the vial it's very floral and when I apply it, I get lemony/lavender and a lovely light floral throw. It's not very strong and I get it in whiffs...but holy cow...lovely.

I almost smell a little bit of 'bats' themselves, but maybe it's me...I believe it's the lemon and sage playing together. Lovely, and feeling very lucky to try this.

    Divine! 4.5/5!

  7. I was frimped this a while ago from Dark Alice and I haven't gotten around to reviewing it though I've worn it a few times...

In the bottle: Sea-of-Glassy with more Ozone and a hint of amber

Wet: Cologney ozone with the salty glass feeling

Dry: Amber and ozone and a hint of salt and quite lovely actually. I test drove it on my husband as well, but liked it better on me. Awesome scent and really enjoy it! 4/5

  8. 2009 Version

In the bottle: more floral and snowy

On Wet: Almonds, flowers, ozone and strangely...coconut...

Dry: Very floral-almondy with a twist of vanilla and coconut...mmm...deliciously light yet noticeable throw and strangely, almonds have never smelled so good!

  9. Um. Awesome. Soft on my skin with a femininity but not overly perfumey. I like it quite a bit though it backs off in drydown and I can't get much throw...but it's definitely bottleworthy...oooh

In Imp: wet floral, white musks

Wet: sweet but soft floral, and warmer than cold

Dry: lovely and soft and lingering but not a huge throw.

    Verdict: yes please 5/5

  10. I get some weird vibes from this. I'm definitely getting crisp, fresh cut sour green apples and chilly mint and then it all goes to hell and I get this powdery 'pre-teen' perfume scent that gave me one hum-dinger of a headache. Fresh on it was deliciously crisp, cold and apple-y but dry down failed me miserably. Powder and apples...noooo thanks.

    1.5/5 for headache inducing properties.

  11. In the bottle: 'Hippie Shop'. Very patchouli.

On skin: Like dry woods and patchouli and a hint of cinnamon and herbs. Very intense, very good throw and staying power.

Definitely a warm, 'rustic' scent that would be awesome for fall! Not my typical scent but a 3.5/5 no less.

  12. Holy cow! Lovely smelling, but the imp I have is amaretto-tastic. Smokey, barhouse amaretto, and lovely, but still super almondy. It makes me want a mixed drink. Lovely, but not for me.

  13. Ok in the bottle this smells lovely, if not a little too floral for me...I like the herbs and citrus.

On my skin it's great at first, dewy and fresh...

and on the drydown I have to look around and see if someone invited an armada of 'grandmothers' over to play bridge. Overpoweringly old fashioned floral. There's a yellow flower in there going totally wonky on my skin.

It gets worse and worse, acrid even. Eugh.

    SO disappointed:( 1/5

  14. Pumpkin with benzoin, bourbon vanilla, lemon peel, neroli, blood orange, and red ginger.

Ok I'm no foodie but...nom nom nom. Smells like a pumpkin roll to me. Buttery, spicy and pumpkin-licious. Sadly, I would never wear it but it'd be great in the burner and my husband looks hungry...mmm great scent. 3/5

  15. I love this in the vial, springtime and aquatic with some nice herbal tones.

The scents fight a bit on my skin, I can't really say they meld super-great together but I like them nonetheless. A good summertime/relaxing/cheerful scent and one I will hold onto the imp of for when the mood hits. Might be fabulous in the oil burner.

    3/5

  16. Hello Baby Powder and Luv's Baby Soft! Sadly, reminds me too much of stuff I'd rather not smell like. I still love the description but the drydown on this is killer. It smells a whole lot like baby powder, not a bad thing, but not something I'd wear out and about really...2.5/5

  17. It reminds me of something familiar but I'm not sure what, unfortunately it goes all powdery amber on me:( It also reminds my husband of Skin So Soft or "bugspray"...

    ACK.

All I get is amber now...I'm missing the grass and mallow:(

    1.5/5

  18. Hmm...a little let down...

In the imp it's wonderful, like a salty spray off the ocean...but on my skin it gets VERY intense and kicks my ass about for a few minutes with the water/ozone notes fist fighting for dominance. What I'm left with reminds me of dead sea salts and men's cologne. Not unpleasant, but I think I'd rather use this in the bathtub...or on the husband.

Very sad another ozone bites the dust. Still my favorite note, but not this one...2/5 I am safe from bottle lust.

  19. When it's on wet and fresh I love it, the cherry gives it a little zing in all of the floral...but dry it turns a bit bitter on me (the way roses do) and thankfully it doesn't soap up due to the lilies. Still lovely, but a bit bummed on the drydown and aging on me...meh...would be lovely in a scent locket...perfectly floral, love the drop of cherry...hate the bitter ending on me:(

    2.5/5

  20. Whatever it is, this smells like heaven to me (maybe because I'm a Cancer?). I think it's the chamomile though. Soft, slightly herbal, a little watery and calming and crisp. Soft and flowing. I LOVE this. Must have bottle! 5/5!

Edit: Have a bottle now, absolutely love it. Perfect for summer wear...sooo soft with enough of an edge to it to be noticed but not to be cloying or overly perfumey. This is pure win!

  21. In the imp it smells a little bad to me, almost a sharp sweet note, but on my skin I get pure warmed cider and smoke and trees and love it...however...it BURNS! Like...ow...when I put it on. Hasn't really stopped me, because it goes away in about 5-10 minutes, but it does hurt. I think it's destined for the oil diffuser, but I do love the fall/winter cidery scent very, very much. I give it a 3.5/5 only because it hurts, it'd get a 4.5 otherwise!

Great scent, sadly skin irritating, would be excellent in the diffuser instead though.

  22. First off...I LOVE this. Love love love. But...I don't get much of what's in the description! Roll-ups, mildewed raincoat, sweet tea, and condensed milk...yeah...sure...I get coconut, sand and a milky ocean wave. So...sometimes similar, but this almost smells a little like suntan lotion (very good suntan lotion) on me. I don't get much tobacco, I think what I do get is adding to the 'suntan' effect. Either way, I love it. It's not masculine AT ALL on me, it's light and sweetly creamy with a hint of the ocean. Weird, I know.

In the vial it smells like sweet milk and tea, on my skin wet...it's all sweet coconut and ocean waves, and as it dries and mellows I get a faintly rolling sea of condensed milk with coconut notes. I don't care if there's no coconut in here! It smells like it on me, and I like it:P

    Anyway, 4.5/5...hello big bottle!

  23. Oh ho ho, color me surprised. I love this! This totally reminds me of something I can't place from childhood. Sweet, oceanic, crisp and clean...this is a great aquatic! I think I'm going to give ambergris a chance.

Not sure about as a perfume, but I might scent some shampoo with this bad boy. Interesting, nice throw and a ticklish combination! My nose is loving this!

Sad Edit: Ok, the ambergris went wonky and this turned ugly FAST! *CRIES* 2/5
