    Bastet's Laughter

I have used Bastet's Laughter both with red, yellow, and orange candles and in an oil burner. The scent is pervasive around the house when burned/heated, but in the best possible way. In the bottle, it smells very sweet, but when it is permeating your living space it becomes a gentle presence. It actually makes me think of the beginning of a belly laugh. I know that sounds weird, but it really does...there was this quiet moment when my two heathens were babies where they'd start to ripple or shake themselves into a belly laugh, and this scent brings that same quiet happy feel to the house. We recently moved into a bigger place and I burned this to try to help the transition, and I couldn't be happier with the oil. Well done, Beth!

    White Light

I am impressed with all the oils I ordered from Twilight Alchemy Lab...the quality is exceptional. White Light is the only blend I ordered to put on your person, however, and it really is amazing. It is spicier than I expected and has a floral component I didn't anticipate upon simply sniffing either. I normally don't gravitate toward florals, but this blend is just phenomenal at not embodying any of its separate notes at all...it's just calm, peaceful, quiet joy. I always think of sitting on a porch after a big rain storm when I put it on, and it more than exceeds my expectations as a magical tool.

    Cairo

Cairo smells like the color gold to me. And also like oils used for sacraments from my Catholic childhood, oddly. But, um...much sexier. I can smell honey and wine and incense. Overall, I really like this scent, I'm just not sure it smells like Me. I don't know if I carry it off! The balance between sweetness and dark incense is superb, though.
