I guess my real issue is that I don't want to bug Beth unnecessarily and add to the stress of things going astray, but I also don't want to make the mistake of not saying anything, because then how will anyone at BPAL know that my package didn't make it?  That's what happened with my order that's outstanding now ... I assumed that Beth et al were receiving confirmations of some sort, so I didn't report the package as missing until really late.  In retrospect that was dumb of me, but agh. 

 

*sigh*

i ordered my package february 7 and kept waiting to tell beth that it hadn't arrived. after the two month mark hit i decided an e-mail and a pm was in order and she said she'd try something else b/c all the other canadian orders had made it to their destinations except for mine.

i'm still waiting for my feb 7th order...

I just found out that Brian reshipped some errant international packages yesterday: some are new orders, some are reshipments, some are going out for the third time, some simply because it's been almost a month and they haven't arrived at their destination. Some of you may be lucky enough to end up with three duplicate packages. =P

 

I will make a public post regarding who specifically went out when I get in tonight just so there's no confusion.

i wonder if you had to re-re-send mine? i still haven't received the first re-shipment that you sent out three weeks ago, i think it was (original order date 2/7) i wish the post office would give you/us a break, as much as it frustrates us as customers, i can only imagine how much it pains you to have to listen to us whine then have to work three times as hard.

that is a good idea. it would make the process a little more self serve and give beth a break

although it's not on your list, for me it's swank. when i put that on i turn into my loungey alter ego. troubles vanish and i'm ready for fun and a glass or two of good wine

i'd rather sign for the parcels too. at this point i have no idea where my order is - i'm assuming it's still stuck at canadian customs or something. it's just a signature, i'd much rather that than not have my oils at all.

elizabeth: do whatever you see fit to do about this whole mail situation - i think all of us here will be happy with whatever route you choose if it means our packages get to us in better time.

i haven't received my order from 2/7 yet either. i know elizabeth had re-sent it. just wondering if it is lost, stuck at customs or what!

don't be so confused! as you probably know there's been so many problems with the mail lately, i'm still waiting on an order from feb 7th - i expect it to come next week now since beth informed us that the mail police are being extremely cautious about things going across the borders lately don't worry - it'll show up!
