    Can melty things be shipped to you, or will they be in puddles by the time you open the package? oh yes, melting shouldn't be a problem anymore.
     
    Who likes pirates? I Pirates! My favourite pirate is Blackbeard.
     
    What are your feelings about Dia De Los Muertos? I don't know as much about it as I would like, but from what I do know it's an awesome holiday and it's up there in my favourites.
     
    What do you think about the Nightmare Before Christmas? It's one of my favourite movies. I watch it regularly. Skeleton Jack is wonderful!
     
    If candy is sent, would you prefer small amounts to a Halloween sized bag? depends on what kind of candy it is. I love mini peanut butter cups, a bag of those would be okay. halloween peeps (I love the ghosts!) in large quantities would be alright. but for really good candy like truffles or caramels or bars of Scharffen Berger (just an example) dark chocolate, a little goes a long way for me.
     
    Do you like floral bath soaps, shower gels, etc? I like florals in general. but I cannot use shower gels or body washes, they all give me a rash.
     
    How do y'all feel about honey and maple? And different flavored honey, not just the standard kind? I don't like maple, and I really prefer plain honey.
     
    How do you feel about trinkets? depends on the trinket. if it's a subject matter I like or if it's really unique or handmade or one of a kind... those are all good things.
     
    What is your favorite thing to do on a cool fall day? drink coffee or tea, find some sunshine, go for a walk, read a good book...
     
    Do you like Mystery Science Theater 3000? Have you tried out (and if not, would you be interested in doing so) its weird little brother, RiffTrax? I used to enjoy the original MST3K... but that was a long time ago and haven't had any interest in it since then

    What is everyone's "luck" item? I don't have a luck item. I have awful luck. I could probably use a good luck charm of a sort.

    Stance on Joss Whedon and his enterprises? the first 2 or 3 seasons of Buffy were good, then I started to dislike all the "end of the world/armageddon" crap that seemed to infuse everything... I never even tried to watch Angel. Firefly was made of awesome! I love Firefly (see previous question about resurrected tv shows)
     
    Has anyone tried ice wine before? Do/did they enjoy it? I've never even heard of ice wine before this, so I've never tried it
     
    What other perfume companies (besides bpal) have you been curious about? none. I have enough problems with my BPAL obsession. I've gotten sample of various others before but haven't liked any of them and just pass them on to others.

    What do you think of Irrelevant Disturbing and Surreal Crawdad Dream? Love it? Hate it? Kicking yourself for not getting a bottle? I wasn't able to order it when it was live, even though I wanted to (it sounds lovely!)... I was supposed to be getting a bottle from a friend who did order and didn't like it, but she's not sent it to me yet

    Do you expect/rely on other people to plans birthday outings and activities? Absolutely not. I've learned that the key to not being disappointed on my birthday is to have very low expectations. I don't go out on my birthday. Even this past one when one of my coworkers (who has the same birthday) was going out and a large group of work people were supposed to be going, I didn't go. Every time I try to go out on my birthday it ends up with me in a bar drinking by myself. The only thing I expect on my birthday is a phone call from my mother.
     
    What’s your ringtone? I've got 5 custom ringtones on my iPhone right now. They're all in use for various things. New Slang is my general ringtone and the others are specific to various people.

    What's your favorite animal? I like cats. Big ones. Like tigers and panthers. I also like polar bears and penguins. I like them a lot. Birds are really good too. Especially the big ones and the brightly coloured ones. I'm also rather fond of bats.
     
    What one (or two, if you really must) BPAL bottles are you most longing for? I would really love another bottle of Hellhound. More time appropriate, I would love a bottle of Aunt Caroline's Joy Mojo and a bottle of Hell's Belle. I know they're general catalogue and I could order them at any time, and that's probably why I just don't. Most of my BPAL budget goes to Current LE's and Lunacies that I want when they're up, and old LE's/Lunacies that I want and/or love when they're available on the forum. But those are probably my 2 favourite GC blends and I usually only have a very small amount of them at any given time.
     
    If you could have dinner/drinks/coffee with any 3 living people that are not your family/friends already, who would they be? Bill Maher, Tom Robbins, and Jensen Ackles (because he's sooo hot!) I'm sure Bill would keep the conversation alive, Tom was really great when I met him at a reading/book signing several years ago and I would love to talk with him again, and Jensen Ackles will be there for the purdy (not that I wouldn't enjoy talking to him, too... but Bill tends to dominate with talking).
     
    If you could bring back any TV show from cancellation what would it be? I can only pick one? Seriously? I'd have to flip a coin to choose between Veronica Mars and Firefly (and that would have to be a pre-Serenity Firefly
    because otherwise I probably won't watch). *sigh* I really miss Gilmore/Mars Tuesdays.
     
    I wonder if my witchee would like a blanket type thing. Would you? I love fleece throws! but they have to be plain edged, no fringe of any sort, my cat will eat them. Literally.
     
    What's your favorite "I know it's bad for me but I can't help myself" treat? kettle cooked potato chips, ohsogood!
     
    Very important question: Are you planning on buying anything off your BPAL and/or other wishlists during the round? If there is something on my wishlist that I'm able to swap for or purchase at reasonable cost, I probably won't pass it up. Most of my wishlist is likely to be outside the realm of my Witch (although I did just add a selection of GC Imps I want to try) I don't expect any bottles or rares and anything on my wishlist I'm likely to like and am not likely to be upset by having more of it. I am actually going to compile a larger list of BPAL I've tested or sniffed that I know I don't like, so pretty much anything that isn't on that list (and isn't vanilla or lavender) I mind being able to test and if I've already tested it and it isn't on that list it means I don't hate it. I really hope that made sense. It's been a long hard day and I've not been sleeping well.
     
    Do you wear a watch? If so, what kind/style? No. I used to wear Disney watches (nice one's with leather bands, not the kiddie style big plastic ones) but I haven't worn a watch in years. I always have my iPhone with me, and I use that for time knowing.
     
    How do you feel about having a donation made in your name to something?If you like that idea, what types of organizations/groups would you want the donation to go to? Yes, that sounds awesome! Animal rescue or fine arts organizations would be preferred, but any non-profit that does good work is okay with me.
     
    What is your favorite art movement and/or style? ie impressionist, surrealist, art nouveau, etc. I really love impressionist paintings, and also post impressionism, and most expressionist art, well, most art in general. Except Cezanne, I don't like his work at all.
     
    Do you have a case for your mp3 player/digital camera? If you would want one, what size is your digital device? I have an iPhone 3G, and it does need a case. I also have a Canon SD630 Digital Elph that does not currently have a case and is showing signs of wear from being left in my purse in an uncushioned manner.
     
    For tea drinkers, do you bag it or prefer loose? I like them both. Some teas are just more convenient bagged... peppermint, sweet dreams, chai, etc. but I do like my regular black, green, and white teas loose. My tea pot can be used for either, and it is used for both on a daily basis.
     
    Does the weather change where you are, as in, does it get cold in the winter? Anyone need homegrown scarves, hats, mittens, etc? Yes, it sure does. Last year, for instance, we got 100 inches of snow dumped on us. The set I used last year (hat, gloves, and scarf) is still in pretty good shape so I could use them again this year... but if my Witch was so inclined as to replace them... a bright colour that would contrast with my black coat would be lovely
     
    Who are your forum buddies? People you know well enough online or IRL to help your Witch pick out stuff for you? Moryssa and fireweaver are friends of mine IRL, and both could answer questions. In fact, fireweaver would be eager to ask me for answers to your questions for you. She's devilish sneaky.
     
    Just to throw a silly question out there...Munsters or Addams Family, y'all? I liked them both. Addams' Family slightly more.
     
    What think you about receiving tea accessories and/or miscellany (like mugs, cups, saucers, strainers/filters, honey, natural sweeteners [like stevia])? I really don't need any filters or strainers. I love the Quotable Mugs, I've got three and they're fantastic! I dropped one on my floor and it didn't break! I do like Stevia, I have a bottle of the liquid, but I don't like to sweeten my tea and it's not strong enough for coffee, the powder has lactose listed in the ingredients and I can't ever figure out why so I never use it. I do love honey and use it in my coffee, though I do prefer local honey.
     
    How do you feel about copies of music or dvd's that your witch might have that you might enjoy? Not just mixes, but whole copies? I'm good with that

    I'm wondering if my witchee would like to try these types of things (like the caramel with sea salts or chocolates with chilis/bacon/salt etc.)? yes please! I really like chocolate with chili and salty caramels are sooo good!

    How do people feel about receiving baked goods/kits to make said goods? Or other cooking items? Would you enjoy oil or vinegar flavored with herbs grown at home? Strange and exotic spices with recipes to try? Cookies made with carnation petals? I'd say no to this, mostly because I'm paranoid about getting sick.
     
    What are your pet's names, and what are they named for? My cat's name is Merlin. And he's named for The Wizard. I wanted to name him Harvey (after the white rabbit in that movie (Harvey) with James Stewart), but then once I got him it was obvious he's not a Harvey.
     
    Who here is a complete, over the top, Alice In Wonderland fanatic? Fanatic? Not so much. I did really love the books, and I loved the Disney movie, and I'm really (really!) looking forward to the Tim Burton movie version.
     
    Are you a Trekkie? If so, which series do you prefer? Do you have a favorite character? I hate the word "trekkie." However, I did really enjoy TNG. I hated Voyager at first, but then it really grew on me (it was the only thing on I could watch when I would get home at midnight after working my temp job at Firstar Bank in Milwaukee) and became my favourite of all the Star Trek series. I tried to watch Enterprise when it was on, but it was just so laughably bad that I had to stop even though Connor Trinneer is seriously hot.

If it doesn't involve Wincest or one/both of the boys dying, I'd probably enjoy it. Harry Potter/Supernatural crossovers that don't involve either of those things would be okay too.
     
    Any beaders here? Need beading supplies? Delicas, Delicas, Delicas. Seriously. Any and all Delicas will be loved! I never have enough. I always end up having to buy more of the colours that I already have and I never have enough colour choices.
     
    Do you like making up your SW packages around a theme, or prefer to mix it all up? I've never done this before, so I guess it will be determined by what my witchee likes and what I can find/make/buy for them.
     
    Band-aids: do you like the fun and funky ones? I like funky band-aids I'm accident prone and frequently end up cutting myself, so I figure if I have to wear a band-aid it might as well be interesting.
     
    What's the scariest thing that's ever happened to you? car accident. and, after that, almost car accidents. there have been a couple of near misses since the accident I was in that have induced panic attacks.

    What kinds of eye shadows do we all like? mostly I wear the L'Oreal HIP shadows
     
    Do you like lip balm? If so, do you like tinted, glossy, sparkly, pearly or just plain lip balm? mostly plain, natural peppermint flavour is good. really shiny or coloured balms/glosses just look out of place on me
     
    What are some of the SW gifts/finds from past rounds (or you can just name a gift in general that you found for someone if this is your first round!) that you are the most proud of in terms of your sleuthing skills? n/a
     
    And, secondly, what is something you've been searching for but just can't find? good imp storage. I like my imps to be upright with the labels not rolled. I had made myself an imp box, but it didn't turn out quite right and I had problems with the varnish sticking to itself and melting near slightly leaky imps. Also, a box the appropriate size for all my 1ml roller vials. Something flat and shallow where they'll all fit on the bottom so I can see all the labels and easily pick out what I want to wear.
     
    Do you knit/crochet? Do you need any supplies? I've been trying to learn beaded crochet, but I'm just not that good at crocheting anymore. I'm the worlds worst knitter, I don't think any amount of practice will actually make me any better at it.
     
    Who here has an etsy shop? I have an etsy shop, but there's nothing in it right now.
     
    What are your two favorite etsy shops? I love the 2 custom tins I bought from badinfluence, they're the only thing I've ever bought on etsy.

    Robots versus zombies: who wins? no one would win. robots have no brains for the zombies to eat, but zombies are already dead. so the zombies would just be constantly replenishing themselves while the robots kept destroying them. it would be a never ending stalemate.
     
    Where are a few of your favorite places? The Memorial Union Terrace (reading on the pier), the Capitol lawn (again reading), James Madison Park (do I need to say reading again?), our family cabin in northern Wisconsin (Gordon, on Bass Lake), I loved Key West when I was there, just about any tropical beach...

I have really sensitive skin, most soaps dry it out. Every body wash or shower gel I've ever used has given me a rash.     Reduce - REUSE - recycle. Do others feel the same? oh yes. used things are not necessarily bad.
     
    What is your favorite crafting supply? sterling silver toggle clasps, I never have enough; Delicas, no matter how many colours I have there are always more that I need to buy for whatever project I'm about to start; coloured felt, it's so useful and versatile.
     
    Weigh in...Are you right or left-handed? right handed. totally and completely.
     
    Any period of time that you love? I've always love the ancients, particularly Greek and Egyptian. Also the period in which Jane Austen wrote.
     
    What's your favorite part about Fall? All of it! I love fall. I love Halloween. I love the smell of fall. I love the crispness in the air. I love the possibility that we could get a great thunderstorm or snowstorm at almost any given moment. I love apples! The farmers market in the fall is always more wonderful than in the spring. Halloween decorations... ghosts, bats, black cats, things that glow in the dark, strings of purple lights...
     
    Do you like office/school supplies? If so, what is your favorites? pens. I never have enough pens or sharpies. colorful, bold, sparkly...

If so, is there anything you'd like to have for that? yes, I might live to regret trying again this year, but I'm going to anyways. coffee, chocolate (dark preferably), sweet dreams tea (to take the edge off from all the coffee and chocolate), lots of peppermint altoids gum, and the pure sugar of halloween peeps are always helpful too
     
    What is your favorite pumpkin goodness? I love carving pumpkins and eating the lightly seasoned baked pumpkin seeds.
     
    Tattoos! Do you have em? Do you want em? Whatcha got or getting? I have 5. a seven pointed star on the back of my neck. the symbols for Cancer and Leo intertwined (in blue and red, respectively) on my lower back. the word LOVE spelled out in scrabble tiles on my ankle. and mirror image tattoos on the insides of my wrists of 5 pointed stars with cut out crescent moons inside them. I do really want more. the next will either by on my calf or my left shoulder blade. the incredibly juvenile part of me wants a unicorn. the parts that are (slightly) more mature want something more meaningful or unique but have yet to come up with a better idea than a unicorn.
     
    What Halloween scent most looking forward to? I can't choose just one... A Blade Of Grass, Katrina Van Tassel, The Witching Time of Night are probably the top three (not including Hellhound... OMG, I'm absolutely wearing that when I watch the season premier of Supernatural (which won't be until after I download the torrent because I'll be at work when it's on)). There are several others that I'm not quite as interested in, but still would like to sniff
     
    Who here prefers stylus and ink to ballpoint? my handwriting is atrocious in almost every way, I like gel ink pens in colours beyond your usual black, blue, and red.
     
    What about stationery? not so much, atrocious handwriting is not so good on stationary. however, I love blank greeting cards and I have a large collection of "Thank You" cards and I also love post cards
     
    Do you decorate for Halloween? yes! but not a lot.
     
    Bats, cats, skeletons, monsters, vampires, witches, or other? I love bats and cats and witches and vampires... pretty much everything but spiders because I have a phobia of them.
     
    Do you dress up? not any more
     
    Do you like horror flicks? mostly, no.
     
    How do you scent yourself? perfume-wise, it's all BPAL. I love the products from Villainess, so I tend to use the Smooches and Whippeds under BPAL (if I have something that coordinates/compliments them) or just alone.
     
    Do you/how do you scent your world? I love PartyLite candles. My mom has sold PartyLite off and on several times over the past decade and she sends me candles. The last box was 16 pounds of tealights and votives and "aroma melts" I have a lot of candle holders. I have 2 PartyLite "aroma melt" warmers that I use for either tarts or scented oils. I used to have more incense around, but my allergies make it impractical. Now the only incense I have (or buy when I can find it) is a granular resin incense that's called Lotus Rose. It's fantastic, Spellbound smells remarkably close to it.
     
    BPAL is such a scent-ual experience. What are your other tactile, aural, or olefactory pleasures? There are few things I love more than super soft sheets. I love my flannel sheets in the winter, so soft and cozy. I also have a set of microfiber sheets that are amazingly soft and smooth. I also love the feel of woven suede.
     
    If you drink coffee (and make it yourself) do you use a French Press, regular filter basket coffee maker, Espresso Machine, Percolator? French Press and/or filter basket. It depends on which one has broken most recently.
     
    What movie soundtracks (or scores) do you love? I love the Nightmare Before Christmas Soundtrack! Also, the soundtrack to the 3rd Pirates of the Caribbean is fantastic.
     
    What kind of indulgences do you really really want, but can't seem to make yourself buy? Maybe out of character, or a part of yourself you're busy denying, like myself =) I don't usually have that problem, it's the other way around for me. I have a problem denying myself things that I want.
