Spooky Season aka Switch Witch 2025

A pair of slippers, decadently lined in cashmere? Slippers would be amazing, so would arm or leg warmers. Anything on your wishlist? There are a few of the dragons that I would adore: caput mortuum, melichrous, sang-de-beouf, glacous dragon!, Coquelicot Dragon, Gamboge dragon!   I am a bit known for my extremely light-weight hand crafted hair falls (I typically make them out of a combination of yarns, batting, and bits of up cycled silks and lace). Would you like one (for a pony tail effect) or two (for a pigtail effect)? If so, name two or three colors and any allergies to fibers I should know about. My hair is too short, so no thank you Do you have use for witchy supplies? Herbs, oils, crystals, etc. If so, what types and for what purpose(s)? Yes! I love crystals and anything to help make our move to the Nederlands easier would be terrific.   Would you be interested in custom artwork, such as a painting? If so, what mood, theme, colors, style, etc. would you be excited to see? Australian Daintree sounds super interesting. I am also interested in: Celebration (if the chocolate is dairy free), Golden Yunnan, French Earl Grey, Copenhagen Blend, Canobolas blend, black caramel cream (if dairy free), Marco Oriental, organic Ceylon orange pekoe, and Gooodnite Sweetheart.   I have a wonderful coffee roaster near me, wood-roasted, small batch, regular and decaf, all roast types. It's so good, I won't buy coffee anywhere else, and I only drink dark roast decaf. IF this sounds good, whats your coffee desire, and beans or grind size?  They are also a FULLY geeked out space with every video and arcade game known. so I would also send a sticker from them, so also include your favorite old 70's-80's cartoons or fandoms.  I am tragically allergic to coffee these days. ☹ I’m dying to knit my Witchee something lovely, as long as it would be appreciated.  I can’t commit to a big project in the time frame, but socks, a hat, a cowl, arm warmers, or a shawlette for your neck and shoulders could definitely be doable if that would be enjoyed. Just let me know colour preferences, or fibre preferences/allergies.  I absolutely adore handmade things. Socks would be ahmazing!! Please use wool or other animal fiber if possible, I can’t tolerate acrylic or cotton on my feet.   I sew clothing and costume, if you could have any garment made just for you what would it be and what would it look like? You can include reference links/images or just describe it.  I would loooove another pair of knee length linen bloomers with a drawstring waist. My pair is totally trash after several repairs. I just wore them out. I would love a darker color like olive green, dark coffee brown, black, navy or dark grey.   Do you enjoy stim toys or other fidgety items? I stick to socks made from animal fibers or I overheat or have sensory issues.   I was fortunate enough to be gifted an entire collection of the Flower Letters-Lily Clara series.  It's a story told through beautifully illustrated letters, pictures, diagrams, post cards etc. One snail mail letter at a time.   This one is a story of a entrepreneurial woman during the silver rush in the West and a bit of a mystery.  The letters and details are gorgeous.  I've finished reading it, would you like me to pass it along to you, witchee?  That sounds Really interesting! I would enjoy reading it.   I make junk journals and paper crafts.  I would probably have time to make a mini journal or a paper folio type thing.  It would come decorated but with space to write and add your own touch or I could make a folio complete with address labels, stationery, stamps etc. to organize your writing goods.  Would you like to receive one?  My style is generally vintage but I could also do a Halloween one, winter holiday one, shabby chic or something of your suggestion. That sounds interesting. I journal every night, but I prefer a size B5. Something for organizing my sticker sheets could be cool. Krampusnacht 2024 Master Question List

The kind I make are 1. extremely lightweight 2. made from up cycled and ethically sourced natural materials like silk and antique lace 3. completely customized just for you- so give me around three colors, preferred length and whether you'd like one big one (ponytail style) or two (space buns / pigtails style)                     Would you be interested in homemade cocktail bitters? They do have alcohol, but can be used in seltzer or club soda in addition to adding that little somethin' somethin' to your favorite cocktail. I have already made rose, cinnamon bourbon, orange saffron, and ginger vanilla which I am happy to share or could also make something more bespoke in the next few weeks.  Note- these are made with vodka, unless otherwise specified.   Would you be interested in infusing kits for your alcohol of choice? Could be for different liquors or wine, depending on your preferences.  Is there anything that you would like to stock your liquor cabinet? Krampusnacht swap

Would you like a small watercolor painting? I’m taking 3×5”. If so, would you like it

Something like a witchy cat or cute ghost could be fun or a still life with a pumpkin and  
black flowers could be really cool too. I'm also a sucker for ravens .
I make light-weight hair falls ( I can do single or double, if you have a preference for  
pony tail or pig tails)- I make them out of things like soft yarns, up-cycled silk and bits  
of lace. Is this something you'd like? If so, tell me up to three colors and a length in  
inches you'd like.
I wish I'd known you in my long hair days because I loved hair falls. The mohawk goes un-adorned however.

 It would depend on the theme. I have several decks but I could make room for the right one.

I'm going to Disney World all next week!!! Can I get you something? (Maybe you have a favorite Disney / Star Wars / etc character or fandom? Maybe you're a Pin Trader? Maybe you like cute kitchen-wares / tea pots / nice English tea / pot holders tea towels?)

I love English teas, especially a good Earl Grey. I'm totally happy with a Darjeerling, Assam or Ceylon too. I also wouldn't mind tea towels or cute things that are also useful. I'm not a huge Disney fan, but I think Belle is my favorite princess.

This is has been alluded to in other questions, but feelings about candles/wax tarts/incense and scent profiles?

 I looove candles and there are a bunch on my Etsy wishlist. My scent preferences on candles are really similar to perfumes. Woods, smoke, incense,  resins,  florals, vegetal, leather, and such. No vanilla.

are you interested in skincare, such as trying travel sizes of various types? (would be cruelty-free, cleaner options coming from over here, if that matters to you!)
  I have a pretty stringent skincare routine that I'm happy with, so no thank you.

Let's talk earrings.  Pierced?  Stud, dangly, hoop?  Any ear wire preferences?  Large or small?  Other preferences?

 I wear 2g silicone tunnels. I have a couple of colors but I wouldn't mind more. I can also put hoops or ear wires through my tunnels. I don't typically wear jewelry think.

If there is something extravagant on your wish list, would you like one large gift and the rest of your gifts quite modest, or would you rather forego the lavish item in favor of more of a mix among your other gifts?   Hmmm... I think I lean slightly towards being spoiled and getting a big thing with smaller other things.

I have in my possession a selection of real Bakelite bangle bracelets! Definitely from the 1940s-1960s era. Would this be an exciting gist for you to receive?
  I love how they look and they would have gone perfect in my former work wardrobe. These days I would only wear them on special occasions.
Would you like anything from sock dreams?
I used to have a wishlist there, but now they've gone to shopify.   If I can't figure out how to link my wishlist, I will add more items here.   For now,  a quick standout are the new disability pride roll top crew socks. I'm a size M/L. I would also love a pair of the NZ bed socks in navy or emerald. I used to have a pair that lasted many years before getting too many holes. The wool fingerless gloves look cozy,  I like the cinder color.

Would you be interested in a spooky mini waffle maker or spooky playing cards?   No thank you. I could use a full size waffle maker though and I wouldn't mind if they were pumpkin shaped or such.

Does anything from SnagTights strike your fancy?   I have wanted a pair of their chub rub shorts for a long time.I really like the Nightwalker (bats) design I'm a size F. I also like the lunar Capri tights,  the ACOTAR bow before none tights, and the Hecate tights.

What about from Michaels or JoAnnes?   I will look through their seasonal offerings and update this response.

do you like Ren fairest?  Might there be a fun little thing I should find for you there?   I used to go every summer, but now it's really difficult for me. I am sure there are things I would love. Incense, jars, empty journals,  and other such.

Weather permitting I'll be going to a witchy Florida themed night market next week! Is there anything you may want from it?   Sure! I have no idea what they'll have but I'm certain there are things I might love. Like Florida official Florida water? Incense,  smudging things, candles, items for my altar and so on.    9/17/2024

Tell me, my ghoul-friend, would you love to see things from these places (and what?) as you unwrap your gifts? I will be going to the Pacific coast soon, and there are witchy stores (one with serious occult supplies, many handmade including inks, quills, books, etc), a HUGE gem & mineral store, a huge yarn shop, shells and way too much sasquatch stuff, also an amazingly diverse mercantile in Yachats, OR, and the Green Salmon, where unique PNW teas, coffees are sold.   I always love unique teas! I am a recovering yarn hoar and not buying myself yarn,  but if it was gifted... I love rocks and gems, garnet are my favorite, but moonstones , labradorite, onyx, obsidian, jasper, amethyst.. ah yeah.. just anything is great. Lol! I would love a proper quill and ink to play with, I'm a sucker for for journals, runes, books on plants, herbarium, green Witchcraft, hedge witchery, cottage witchery or kitchen Witchcraft are welcome.
