Assimbya Report post Posted June 9 This was given to me as a free imp - it's not one I ever would have gotten for myself, but I love white musk and was willing to try. Wet this is dusty, herbal, and slightly woody on me - primarily sage, with a strong note of cedar and some hint of extremely dry, non-floral lavender. As it dries, the leather absolutely takes over on me, and I find myself unfortunately reminded of car seats with a cedar air freshener. If I really search for it I can still get a little of the sage. On me I get absolutely no musk, vanilla, or carnation. This would have felt way too masculine for me even if the notes came off in a more balanced fashion on my skin, but as it is the amplified leather note is really quite unpleasant by my taste. SmellsPrettyGood2Me Report post Posted 7 hours ago Nobility and haughtiness befitting the Antichrist: sage, carnation and cedar with lavender, vanilla, white musk and leather. I would be sorely disappointed if this ever disappeared from the GC. Leather, lavender and cedar are most prominent in the bottle, and the carnation joins the party when applied to skin. While I can detect the sage with deeper sniffs, it's really not medicinal or herbaceous, and the white musk is sparingly incorporated. Vanilla may be present but doesn't add much to the party for my skin. Others have noted the leather taking a front seat here and I enthusiastically agree. This is a scent for kicking butt and taking names, best worn as an amplifier of assertive and commanding energy. I like it for any situation requiring one to keep control of themselves and silently bend others to their will, Jedi style. Moderately strong projection and 6-7 robust hours of presence on skin.
