    If you knit/crochet, what sizes of needles do you need? Nay I say! nay!!
     
    What styles of artwork do you like? I like anything that is odd and pretty in it's own way. My walls do not have anything from major stores on them. Everything is second hand, and internet found. And my walls are BRIMMING with art. I have Golden cats, mid-century modern prints, art deco shadow pictures (super cute), pressed flowers, a shaggy dog made out of teeny tiny glass beads (circa 1969 or so - it's pure class), a pair of original Eugène Delacroix black and white (one has been hand colored) photographs taken in the French Quarter, and in the center stage is my original midcentury oil panting of flowers in a brass water jug painted in the late 60's by Wes Andrews. I got it for $6 at Goodwill! They had NO IDEA what they had!!
     
    If you cook, would you be interested in-hand made spice mixes/rubs? heck to the yes!
     
    Would you like mexican vanilla or silver rings/necklaces? drool!!!
     
    Is there anything from the Oddment Emporium you would like? What is this place?? Evil!!! I looked and had to cover my eyes with one hand while I clicked around for the giant red x.     Do you have any symbols or totems that are meaningful to you? Bats! They're so neat.
     
    When you are having a really rough day, what do you like to do/have to make it a little brighter? Drink a bottle of wine and watch Jane Eyre or Pride and Prejudice. Or Doctor Who, or True Blood, or Buffy, or Star Trek TNG. The list goes on and on and on.
     
    Would you like if your witch sent a regional pop/soda? If so, what type (Root beer, creme soda, cola, citrus-flavored, chocolate-flavored, etc...)? Anything sugar free really. I'm not so much of a soda drinker (NOTICE THAT I SAID SODA! I'm sure you Midwesterners are all like "Booo Hisss, it's called pop!" - HAHAHAHHAHA SODA SODA SODA) Also, I'm sure it doesn't fail to notice that I drink sugar free drinks, and whole bottles of sugar riddled wine. Don't careeeeeeeeee.

    Is there a Quote that resonates with you, or that you particularly like a lot. Would this be something you would like artwork made of for your walls or a shirt/bag/scarf? I've never been a quote-sy type of person, but I do like "Allons-y!"
     
    Also, STARBUCKS, Yay or Nay? Anything you particularly like? I usually get a regular cup of coffee and add shots of sugar free vanilla.
     
    Is there someone on the forums (within SW or not) who knows you really well and might be able to help with stalking? I'm meh. Sub-par. Not pro, but I can get around.

    Pretty much my playlist is a bunch of experimental electronic music. I mostly listen while working, and this genre works the best to help me focus and stay on track. I recently lost all of my downloaded music after my (other) laptop committed suicide at 6 months old, so at this time it really is just a bunch of electronic music.

    Do you have any problems with swearing or particularly off-color humor? My personality is made up of these things. Sometimes I think that I go too far. I have to check myself sometimes because I'm pretty sure that if somebody didn't know me, they would consider me offensive. To those who know me, they know that I am very kind and seek justice in this world, and my personality is made up of 1 liners and hyperbole.
     
    What would you like from the most recent BPAL update? What are you planning on buying for yourself and what would you like to try? I think that I am safe from this update, nothing stands out as something that I need or must have. I am however stalking the Trading Post for some new atmosphere sprays. I really want a bottle of House Of Unquenchable Fire. I'm trying to sit on my hands, but I dunno if I can make it.
     
     
    Opinions on table top games, from cards and board games, to dice and rpgs. What do you like? I've never really played any table top RPG games. I did play D&D once at a friends house when I was a teenager, and I would watch a couple of my other friends play Magic The Gathering, but I never seemed to want to join in. I did RPG online back in the beginning of the internets days. Good ol' AOL 3.5. I played for YEARS! I was a part of this RPG called Kingdom of Cavalyn. It was pretty rad. The great thing about chat rooms is that you could actually throw dice. The chat room would calculate a specific number based on how many sides your dice had. The queen would grant you your dice number as you grew within the ranks and everybody could see who was who based on their profile. I really miss playing that game.
     
    What style is your sense of humour? I'm kind of like a Zooey Deschanel, but not too much of a manic pixie. I swear!
     
    Is there anything from Australia you would like? Regional spices/flavoring blends/sauces? YES! And Tim Tams please. Gimme the Tams!!

    How big is too big...for something to hang on your walls? If I'm painting you a pretty picture, are there maximum dimensions that you have/prefer? Paint away sweet witch. Paint away. I have lots of paintings from the mother in law, and the grandmother in law, nothing ginormous though. I have minimal room left on my walls.
     
    what is your favourite object, that you own, ignoring sentimental reasons for attachment? So I guess something you find beautiful, or fun, or incredibly useful. First of all, I LOVE how you spell favourite. It's so proper. Second of all I shall now answer your question. I have this old telephone stand in my room. It doesn't fit in at all, and it's hidden in a corner (since there's absolutely no place to put it - plus it's been banged up to all shit). The thing is that it belonged to my dad. I don't have much of anything that once belonged to my father. He passed away 29 years ago when he was 29. When he died, his selfish family took everything, and left us nothing. So I have this old telephone stand that I keep around. It's neat. I get to see it every day and it reminds me that there was once this man in the world that I shared my genes with. I was just a little baby when he passed away, so I don't remember him at all.

    Bags: Love them! I'm looking for a holster type of purse now. I have bags like craaaaazy stuffed everywhere. I could use some re-usable shopping bags. I've been trying to convince the husbeast to pick up a couple at TJ's (they have the cutest bags!) and he's all blah blah blah blah money blah blah blah. EYEROLL + 1/2!

    What is the best compliment you have/could receive? When I was younger, I was experimenting on putting makeup on my then boyfriend (for theater), and had been so focused that I didn't realize that he was watching me. He said "God, you are so pretty" and I looked at him and he had this look of awe on his face. It stuck with me forever.
     
    What colors/style is your kitchen decor? And do you entertain in your home? Red white and black with a giant Ralph Steadman picture depicting Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas.
     
    Are your ears pierced? I have 3 in each ear, though I use only two these days. I can only wear silver or gold though.
     
    Do you like stuffies/stuffed animals/art doll type thingies? If so, any particular type you'd love to get? Hmm.. not really. They're cute, but I don't have any where to put them, so I stuff them away or donate them =(
     
    Are there wee little ones in your home that will get jealous and are just too young to understand why you won't share the love, who maybe need a touch of Witchee love all their own, to distract them while you hide all your lovelies?!? Nope, no kiddies around here.

    Do you like tarot cards, pendulums and rune stones etc? If so, what type? I have a couple decks that I've never used or learned. They were gifts, and they are beautiful. I just never had the time to learn how to read them.

    How do you feel about traditional picnics (namely the intimate table for two variety)? Old-fashioned basket or something more utilitarian (cooler/insulated bag)?
    Love picnics. One time, I went on a picnic at Los Alisos park in San Luis Obispo and we were hiking forever trying to find a place to stop and eat. Finally we decided to pop a squat on a bridge and proceeded to eat delicious gourmet sammiches and drink champagne straight from the bottle because we forgot to buy glasses. After we finished, we walked another 100 yards or so, saw some really fresh bear/mountain lion poop (unsure which - could've been hooman for all I know) and we decided to hightail it out of there. That shit was fresh and steaming. Aint nobody got time for that!
     
    If you were put in a room with 100 random other people the same age and sex as you, from your country, in what way do you think you would be different from the average?
    As somebody else has said, I am childless and in my 30's which is rare. I also don't find pleasure in most things that other women seem to enjoy? I can't put my finger on it really, it's just plain obvious when you see me with other ladies. I am definitely different. It's not that hard to be different in Orange County though, especially when you head into Central and South Orange County. It's Stepford country! You can't stop there! The women wear the same clothes and drive the same car. It's enough to give a person the heebs.
     
    What would you like from Japan: I'd love a Japanese fan! Or KitKats. I see those KitKats and I wants them too!
     
    Nail Polish: OBSESSIVE! I Love nail polish, especially sparkly kind. I have SO many red polishes, but am still on the hunt for the perfect bright red that is not neon. I also am on the hunt for "Ruby Slippers" by Opi *hint hint - nudge nudge*
     
    Soap: I don't use bar soaps =( sowwy.
     
    Sample size things: I sometimes use samples, but rarely. They're like imps and encourage hoarding. I use it once and stash it away and before I know it, the samples have made little sample babies that puke all over my sample holder bag and then they try to escape and it's a mess, oh the mess. I step on one and it's guts get all over and I break down and cry and ask the sample gods WHY??? WHY?? It had to go before it's full sized brethren could incorporate it into itself like some crazed alien species that eats it's own but has multiple personalities from all of the samples that it's eaten. It's SICK and I will not tolerate this in my bathroom!!!
     
    Vidya Games: no, I do have a Wii, but only play Mario games
    Nighttime routine: get drunk and watch Shows. It's a classy drunk though (wine).
     
    Favorite shade of blue: sapphire blue
     
    Kitchen gizmos: I have one of them new fangled toaster ovens. Boy can it toast!

    Do you read mangas/watch animes? Nope, I hardly have time to watch regular TV
    Would you like to receive managas or anything related to them? I wouldn’t mind, but I wouldn’t be sure as to what I’m getting

    OK, I know that lots of folks love socks. Do you have a preference of length? Materials? Patterns? Oooooo socks!! I love the kooky kind… especially Halloween Socks. I’m not a big fan of ankle socks, or knee high socks.

    If you would enjoy something of a knitted persuasion, do you have a preference on type of thing? Since making a scarf for someone who has 10 might be a smidge excessive? Also, how do people feel about shawls? I’d love a shawl! Also, who says 10 is a lot? A loosely knitted scarf is missing from my collection witch ::bats eyelashes::

    Is there anything you need for your kitchen, ie measuring cups, spoons, grater, ect? Funny you should ask, because yes! I want to learn how to bake but I don’t have any supplies.
    Music, DO you prefer Live or Studio? Edited or explicit? No preference for me. Sometimes live is better than studio, and I don’t mind bad words. Bad words are just words and usually their origin is silly and innocent. And bad words are funny.

    Let's say, hypothetically speaking, that you have some children/spawn (1 or more), and, hypothetically speaking, your witch would like to spoil them a little but knows nothing of kids these days. What do they like or dislike? Also is there anything a (sane) adult might think they would like that you don't think is appropriate for whatever reason? (I'm thinking of things like temp tattoos, make up, things that make noise, or anything else that might be bad for non-obvious reasons.) – No kiddos in my house.
     
    Is there anything you would like that can be delivered over the internet? Things like fanfic recs, cat macros, mp3s you are looking for, how-to or amusing videos, things like that? I’m not sure, but I know that I like it when people send me links to funny stuff though so sure!

    How do you feel about stationery, like nice pens or notepaper? And if you're in favor, do you prefer classic/contemporary or cutesy stuff? I’d use that at work, so sure!! I do have a history of buying stuff like that and never using it though. Pens are always good! I use those at work.
     
    Would you like homemade preserves (e.g. marinated vegies, pickled onions, chilli jam?) Oh heck yes Witch! Bring it!! I like anything that spicy and sugary.
     
    If you've got stuff on your BPAL wishlist, would partial bottles be okay? Of course!
     
    Would you like something you have to make yourself? Sure, though I don’t know if I’d actually take the time to do it. I do try though.

    Who is your favorite soap etailer? I don’t think that I’ve ever really tried the right soaps, though Tarty has some excellent soaps.
     
    What about vintage decoration items, teacups, etc etc? OH YES! That is so my flavor. I love vintage and second hand odds and ends and knick knacks. Especially if they’re totally off the wall or wacky.
     
    With regards to your gifts, would you prefer your presents' awesomeness evenly spread out (several packages of pretty terrific things) over the round or a slow build-up of awesomeness (going up from pretty cool things to something super-duper cool at the end) to go out with a bang? Do you have a preference? No preference here, do what you will mah witch!
     
    What kind of make-up do you wear? What colors? Is there anything you'd like to try but haven't yet? I usually wear simple make up like Mac. I tend to stick to shimmery (not pearly though) colors. Golds, pinks, browns, reds are all the colors that I like.
    Who would be on your top 5 (IE famous people you’d date/have relations with ): Ahem.. I’d start with John Cusack (version 1985), Alexander Skarsgård (Humminahumminahummina), Paul Newman (When he was younger of course), Lindsey Buckingham (version 1985), Paul Rudd.
     
    Do you crave many Ecards and contact or are you okay with little contact from your Witch? I never expect more out of my witch than I’d give my witchee. I’m always so very busy so I’m a low contact witch, but if you (my Witch) like to have lots of contact, I don’t mind and I’d try very hard to keep up!
     
    Do you have a place where you list all the BPAL you have or have tried? I do have a ScentBase, however, it’s totally neglected. I have so many flavors of BPAL and I’m (usually) quite active in swapping so it’s out of date. Plus I forget my account info. :/

    When you go to an etsy wishlist, it will tell you what things are sold. If you click on the sold item, sometimes it will give options that are similar to what was sold, but not identical. Personally, I would love getting something similar to one of my favorites, even if it is not the same - what say all of you? How picky are you?

    Cosplay/Costumes: I wish I could pull it off. I think Cosplay is sooooooo cute!!!! I love all the frillies.
    E-books: I prefer real books. I like holding books in my hand and feeling the pages.
    Scented Tarts: scented tarts are cool. I don't have a tart warmer though. I wouldnt mind a tart warmer
     
    Body Mods:nothing much really. A couple tattoos here and there, but I'm hoping to get my nose pierced (pending approval from exec bosses)

    I love spirals. I wear them daily too! The spiral pattern is found extensively in nature – encoded into plants, animals, humans, the earth and galaxies around us. They're beautiful.

    What was your favouritest job ever, and why?
    Schlubbing music at Wherehouse Music. It was an amazing job. I worked it for about 3 and a half years, and had the time of my life! I got first dibs at concert tickets on ticketmaster, and discovered many off the wall artists that I would have never discovered on my own. They shut down my store in 2003 and I got laid off icon_sad.gif I still have dreams of workin the store. Working there was just like watching the movie Empire Records.

We'd been planning on making it a mad scientist lab with a steampunk inspired Table of Elements (he'd been working on this project for awhile, since most tables are pretty current.     The Lost Boys, Bram Stokers Dracula, Halloweentown, A nightmare on Elm Street, Poltergeist, and all those cheesy B horror flicks from the past, such as Frankenstein Unbound (ooo spooky and weird!)

    I’m in southern California, so the weather here is relatively nice year round, even in the colder months. I do LOVE blankets and sockies, and scarves though!!! I’d probably love a little knitted blanket or a scarf the most.

    I love watching Most Haunted, and getting myself spooked out. I also do read stories on the webs about some of the hauntings around the world. Ghosties aren’t so scary to me

    I love both! The only tea that I am “meh” about is Green tea and earl grey. I used to love them, but I think I burnt myself out.

    If I can I will! There isn’t a lot of locally produced products in my part of town . Whenever I go out of town, I tend to buy all the fruits and veggies and specialty products that are for sale in the smaller shops.
     
    Does anyone in here wear a lot of dangly earrings or collect pendants of all kinds?? How about hair clips or pony tail band things?
    I wear silver spirial earrings in a 16 gauge that I found on etsy. They are called “Antennae” earings. I love them!! I also ADORE pendants!! I love the vintage ones, the new ones! I only have two right now. I’m always watching moonstone pendants on ebay, and am always on the look out for something special that I’d want to own! I wear my pendants on a long silver colored chain (not real, that’d be expensive!) I don’t wear hair clips, but I am on the lookout for some great hairsticks! I have long thick hair, and most hairsticks break. I saw some on etsy that are made of metal, and am srsly contemplating.

    Victorian England. The fashion, the manners! The gentlemen! Its enough to make a lady swoon.

    Lavender is very nice and soothing. I don’t really wear lavender blends (unless it’s Dorian) but I do use lavender schets in my dryer in place of dryer sheets!!!

    I'm open to trying them. I have a shit ton of tea's hanging around my tea cabinet (it's stuffed!) so samples are great, but huge bags of loose leaf would sit and sit and sit and sit.
